- Yachi (10/5): ㄧ點點的美中不足 - 瑞穗溫泉的五星級飯店，來拜訪客戶，順便安排兩天的親子四人房型住宿行程，飯店服務非常的好，裝潢的設備及整體環境很像到了外國城堡景點，天氣非常好，美中不足的也許是疫情的關係，兩個晚餐和早餐的菜色都沒有太大的變化，所以若是有機會再來入住，希望飯店的餐飲部份可以再多變化，或是特色料理。
- Yu-Fang (10/5): 整體住宿體驗不錯，只是價格略高 - 住宿體驗不錯，環境也很好，幾點小缺點：check in花費時間太久，很多設施都有營業時間但是沒有紙本或電子的介紹，導致都要用記憶的，另外這麼貴的飯店但是11點check out也是硬傷。
- Verified traveler (8/5): 希望寵物友善部分再調整 - 這次入住的是親子寵物房，住宿環境很好，只是在餐廳用餐時，寵物規定要放在大廳的櫃台，而且住房前的說明，並沒有寫"必須"(不是放在餐廳的櫃台;而且在城堡區時，還被放在一間無人的房間裡，這樣不是沒有人在看管嗎?讓人不放心)。如果飯店有設計寵物可進房入住，就應該要安排主人用餐時，也可將寵物放入提袋或提籠，放在主人旁邊，我們為什麼會選擇"寵物進房的房型"?目的就是希望可以都在一起。我們也入住過其他有接受寵物進房入住的飯店，會安排有攜帶寵物住客的用餐區。希望飯店可以針對此點作適當的調整，才不會讓客人覺得因此被排擠。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 住宿環境不錯，早餐也菜色不錯，但以五星級飯店來說，一泊二食的自助晚餐就遜了...海鮮(烤魚、炒蝦、炒蜆)都不太新鮮！肉類選擇也稍嫌不多...水果(西瓜、哈密瓜、芭樂)大多不甜... 每晚一萬元以上一泊二食的優惠價位，本以為住客都有一定水平，但不知為何住宿三天兩夜期間~團客很多，且水準不高，用餐時間都像市場般嘈雜，而散客需要排隊入餐廳，團客只要吆喝一聲，可以全部一起直接入場、並坐在餐檯主菜附近的位置 。 正值防疫期間，但取餐時並未要求戴口罩，有些大人小孩一邊咳嗽一邊趴趴走取餐，令人十分擔心！ 希望飯店在薄利多銷的同時，也要注意兼顧星級水準，以免對注重品質的住客產生排擠效應！

- Kelvin (6/5): 這種經驗 一次就夠了。 - 整體而言 建築很漂亮/房間很大之外, 其他都是一般般, 沒有很大的亮點。遊憩設施 玩水算多樣也OK, 小朋友玩很不錯, 其他能玩的並不多, 也不像廣告那麼多樣, 好玩。比較糟糕的是 餐點, 真的不像這價位飯店該有的水準, 早餐更是悲劇, 跟商旅差不多。總之, 這種經驗 一次就夠了。
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Check in 時，因為與朋友一起入住（我們一起辦入住手續） 我問了櫃檯是否可以將我們房間弄近一點 櫃檯人員就給我們看了房卡，一個317，一個333 說這是我們的房間 我們看了以爲就在不遠 就沒有再問 當我們辦好手續要上樓 才發現我們的房間根本在不相通的兩邊 同樓層但要從一樓才能到 我們絕對可以老實說沒有 但不說清楚就這樣帶過感覺很差

- Liang-Tzu (8/5): 外觀新穎氣派 - 大廳富麗堂皇，房間寬敞舒適，飯店新穎設施齊全。餐飲種類多由其甜點多樣，冰淇淋有莫凡比、哈根達士，惟早上舀味噌湯時居然有小強在電鍋提把上爬行，告知服務人員竟然用手彈蟑螂，我嚇到後用衛生紙包小強，真是令人噁心
- Verified traveler (8/5): Buffet 菜色普通 - 整體環境與設施都很棒，若要挑些缺點，就是buffet 菜色很普通，也沒有特色。

- Chia Huei (10/5): 適合全家大小，但避開寒暑假應該會更好！ - 一泊二食，早晚餐都非常美味，設施多有趣，但暑假期間人很多，有些設施需耗些時間排隊，入房時間也被延遲。

- Yenshi (8/5): 城堡很美，早餐豐盛好吃～ - 入住城堡客房，飯店很美，硬體設施很不錯！暑期平日入住人潮許多，晚餐分兩梯次用餐，時間1.5小時，覺得能到2小時會較好，晚餐普通，隔日早餐7點多前往用餐人潮少，用餐品質佳，食物種類多，比晚餐好太多了！晚餐後的抽獎，飯店人員很會炒氣氛很棒！ 如果能多些人員帶小朋友活動的設計會更加分！房價仍高，cp值不高~

- YIFUNG (10/5): 花東好Hotel - 前幾週有來住過，此次遊客爆滿造成服務人員忙不過來是正常現像，晚餐比以前弱了一點，但還是ok,建築，設施，空間都很讚，來花東必住的Hotel.

- chinching (8/5): 親子旅館 - 旅館環境非常棒，青山環繞，空氣清新，旅館和房間內有露天溫泉。 唯一不方便是房間浴室隱蔽性不好，泡湯洗澡拉上窗簾，無法欣賞戶外景觀。
