- Lai Mui (6/5): 整潔及網絡需要改善 - 前台服務果位小姐，非常有耐性及細心解答問題。酒店位置交通非常方便。但酒店房間內部比較殘舊，唯整潔意識比較弱，入住第一天發現一間房有執漏上手客人杯裝飲品在雪櫃內。另一間房發現有煙頭在床頭及有兩枝啤酒，相信都係上手客人留下。通知前台職員後，第二天兩間房整潔都有改善。但仍需要繼續努力改善。

- Shun Ngar (4/5): - Needs to improve over all conditions. The clear cover over the carpet in the living room is mess and easy to trip over, there’s a safety issue. Broken kitchen door and the fridge needs to defrost. 2 ceiling spot light in bedroom needs to replace.

- Janet (10/5): One of the best self service hotel apartment. - I would like to recommend this self serve apartment to people who do like conveniences, hotel located in the middle of one of the top shopping mall in Zhongshan. Even you are not familiarise with the local area, you could always find variety of choices of cuisines to feed your hunger. The room itself is so spacious, 3 ac which is great for summer time, beautiful renovations are also A plus. Excellent in short. Great value as well.
