- Simon (6/5): Große Zimmer, schwierig Kommunikation und gewöhnungsbedürftiges Frühstück - Die Zimmer sind extrem groß und hell. Sehr angenehm und sonst nicht mehr auf meiner Japanreise gehabt. Auch der Service an sich ist gut. Das Personal kann keinerlei Englisch und das Einchecken und andere Dinge klären, war extrem umständlich, da es gefühlt keine Routine gab. Sie wollten trotzdem immer wieder anders Informieren und es war extrem kompliziert. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Erstens hatte ich das Gefühl ich war die erste Gruppe, welche mit Frühstück gebucht hatte. Jeden Tag war es kompliziert mit den Frühstücksgutscheinen. Das Frühstück war am Wochenende in einem Burgerladen (man saß in einem Bürgerimbiss und es gab Burger mit Pommes - war leider auch nicht gut dazu). Die anderen Tage gab es japanisch aus dem anderen kleinen Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Das war okay, aber auch nicht besonders. Eine Info darüber wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen.

Super freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Es war auf unserer Reise das Highlight. Wir möchten hiermit dem Personal danken auch der Dame am Frühstück die sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht hat. Sie sind ein Gewinn für jeden ihrer Gäste. Man kann sich dort richtig wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist super zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. - Nataša (9/5): Spacious room and great stay! - The room was surprisingly large and very comfortable, with a great view of the city lights. Everything was spotless and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Don’t let the very basic reception area fool you — I was a bit worried at first, but the room turned out to be excellent. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

- Valentina (10/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great to walk to be submerged into the local environment and it was always close to travel with taxi to the hot spots such as the running man and universal.
- Michael (7/5): Comfortable and good value, but some of the staff members need better training. - The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Good value for central Osaka. (1) Front desk staff asked to see a passport, though I booked with a Japanese address. I spoke with them in Japanese and it was clear that I am not a tourist. When I told them that I live in Japan, the staff member asked to see my 在留カード, though it is not legal for them to do that. Only government organisations may ask for the 在留カード. I do not like having to explain the legality of this request and staff should be educated on this matter. (2) Someone banged very loudly on my door and rang the doorbell early in the morning while I was still asleep. No one was there when I answered the door. During checkout I was told that it was probably a staff member who did it, but that they were no long on duty. This was strange and disturbing and spoiled my otherwise comfortable stay at the hotel.
