• Jesse (10/5): Fijn verblijf op een top locatie in split - Het verblijf was perfect. Ruim met 3 slaapkamers met goede bedden en een grote woonkamer met een balkon. Het verblijf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast is het ook nog eens gelegen in een top locatie. Dichtbij het strand en een supermarkt en op loopafstand het centrum van split. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is uitstekend. Het beddengoed was wat minder. Het was best klein ten opzichte van de grote beden. Zeker voor wat langere jongens is dit een probleem.
• Adrienne (8/5): Basic amenities in a great location! - It was wonderful to open the doors/windows to the sounds of Split in the morning, and have coffee on the balcony. In addition, we appreciated the walkability of the location and the beach area being nearby. It was also a very quick Uber ride to the Old Town area. In the bedrooms, it was nice to have extra available blankets and portable heaters since it was a bit chilly at night. The closet/armoire space was also appreciated. And, being that it’s Eastern Europe, it was nice to have multiple towels for each person. Being able to do laundry was also helpful, and the free private parking spot (inside the gate) was great! There was only one trash can in the kitchen area. So, a trash can in each of the bathrooms seems necessary. Also, the bathroom doors don’t lock and there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided for our 5-night stay. Additionally, the kitchen lacked some of the little additions apartments usually have (e.g., coffee/tea, sugar, etc.), and the electric pitcher to boil water had a calcium film in it.

• Leila (10/5): - It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute walk to the Old Town. It's very clean, although it smelt a bit musty, but you can open the windows.
• Emmanuel (8/5): - Appartement idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes de la mer Adriatique et à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique. Confortable et bien équipé, il offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Un supermarché SPAR se trouve à proximité immédiate, parfait pour vos courses quotidiennes. Il y a bien une place de parking, mais elle est à partager en file indienne avec un autre résident, ce qui la rend peu pratique. Cependant, nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans la rue, juste devant l’appartement.

A few days before our departure he already sent messages via WhatsApp about possible airport transfers to his apartment. He also gave us tips about various recommended restaurants, which we gratefully made use of. Parking was a bit of a problem, one parking space for 5 apartments is a bit limited. If Sinisa would also cover the exposed wires in our apartment with cable ducts and caps, It would be perfect

• luigia (10/5): one beach a day - Sinisa is a very kind, helpful, and never intrusive person. I'm traveling alone, and he provided me with all the practical information I needed for getting around. Beach, restaurants, and the historic center. The accommodation was spotless and quiet. Simple, but with everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The location is fantastic. A 3- to 10-minute walk to the various beaches. A 20-minute walk to the historic center and the port. Highly recommended.

Cerca del centro andando. Las habitaciones amplias y todo muy limpio y cómodo. Sinisa, un excelente anfitrión a quien consultar sobre todo lo que necesites. Split es precioso, seis noches nos parecieron cortas. El regreso del centro: 15 minutos cuesta arriba, se hace largo😅

• Lisa (9/5): We were very happy overall with the property and would recommend it. - The location was great, easy walk to the old town and close to the beach. Sinisa was great at recommending places to eat. I think the sheets of the bed could be updated.
• Marta (8/5): Very good - We're travelling by car, so the parking place in front of the house was perfect. What we loved most about the property was the small porch. The location is nice, if you like walking it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre. The host is very easy to communicate with and really cares that you are comfortable. The property is about 5 minutes walking to the beach, but that one is a bad beach, the water is not so clear. If you want to go to the best beaches in Split you must take the car or bus.

It was easy to walk to the city centre. The outside terrace was a nice place to sit, but maybe a little more shade would have been good.

Located 15min walk from oldtown in a local neighbourhood (non-foreign touristic area) with plenty of bars, restaurants and a few meters from a little familiar beach. Sinisa (the host) was very helpful and kind. The apartment has all you might need to spend a lovely vacation in Split. Totally recommended.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful and on-site. WiFi, TV, AC/Heating worked perfectly. Not luxury but reasonable value. We enjoyed our stay.

• Tam (10/5): Croatia: Pleasant City, People, and Stay. - Not suited for those expecting the luxuries of hotel service, but for those who want to experience Croatian middle class living. Manager Sinisa arranged transportation to and from the airport (as requested) and greeted us upon arrival. He provided information and suggestions regarding our stay, and made himself readily available via “WhatsApp”. He quickly responded to our questions and catered to all of our requests. Sinisa went out of his way to ensure our comfort. Parking could be challenging, but we were without a car. We chose to either walk or be shuttled (Sinisa arrangements) to our destinations. No view of the sea from our room, however, the beach is within walking distance.
• Logan (8/5): I enjoyed my time here - In a quiet part of Split but very nice location. Near the water with some good restaurants close by. Grocery as well. Apartment had a small kitchenette that is good for a few days. We were there for 6 nights. Host was very helpful. Beach House is a bit misleading. It is about 500m to beach. We were on ground level and terrace was just in an area by an apartment building.

We were on 3rd floor so we had a lovely patio area to sit out in the evening with a beautiful sea breeze & apartment was large enough for 5 adults. Owner was very nice & let us have a later checkout time. As we had a late night arrival & all shops closed a bottle of water would have been nice left in the fridge.

The apartment was clean and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It was also conveniently located about 20 minutes on foot from the old town area and the harbor, where most activities and day trips begin. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Host was very kind and fast responding and available for extra questiones and needs. Place was clean and new and had everything we needed. Realy grateful that we had free parking inside,not on the road cause the roads are crowded.
• Andrew (5/5): For the price, you get what you get. No Frills. - The air conditioning was a blessing it was really requiredin those kinds of temperatures. Conversation with host was OK. His maid or Mother was nice. It wasn't the room I booked!. It was an off shoot could have been an old kitchen or something, after I arrived it felt like I was in the old soviet era. From the bedding to towels it was old used and not nice. After inspection there was a big bag of rubbish left smelling under the sink. Later on I began to get the feeling that someone had been thrown out of the room to make way for me. The shower was broken making for a not great time when all you do is sweat. As for the kitchen wear if your going to use it wash it first.

• Constexp (8/5): Nice studio, greqt for a short stay. - Location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and city centre. Sinisa our host was excellent and friendly. He was very accommodating with our late check-in. We asked for parking and were given the only parking space which was off the street and very safe. We stayed in the studio which was detached from the rest of the building. It was clean, convenient and had all the essentials. The studio was exactly as described. We were a couple and the size was a little cramped for two for an extended period, but it was great for our 3 night stay. The only place to sit is outside on the patio which is a little annoying.

However the room’s wifi did not work at all despite several attempts the owner trying to fix which is ridiculous as well as no room cleaning the 7 nights stay, dirty and feels like the room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Shampoo and other bottles provided were half empty and some even expired years ago.

• Mitchell (10/5): Split Paradise - Sinisa was a great host! The place was brand new and super clean. The location is wonderful, with several grocery stores within 4 minute walk, plus the beach about 5 minutes away. The old city was only about 12 minute walk away. We loved the apartment and having the kitchen saved us heaps of cash. Would totally recommend this place and would love to come back.
