• Cathy (10/5): MERVEILLEUX... Nous avons passé tous les 6 un séjour de rêve. - Un hôte aux petits soins. Nous a fait deux fois des gâteaux délicieux. Pouvions le contacter sans problème si nous avions une question. Tout était parfait et nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement était parfaitement situé par rapport aux lieux à visiter. Nous pouvions faire tout à pied. Un magasin d'alimentation à proximité. Comme il est impossible de stationner à proximité, nous avions le grand parking gratuit à côté de la gare (à 400m). Et que dire de notre hôte... A notre arrivée, le frigo était rempli (yaourts, lait, charcuterie). Des petits tiroirs de rangement contiennent tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner, entre céréales, confitures, petites viennoiseries, biscottes, capsules de café. Un gâteau nous attendait à l'arrivée et trois jours après, un second nous a été apporté. Nous étions également idéalement situé pour faire plein d'excursions aux alentours. Ne pas oublier de se promener le soir dans les ruelles, tout est complètement différent de la journée, peut-être encore plus beau... Que dire de négatif... Il n'y avait que du positif dans notre séjour...

• Radosław (10/5): Super apartament w pięknym miasteczku - Pausa Mare to wspaniały, pięknie urządzony apartament. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, dobrze wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do funkcjonowania przez dłuższy okres czasu. Znajduje się na spokojnej uliczce, bardzo blisko głównych atrakcji miasta. Co prawda byliśmy poza sezonem turystycznym, ale bez problemu znajdowaliśmy miejsce do zaparkowania na sąsiednich uliczkach. Każdy pokój apartamentu posiada balkon, miejsce do przechowywania, tv, oraz wygodne łóżka. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, w której oprócz naczyń, sztućców, garnków, tostera, ekspresu do kawy, kuchenki była też lodówka wypełniona jedzeniem dla gości, czekało na nas też ciasto na powitanie. Do dyspozycji gości podstawowe produkty oliwa, przyprawy, kawa i herbata. Obie łazienki czyste, w każdej suszarka do włosów, na każdego gościa czekał zestaw kosmetyków oraz szczoteczka i pasta do zębów. Wymiana ręczników co 3 dni. Na wyposażeniu mieszkania jest również suszarka na pranie, deska do prasowania i żelazko oraz zapewniony dostęp do pralki, która znajdowała się piętro wyżej. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Produkty na śniadanie nie były uzupełniane na bieżąco. Co prawda zastaliśmy lodówkę pełną, ale przy 7 osobach oraz siedmiodniowym pobycie dwa bochenki chleba tostowego i kilka malutkich kawałeczków masła to nie jest wystarczająca ilość na tak dużą grupę. Podczas całego tygodnia dostaliśmy jedynie jedno dodatkowe ciasto. Brak czajnika.

• Romana (10/5): Beautiful accomodation - Very beautiful apartment, very nicely decorated, even that we arrived very late in the night, we managed to check-in. I could communicate everything with the owner on whatsapp and the young lady that welcomed us was really nice, gave us all needed information. The rooms were comfortable, they prepared a focaccia as a welcome gesture and also food for breakfast. I can only recommend this place. The only thing you need to be prepared for while driving is the narrow streets of the city close to the center 😅. Since our stay was in October, it was possible for us to park at the accomodation.

Fürs Frühstück ist alles vorbereitet, der Kühlschrank gut bestückt mit Eiern, Wurstwaren, Käse und Joghurt. Marmelade, Honig, Butter, Müsli...Alles vorhanden. Unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken. Von der Dachterrasse gibt es einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Wüsste nichts was nicht passt

• Andreea (10/5): Great choice for Polignano - The apartment Pausa Mare Is a great choice for Polignano. The location is very close to both central station ( where you have also a very big parking place) and also city center. The apartment is well maintained, with all facilities. 3 comfortable bedrooms( 2 with double beds and third with double bed and a single bed) , 2 bathrooms and a nice living common space, with all you need ( including a wine fridge, extra charge but very affordable). They provide amenities for all guests, and all you need to prepare yourself a sweet or savory breakfast. The host is very responsive, they assist you with all questions or requests. Each bedroom has a separate air conditioner. While is nothing related to the apartment, the neighbors next door where waking up each day at 7 am and they were pretty loud; could be heard from one bedroom only.

