• Tourist22009905906 (10/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would love to stay here again!

The staff were always polite and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

• D6153EJkellyw (10/5): Holiday bliss - Well after having read reviews we had mixed feelings about the hotel but im very pleased to say that our opinion changed straight away. We were pleasently suprised as couldnt find anything to complain about. As we booked a basic hotel we didnt expect luxury but the room was ideal for what we needed. Could possibly do with updating but did witness maintenance being done while we were there. The room was cleaned regularly and main hotel was always spotless. Geo sisters staff were amazing and always did whatever was necessary to make sure we were happy. While basic we would happily stay again and will visit for food if we are back in marmaris again. Location is perfect as is central to most things and only a sort taxi ride to the marina with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Thankyou very much everyone at geo beach hotel see you next year
• scottcQ8855NQ (2/5): Do not book geo beach hotel - We arrived at the hotel on the 19th September 2025 with having three rooms booked on room for me my wife and daughter one for my two older sons aged 19 and 16 and another for my wife's parents all three roms they gave us all had double beds in ont one room was for a family of three they changed us rooms straight away to even worse rooms then we was given holes in roof wires hanging out the wall next to the shower that was our sons room our second room was just as bad no air con and no lights the third room had its own issues then after we went out the first night the lights didn't work in the third room or the air con the draw was falling off they switch to another room which is ok but not ideal the shower door is hanging off carnt fully close them my sons shower doors don't even close the pole to hold the shower head keeps falling off the wall I went round all three showers and had to put the doors back on myself the hotel is so run down it shouldn't be open they only clean your rooms when you ask for it cleaning and the plus side the location is great geo sisters bar joined on staff was great in helping with the language barrier
• 317clairej (8/5): A reasonable hotel in a great location. - After all the negative reviews, I was very worried about staying here. I needn't have been. Yes there were issues but the hotel staff quickly resolved them. In our room, the hairdryer and fridge didn't work but they swapped us to another room immediately, without any fuss. The hotel is spotless, the beds are comfortable, there were some old marks on some of the bedding but the sheets were clean. Rooms were cleaned and linen was changed alternate days. The shower doors didn't fully meet but that didn't cause any issues. The lounge furniture's a bit drab but hey-ho, its not 5-star.. We didn't spend much time there. The turkish breakfast was good, just missing yoghurt and coffee. You do have to request coffee but they will provide it. The hotel staff didn't seem to speak a lot of English but we managed to communicate. The side sea views are spectacular and the location is fantastic. I would return, for the price. Also, the Geo Sisters restaurant, attached to the hotel, served the best steak we've ever had!
• sharonpL2934WZ (10/5): Lovely and friendly hotel - We have just come back home from geo beach hotel for our wedding anniversary would like to thank all the staff for the nice time we had ,we got our sea view room with amazing views of the sea, the room was very clean and comfortable all the staff was amazing ,we did have a problem with the hot weather and the lady on reception did tell us how to cope with the weather and was much appreciated thank you and will be returning again in your hotel
• TravellerNI20222 (2/5): Bed and breakfast? … hotel is so dirty!!! - I cannot express enough how dirty this hotel is. Bathroom was absolutely stinking. Shower, toilet, sink dirty. We booked bed and breakfast…. Breakfast was HORRENDOUS breakfast actually had to be paid for. Book somewhere else. You WILL be very disappointed.
• Odyssey45051992212 (4/5): Hotel is dirty - Well just got back after a week staying at the GEO . This hotel is falling apart it's dirty no internet upstairs whats so ever . The first night the room was dirty . The shower door was hanging off , the shower didn't work properly and the dirt inside the shower disgusting. We had no electricity we had to balance a charger on key fobs to keep it on . We got moved to a bigger room. However the bathroom are dirty . The only bonus to this hotel is the restaurant downstairs which is rum by different person the food is 5 star ⭐ and the views

• Seref (2/5): - Konaklama iyi geçmedi. Odanın barı boştu. Su bile vermiyorlardı. Oda da ne terlik ne ayna vardı. Servis yoktu. Telefon yoktu. İki kişilik yatak almıştık karı koca ama iki yatağı birleştirmişlerdi. Çıkmak için para iadesini istedik onunda vermediler. O para onlara helal degil. 4 gün kaldık 1 gün oda temizlendi
• X8809IHjoannem (2/5): Crap - We arrived on 27th aug at 11pm , we were greeted by staff member , just kept saying didn’t have booking , after 30 mins give side view, was told come bk in morning for sea view that payed for , came at 9am like staff told , once again told come bk at 10 , suprise suprise, still wasn’t sorted , just palmed off , at 3 pm final got our room , what a dump , if wasn’t for those cleaners doing our room , really don’t know what we would have done , as no one would help in reception, top it off our bathroom light was off and air conditioning went off and was told nothing there could do , so absolutely sh… show , would not recommend this hotel!!!!

