- Cezar (2/5): We will never go back - Clean flat Firstly, breakfast was advertised as being included; however, no proper breakfast service was available. Instead, there were only a few cereals, some stale bread and pastries left in the room, along with cheese and eggs stored in the refrigerator. This fell far below reasonable expectations. In addition, access to the property was extremely inconvenient. We were required to carry our luggage to a third-floor flat using an old and very small lift that could accommodate only two people at a time, which was quite uncomfortable and claustrophobic. There was no reception, no staff assistance, and no luggage trolley available. Furthermore, cars and taxis were unable to reach the entrance of the property, meaning we had to drag our expensive suitcases for approximately 150 yards over uneven stone-covered streets. This caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary difficulty. Overall, the information provided during the booking process was inaccurate and misleading, resulting in a very disappointing experience. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately.

- Graf (10/5): Beautiful accommodations, excellent location, yummy food - The location was fantastic and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. Breakfast was very generous, we had delicious pastries and also lunch meat, cheese, yogurt, milk for coffee, water, juice. It was more than I would have expected. The room itself is newly renovated and in pristine condition. Every detail seems to have been thought through. The host is very communicative and we received a welcome call just after our ferry landed letting us know our room was ready, and they were quick to provide us with restaurant recommendations. The only thing that could have been better was to be given multiple room keys. We were offered a second key but weren't given one. The power to the room is turned off and on with the key (prevents electricity waste and potential fire from things being left on - genius), so that might be why. I was traveling with my brother and it would have been nice to split up more knowing we both could access the room independently if needed. Overall this wasn't a huge deal and if it had been we would have reminded the staff about this.

It was like staying in an Airbnb, but with all the benefits of a hotel (i.e. breakfast materials provided and a daily clean). Check in and check out were easy, communication with the host was great, and the local recommendations that we received were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! The single bed was pretty uncomfortable, but I’d imagine most people would just use the double bed (which was nice).

- joanna (10/5): - My husband and I traveled through Italy, we stayed at 6 different places, and this was by far our favorite. We wish we stayed longer. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Our host is very accommodating, and it was excellent having fresh towels and breakfast restocked every day. The host was so kind to offer gluten-free breakfast options for us upon request. Breakfast items are available, and you just cook yourself in the rooms kitchenette. We enjoyed cooking ourselves as it changed things up. We would love to come back in the future!

The place is very spacious with lots of amenities such as snacks, breads , milk, biscuits which is refill everyday. The host also friendly and very helpful to assist us in everything The room is not soundproof where we can hear people next door talking and any other sounds

- Pamala (10/5): Our stay here was wonderful. It was everything we wanted and convenient to all the best restaurants, shops and transport - The property is so convenient to everything. It is clean, well maintained, well managed and comfortable. We loved the view from both balconies and enjoyed having coffee, fruit, cheese, muffins, toast and other foods that are stocked in the room for your daily needs. It is very close to the Ferry’s, buses, and the train station. All in walking distance. We loved staying here and hope to return to Sorrento and stay here again. Photo from our room’s balcony, from a church across the street from our room and from Capri which is about a 30 minute Ferry ride away. We loved everything about this property.
- Leanne (10/5): - Location was excellent everything was on your doorstep. Super friendly welcome from the staff sent on recommendations for tours and restaurants. Arrived to a welcome pack of nibbles and drink. Room was great, comfortable bed constant hot water, use of a full kitchen and small balcony with seating. As it is close to everything could be noisy at times but wouldn't stop me for booking again.

Os anfitriões muito gentis e educados, explicam sobre deslocamentos na região, pontos de interesse e restaurantes. A varanda da um charme especial ao quarto. E o carinho em forma de mimo logo após o check in foram diferenciais importantes.
- Lois (10/5): Excellent, perfect location, great staff, very clean, kid friendly - We travelled with a toddler and the location was perfect, 2 min walk to the port, right in the centre of markets and restaurants. The room was huge, with plenty of space for a toddler to run around. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels, and they provided beach towels. The cleaner even cleaned our baby bottles when they were left! The staff were easily contactable, they even reached out before we arrived and then were just a message away, very responsive and helpful with day trip ideas. It’s was brilliant, only thing is the room could have had a toaster for the bread.
- Marja (10/5): Beautiful stay in Sorrento - We have visited 5 cities during our visit to Italy. This is the best place we have stayed. It is in the heart of beautiful Sorrento. The hosts went out of their way to assist us in getting to the property after our bus to Sorrento from Napoli was 3 hours late. Chiara and Eduardo were very pleasant and cheerful, which we really appreciated after an 11 hour journey to reach the place. Our room was amazing. It was very comfortable, had a large, comfortable bed, and a small balcony where we had a nice view of the street. The bathroom was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were replenished. The room had a kitchen, and while we prepared our own breakfast every morning, the refrigerator was restocked every morning with breakfast foods. Our best dinner in Italy was at the beautiful restaurant right on our street. The marina to reach the ferries for Positano, Capri, and the other places was a short walking distance. Without a doubt, Sorrento and this amazing place were our favorite place in Italy. Nothing.
- Manyee (9/5): - Fantastic location - 5 minutes walk away from the lift, giving easy access to/from port & in the midst of central area Great facilities - 2 balconies to enjoy the city views in addition to the clean and modern apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay. We didn't require it, but the only thing that may be helpful are laundry facilities.
