Towel were not cleaned unwashed towels were given to us .... Ac remote was not working properly... Twince I had to go down to the reception to ask for help...

• R (1/5): Horrible Customer care @ Relax Holiday Home at Madgaon. - The only advantage is it is near to the railway station. But it is on the back side, that area doesn't have even a good restaurant. Totally unhappy with the service, facilities, especially the behaviour of the staff. Horrible stay. Not recommended at all. We stayed 3 days from 13 Mar to 16th Mar. We requested late check out on 16th, as our train leaves late in the evening. They replied "Okay sir" in writing. But after checking in, changed their stand and demanded I have to leave at 11 O' clock. When asked about their confirmation, they replied "It is a mistake by the receptionist" Breakfast shown in the photo included Idli, fruits (2 types) bread Omlette etc. But they provided only Bread Jam and Sandwich. When insisted they said. "It is a mistake by Kitchen staff". First they indicated that it was due to "LPG shortage". What LPG has to do with Fresh Fruits, I fail to understand. The intercom was not working, and they told it is problem with "maintenance". Excuse, Excuse, Excuse........ But regarding request for late check out ( which they have committed), they said, they will follow the laid down procedure only. The behaviour of the lady maneger in the reception was rude and rough. She was talking, as if we made a mistake. So bad...... shameful......Far away from professional approach. As e frequent traveler for more than 10 years, I had visited almost all tourist spots in all states except 7 sisters in east as well as more than 20 overseas destinations. I never had such a bad experience from any properties, anywhere ! They respect their customers.
• Sam (9/5): - Close to the Train station which was perfect for what we were looking for. Rooms are big and the staff are friendly. At £16 a night for two people there really isn't any need to complain. All good

• Sue (8/5): Great place to stay if your getting the train, clean and reasonably priced - Convenient location close to the railway station in a residential setting. Easy walk to the train station. Check in was fast and efficient. We only stayed the night before our train journey, early the next morning. Didn't use any of the facilities, only the room (& lift to get to the room, which was fine). We left too early to be able to have breakfast, so can't comment on that. We initially didn't know how to lock the door when we were going out but the front desk saw our struggle via camera and explained how it worked.

• Lorand (9/5): Really good stay - Yea this place was really nice. Breakfast included. Huge window overlooking lush vegetation was wonderful. Shoutout and big thanks to the kind and knowledgeable lady at front desk who took our order down to small details for breakfast and taxi summon and then delivered the next morning. You’re awesome Room smelled a little but like mold upon entering but was fine for 1 night

This was handy and the walk there and back was fine, only taking 5 minutes. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was okay and came out early as promised. There were a few power cuts, but they were rectified quickly. The breakfast could be a better quality, but we understand the price reflects the breakfast you get - quick and functional. There were water stains on the internal walls indicating damp, which ruined the relaxing vibe of the room.

• Alison (8/5): Fit for purpose. - Very straightforward accommodation…..simple and efficient . The gentleman who made my breakfast was very welcoming and smiley…..always good to see. Located in a very residential area so no food stalls /restaurants near by. But all you have to do is walk about 300m to the main road and you’ll find plenty along the main road into town after San Sebastián Church. Navtarra is particularly good for cheap veg meals.

Check in was in the morning but we checked in at 6 pm. Still no one bothered to check on the housekeeping staff. We were back here second time because of the cleanliness but were disappointed. Was not like the first time.

• Matthias (10/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft in direkter Nähe zum Bahnhof! - Top Lage in direkter Nähe des Bahnhofs. Ideal, wenn man abends spät mit dem Zug ankommt, oder morgens früh los muss. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr leise. Sehr modern, sehr sauber, super Betten. Guter Preis! Sehr nettes, englisch sprechendes Personal. Als Zwischenübernachtung zu den Strände von Goa optimal! Es war alles gut!