Deniz manzaralı odamızda buz dolabı ve klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Kahvaltı yeterli lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Her isteğimize pozitif yaklaşan resepsiyonda görevli hanımefendi çok ilgiliydi kendisine teşekkür ediyorum.

• Chezzamarsden (10/5): Good place good friends - Lovely clean family run hotel, nothing is too much trouble for staff, great food and drinks are very good prices x on beach front so no problems getting a lounger , plenty of bars and places to visit around the hotel and short walk to marina for boat trips,we have been here for three weeks and are returning in September and will be again next year,

The chicken curry was a personal favourite. They offer beach service so you don’t have to move to the bar for a drink. The manager is great, is always smiling.

• mandykay2015 (10/5): Unforgettable, friendly hotel - Lovely personal clean hotel. Loved my stay here . Elif, Hanifi, Dr Tom and Engin were amazing with anything asked. Such a friendly place. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. I chose this hotel for the beach front location . B&B, but ate many meals here too. End of season, but still all were really helpful and welcoming. Had amazing sea front view room. Simple decor but so clean. Will definitely be back here next season. Thank you all for your hospitality and kindness during my two week stay

When I first entered the hotel, my air conditioner was faulty, my complaint was resolved during the day, the food and cocktails were delicious.
• C3210PTdeborahf (6/5): If you're looking for basic, you found it. - Best thing is the shower! With 2 people in the room, one can put their clothes out, the other has to live out of the suitcase. If you need clean sheets, towels or have your room cleaned, you just ask the lady who does the rooms up. Breakfast is the same every day. Hard boil eggs, spicy sausage, olives, tomatoes and cucumber and bread and butter. Tea/no milk. The young lady at the desk is a sweet Hart. Very helpful. She speaks perfect English because she is half English. Hotel right the beach except their beach is full of fag butts. Go a bit along and there are plenty of beds on the beach with clean sand. Just buy something and the beds are free. Loads of bars and entertainment near by with plenty of noise.

Went to our room to find the beds not made no pillows no sheets and no towels. We went to reception to be told in Turkish as the man didn’t speak a word of English we had to wait until 10 am the next morning.

• 725shelleyg (10/5): What a great place - Currently on holiday now , for two weeks and have already been here 3 times and we are only on our fifth day. Fabulous food at a very reasonable price. Yes the prices have gone up, but the quality of food and service you receive here is priceless. You will not find a more friendly and chatty bunch, and they will go out of there way to make your visit a special one.

The only downside was that there wasn’t wifi in the rooms, only in common areas. I can’t wait to visit again this summer xxx
• Hakan (4/5): Temizlikten ve hijyenden yoksun bir otel!!! - Odamız giriş yaptığımız gün kötü durumdaydı. Odada çok ağır kızartma kokusu vardı genel olarak aşırı rahatsız ediciydi. Günlük temizlik yapılmıyor odalara. 3 gece 4 günlük tatilimde odamı 1 kere temizlediler ve ondan da emin olmak için temizlik yapan görevlileri bekledim odada. Kahvaltısı vasattı hiçbir düzen yoktu yemek alınan kısımlarda bile kirli tabaklar duruyordu. Otelin yeri fena değildi fakat genel olarak otel ücretinin karşılığını hiç alamıyorsunuz.

• ozge (2/5): Böcekli odalar - Öncelikle geçen sene çok memnun ayrıldığımız otelden bu sene nefret ettik, arkadaşlarımıza rezil olduk, odalarda ve koridorlarda kocaman bocekler var, cevap ise bu sıcakta heryerde olurmus vs. Otele girdigimiz andan itibaren rezillikler devam etti, yarim pansiyon aldik akşam yemegi olarak buz gibi pilav ve 1 küçük şnitzel geldi tabi itiraz ettik cevap ise otel boş yemek yapmadık şeklindeydi .. hotels.com u aradım hemen akşam yemeğini iptal ettik ki çok yüksel bi fiyat farkı oldu, cebimize kalan parayla dışarda dilediğimizi yedik içtik, üstüne paramız arttı. Sabah kahvaltı poğaça domates salatalik yedik.peynirleri mümkün değil yenmez, en ucuz malzemeler en kalitesiz ürünler vardi.... odalar pislik içinde temizlik sıfır, böcek çıkan odamızı 1 gün sonra temizlediler ki yine de pisti, 1 hafta kaldık zorla 1 defa havlu değiştirdiler 10 defa söylememize rağmen. Burnunuzdan geldi....konumu dışında hiçbir iyi yanı yok, wi-fi asla çekmiyor... bütün misafirler otelden pislikten şikayetçiydi... bi daha aslaaa
• Ahmet Muhammet (2/5): HEM PİS HEM BÖCEKLİ HEM İLGİSİZ - 2 çift olarak otelde 1 hafta konakladık.Otelde tam pansiyon olarak almıştık ancak ilk akşam.akşam yemeği diye önümüze konan yemek saatler öncesinden hazırlanmıs uyduruk market snitzeliydi ve berbattı.Akşam yemeğini menüyü görünce iptal ettirmek istediğimzde resepsiyon 'daki çalışan hiçbir şekilde bizimle ilgilenmedi. Hotelsden almamıs olsaydık akşam yemeğini iptal ettiremedik.(Hotels e ekstra teşekkürler )Odalar pisti defalarca uyarmama rağmen bir türlü temizlenmedi. Ayrıca arkadaşımın odasından böcek cıktı. Ve gene berbat yönetim bu durumu da olur böyle şeyler filan diyerek bizi dikkate almadı bir daha asla gitmem.bir daha geo beach mı Allah korusun.

