- Bethan (9/5): A lovely solo balcony stay - I recommend booking! - Staff were lovely and accommodating. Self check in via code and box, so late arrival wasn't an issue. The size of the apartment was great, the balcony was a highlight for me, as I was a solo traveller, so spent a bit of time there. Travelled in March and the best sun spot on the balcony was 9:30am - 12:30pm. One set of stairs up to apartment, lovely, clean and beautiful! Bed was very comfortable, and spare blankets are available for use. Shower heated up quick and good pressure. Overall very clean apartment and comfortable stay. I was a solo traveller so I think having an additional lock on the apartment door would have added much more feeling of safety for me. The door just closes and is opened by a card fob. An additional inside slide lock or chain lock would have been good. The toilet needs tightening and the showerhead could do with a deep clean or just replaced. Apartment upstairs were very loud, but that is to be expected from an apartment complex - but apart from those very small things, it was all great!

Ubytovanie bolo ako maličký byt. Čistý, útulný. Nemám čo vytknúť. Na izbe boli uteráky, mydlo, TV s pripojením na internet. V byte sa nachádzal kávovar, mala chladnička v ktorej sme mali nachystanu vodu. Mali sme aj balkón - z jednej strany výhľad na more. Nic

W pobliżu również sklep spożywczy. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry przez WhatsApp. Wygodne łóżka, wystarczające wyposażenie kuchenne na krótki wyjazd, lodówka. - Zavoďančíková (10/5): Este ako výhodu považujem že nám pani majiteľka nechala kapsule a dala sa spraviť kavicka na každý deň . - úžasne miesto , lokalita, majiteľka . Všetko super. Ubytovanie hneď v prístave a blízko zastávky na letisko, nás pláž San vito lo Capo. Ideálna poloha ak plánuje spoznávať okolie . Išli sme odtiaľ aj na ostrov Favignanu. Ubytovanie ma aj terasu kde si môžete vychutnať vlastné ranajky ale hneď vedľa ubytovania sa nachádza plno kaviarni kde si viete vychutná úžasne croasanty, paniny, a podobne . všetko v poriadku .

La pulizia è impeccabile e ho apprezzato l' angolo cottura. Sarei volentieri rimasta più giorni. Il rumore del condizionatore del bar di fronte durante tutto il giorno e la notte.
- Kállay (9/5): Minimalistické a pekné, no bez nožíka - Ubytovanie bolo čisté a poloha v prístave bola veľmi výhodná vzhľadom na všetky spoje (loď, autobus). Staré mesto bolo veľmi blízko. Ráno bol počuť hluk z prístavu, ale s tým treba počítať. Ubytovanie útulné, čisté a minimalistické. Pohodlná posteľ. V izbe, kde sme boli ubytovaní bola iba chladnička a kapsulový kávovar. Chýbal tam nejaký príbor, nôž, tanier, miska... Keď si kúpite ovocie či pečivo, ktoré treba ošúpať alebo nakrájať, tak nemáte čím.

- Mads (8/5): Opholdet i lejligheden for en overnatning for at besøge Trapani er ok. For flere dagsophpld vil jeg ikke booke steder på - Beliggenheden var fint. Sengen var for blød og det føles som en gammel madresse. Køleskabet var alt for småt og der manglede et køkken.
- ALESSIA (10/5): Top! Raccomandatissimo! - L'appartamento é nuovo, silenzioso, letto comodissimo, la nostra stanza aveva pure un terrazzo e balconcino vista mare. La zona é molto comoda per molti servizi di ristorazione/bar/gelaterie e alla fermata dell' autobus che collega i vari areoporti (sia di Trapani che di Palermo). Si entra con un self check-in molto semplice e comodissimo. La cucina é ben attrezzata.

- Treadlightly (10/5): An exceptional apartment in a fabulous location - This stunning apartment, beautifully positioned just minutes from the bus station, and ferries, and bars and cafes, was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with pristine modern furnishings and fast WiFi. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Trapani is a beautiful town, and it leads to so many other wonderful places. I just wish I'd stayed longer, but I'd love to return some day. Nothing. This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way.

Will ruin your stay. - nothing much, very average The flat itself is of mid quality but we found the host very dodgy and uncooperative so we defo would not recommend staying here. You can hear noise from the flat above at night time, kids running, piano lessons etc. The freezer door was broken (and we used ice a lot so it was very awkward). The bedroom is very dark as it mainly gets light from a window facing a tiny inner court (see image). For those with leg problems, the steps are very narrow and it's 2 flights of stairs to the 1st floor (see image). This is also near the port (south coast) and the best part of the city is near the historical centre-via Vittorio Emanuele- and beach (north coast). Although I contacted the host Antonella via Booking.com, chat she replied via whatsapp. When on the bus from Palermo to the flat and because we still didn't have any check in instructions from her (she wasn't there when we arrived nor we ever met her in person) I asked for info so we didn't have problem upon arrival. She didn't answer for more than 1 hr and when I chased (via booking.com) she replied (via whatsapp) complaining and saying "I don't check my phone regularly" (why is she contacting guests via whatsapp then?). When I asked for restaurant tips, she only replied "eat at my restaurant down the road" (she didn't offer other options nor at least shared a menu so we could see what type of food they had). When we asked for an extra towel as we needed one for the beach, she complained again, saying she would provide one but charge us the next time. It seems she is more worried about squeezing money out of the guests instead of helping them to have a great stay in the city. She was so uncooperative that when we went to Erice we just didn't ask her for directions and had to rely on asking people on the street (we didn't have a car). She wasn't there for our check in and not once she came in person to collect cash city tax while we were in the flat.

Comfortable bed, practical terrace, nice and clean apartment, and last but not least- perfect location- close to everywhere- beach less than 15 minutes, harbour just across the street, bus stop from Trapani Airport and to Palermo, very good gelato 'just around the corner'. We would definitely come back. :)

- Blaire (9/5): Amazing location and friendly helpful host - Great location near the town and the port to go to the islands, has everything we needed, and the host who met us there to give us the keys was friendly. She also helped us to send us the bus timetable. It’s down an alleyway to access the door and it is a key to open (not a keycard) so it would sometimes take a bit of time to open, which would feel a little sketchy being a girl on my own.