• Leslie (9/5): Charming apartment with great location. - We arrived early, and the host allowed us to store our bags with the cleaning woman, who gave us our keys. He also notified us when we were able to get into the apartment. It was an ample three-bed, two bath unit, with very modern baths and an overly well-stocked kitchen for our breakfast (Yogurt, all kinds of meats and cheeses, bread for toast, mini-pastries, etc. ). Great location for the historic district, as well as to a local laundromat. (Like most apartments in Italy, this had a washer, but no dryer) Very stylishly appointed. No lift, and we were up on the 2nd floor, which is like being on the 3rd floor in North America, and although the website said private parking was available, this wasn't offered to us.

He helped us get our bags upstairs. Nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed with warm fresh foccacia which was delicious . We also were given some snacks and options for breakfast cereal and bread and delicious muffins. So unexpected but so wonderful as we were hungry. I will definitely return as the location was perfect. Close to restaurants and old town and famous beach. Everything was wonderful.

City (free) parking only 10 minute walk away and then once you're in town everything is easily walkable. Luciano (the host) is very attentive and checks in to make sure you have enough breakfast foods, coffee, etc.

• Lisa (5/5): A very mis-represented property. - Luciano was attentive with any concerns and requests. The food supplies provided for breakfast were lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were off the living room, hence not quiet or private. The external bedroom doors are not soundproof so the surrounding residents, vehicles, garbage collectors are noisy. The shower screen frames need replacing. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine. It is located on the building’s rooftop. There is no safe installed in the apartment. A loose box is not safe. The private parking is not located near the property and costs EUR10/day.

It's located in the centre of town and very near the station - we used the train once - even though we had a car with us (trains were clean and on time). On street parking (careful where you park) or go to the public car park at the station - a very short walk away. Luciano and his friend were really helpful and we were left a fabulous welcome pack which was the best we have ever had! I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly. Nothing - it's perfect.

Few minutes to the city center and ten minutes to the most beautiful place in the city, Lama Monahile Beach. There were many products in the fridge for breakfast. And a very tasty cake. The owner's representative welcomed us and answered all our questions. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Luciano was in constant contact with us offering suggestions for restaurants, towns to visit, etc. Fridge and kitchen was stocked with all kinds of food: eggs, milk, yogurt, meats, cheeses, coffee, crackers, sweets and a homemade cake. By far the nicest place we have stayed at on our month long visit to Italy. Highly recommended.
• Marguerite (9/5): Fantastic stay in Polignano a Mare - The apartment is modern and furnished nicely with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is fantastic within walking distance to everything Polignano has to offer. We were so surprised and impressed to find the refrigerator stocked with fresh eggs, milk, water, juice, cheese, and deli meats. There was even a freshly baked cake and focaccia waiting for us and a coffee bar stocked with biscotti, cornetti, bread, and toast. The host Luciano came by during our stay and was nice enough to ask if we needed anything to be restocked in the fridge. Overall very happy and would absolutely stay here again. There is no elevator so be prepared to lug your suitcases up a few flights of stairs. Parking can be challenging as well although we got lucky finding a spot outside the apartment on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, you can park at the train station for free and walk to the apartment.

It has everything you need and more, very clean and for breakfast Luciano made sure we had everything, salami, cheese, sweets. At arrival we were expected with a delicious focaccia and cake. The apartment is so lovely and the location is perfect. It is in a quiet little street, close to everything. 10/10 points for Luciano, who is a very friendly and flexible host. He helped us with everything immediately. Special thanks for the freshly baked cake that Luciano's wife made. We are glad to be in Pause Mare during our trip in Puglia. -