• erol (6/5): Oda kahvaltı olarak şimdilik kullanılabilir. - Otelin yeri çok güzel, denize 20 metre mesafede, sahili iyi, şezlongları ve yatakları yeni, otel yeni el değiştirmiş bizim gittiğimizde öğrendiğimiz bu, bu nedenle mutfak işi oturmamış, biz bir gün önce ayrıldık yemek konusu tatminkar olmayınca, eğer mutfağı düzelirse süper bir tatil oteli olabilir.

Pencerenin birinde tek parça güneşlik var, Allahtan perde var. Diğerinde sırf güneşlik var perdesi yok. Oda kapısı kilitsizken dışarıdan açılıyor ama içeriden ancak anahtarla açabiliyorsunuz, arızalıymış. 2 kişiden biri uyuyorken diğeri dışarı çıkıp anahtarı aldımı odada kalan kişi sizi beklemek zorunda kalıyor yada nasıl olsa dışarıdan açılıyor diyip odada kalan kapıyı kitlemeden uyuyacak. Yedek anahtar yok muş. Yarım pansiyon aldık akşam yemeği tek seçenek sevmediğiniz birşey olsa yiyemiyeceksiniz. Böyle bir hizmete de fiyat yüksek.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Otele girişte hotels.com üzerinden euro para birimi ile rezervasyon yapıldığı için girişte Türkiye'de o sırada olmakta olan döviz kur dalgalanması uygulanarak iki katı fiyata kalınmış olundu. Bu fiyata değecek ne hizmet, ne anlayış otelde gözlenmedi. Oda feba sayılmazdı fakat oda da yer alan yatak bulanabilecek en eski, en kötü, hiçbir şekilde rahat edilemeyen ve müşteriye hakaret niteliğinde bir yataktı, keza çarşaf, yastık örtüleri ve havlular sıfırında altında değerlendirmeye sahipti. Odanın perdesini çekince kornej den dışarı geliyordu ve bu her gün yerine takılıyor fakat buraya bir durdurucu takılması akıl edilmediği için tekrar çıkıyordu. Kahvaltı çok çok yetersiz ve özensiz idi. Wifi odadan çekmiyor. Otel komple hizmet açısından sıfır idi. Tek özelliğinin denizin tam kenarında olması dışında başka herhangi bir özelliğe sahip olmayan bir otel zaten Marmaris'in her yerinden denize giriliebiliyor.
• ozge (10/5): Mükemmel tatil - Otele girer girmez güzel bi karşılama oldu, müsait oda çok olduğundan ücret arttırmadan deniz manzaralı oda verdi resepsiyondaki arkadaş. Oda konforlu, dus ve yatak iyi, denize sıfır şezlong şemsiye otele ait. Marinaya ve tekne turlarına otelin arkasından minibüs var veya 15 dk yürüyerek gidiliyor. 5 dk ilerisinde Avm var, otelin konumu harika. 2 km boyunca yanyana otel ve barlar var. Restaurant nargile kafe vs. Dolu. Otelin kahvaltısı biraz zayıf ama yarim pansiyon konakladık ve akşam yemegi ne seçerseniz onu yiyorsunuz . Aşçı çok iyi yemekler yapıyor, açık büfe olmaması çok iyi çünkü porsiyonları çok lezzetli ve doyurucu. Havuz yok ama denizi cok guzel. Yan tarifinda su sporlari var. Bidaha marmarise gidersek tercih edeceğiz. Tesekkür ederiz geo beach
• Konstantin (10/5): Маленикий трип из Дидима в Мармарис. - Хорошее расположение отеля. Чистый пляж, первая линия. Внимательный персонал. Большинство номеров с частичным видом на море. Не далеко от Гранд-базара, 25 минут ходьбы и вы в центре событий ночной жизни Мармариса. В пяти минутах ходьбы торговый центр и магазины, экскурсионные бюро и станции проката авто и велотранспорта. Не понравилось расположение кондиционера в номере, дует прямо на кровати, а так же отсутствие холодильника.
