Guest Reviews
- werner (9/5): Toplocatie in de natuur. - Toplocatie. Authentiek. Vriendelijke host. Net.

Nada. No puedo poner ninguna pega a nada.

- Bernard (8/5): Good value rural hotel. - I thought it was good value and in a quiet rural location. It was nice to relax on the terrace outside with a beer and convivial conversation with some other guests. I chose because of the reviews and the fact that it had a bar and restaurant for dinner. I am not sure there was anywhere else to eat in the village? Lots of highly rated reviews for this simple rural hotel. So I was hopeful for a simple and tasty country dinner, after travelling most of the day I was certainly hungry enough but it didn't quite match that expectation for me. That said the dinner menu was not expensive and the gentleman running the hotel were attentive and hospitable.

Vaig sopar allà mateix i era boníssim.. Res
- grandad (10/5): - Could not fault this place. Location. Accommodation. Food. Beer. Room. And especially the owner, Jose who was great. Thanks. I'll stay longer next time Nothing

- Johanna (10/5): I loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable! -

- Simon (10/5): A special place with a unique atmosphereommended. - The location and the views are stunning. The hotel is on top of a hill, in a tiny, atmospheric village. The owner made extra efforts so that we (including our 2-years old) felt comfortable. And dinner was excellent.
- Richard (8/5): Very good - A trip back in time to a forgotten village. No air con, it was hot
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carolyn (8/5): Fabulous location - A really beautiful location, so quiet and with wonderful views from our room and from the hotel terraces below. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The meals were plentiful and great value. We were made to feel so welcome and loved our stay here.
- Graham (8/5): Wonderful location and friendly efficient service - Excellent Unable to park the car near the hotel
- James (8/5): Enjoyed staying at Jose’s hotel. Beautiful view - Good value-stunning location Friendly, beautiful
- Neil (9/5): Wonderful remote retreat. Lovely hosts. Worth the detour! - Wonderful remote retreat…complete with bar and three-course dinner. (15 euro). Plenty of room for bicycles. No-one else there which was a shame. Great value all round.
- John (8/5): Tranquility and picturesque in one location - If you are looking for solitude and tranquility this is the place for you, definitely off the beaten track and with a census population reported as 37 it’s very quiet The room and facilities are basic but that is reflected in the price
- Chris (9/5): Excellent! Top location - Staff very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble The roads in and out are quite rough
- Lauri (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing location to stay one night on a bikepacking trip. The owner of the place was superb.
- Michael (8/5): Far off the beaten track. Well worth the effort to visit. SImple, friendly and worth visiting again -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (10/5): Peaceful hotel in idyllic surroundings. A get away from the crowds sort of place. - Village setting of the hotel and the surrounding countryside.
Bedroom was comfy and a stunning view from the balcony just made it perfect. Sat and enjoyed a beer on the terrace- absolutely fantastic
Evening meal was basic but great value and proprietor was very helpful and pleasant Dinner not served until 9pm BUT we appreciate this is the norm for Spain ( we are cycle touring so getting a bit hungry by then!). Not a complaint but a comment
- Martine (8/5): Very good -
- Tadsahi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Finn (9/5): Superb -
- Julien (9/5): Superb -
- Johannes (8/5): Very good - José was a wonderful host, very accommodating. Since he turned out to be a trained archaeologist, he was able to give lots of interesting information about historical sites to see in the region (which has many churches, hermitages and castles from the XII and XIII centuries). His fellow staff-member Leo is an accomplished artist who gives workshops in stained glass techniques.
- Frederique (7/5): Good -
- Jeff (9/5): Superb - We found our host ,Jose, extremely helpful and friendly, the food was 1st class, and, the reason we went, the temperature was great.
- Wayne (10/5): Great choice for an overnight in the Spanish Pyrenees - Pintano is a very small atmospheric old hill town in the Spanish Pyrenees. It's basically in the middle of nowhere, but we made it a stop on our way back to Madrid from the French border near Jaca. A great choice because the inn is comfortable and the innkeeper (Jose) a really nice guy. He fed us an excellent 3 course meal, with wine, for 15 euros. A modest Spanish breakfast (coffee, toast and a packaged cake) is also included. A bit interesting to drive to the top of the town through the narrow alleys, but any passenger car can make it.
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning views and comfortable rooms. Ours had balcony.. Excellent evening meal. Nothing.
- Robert (8/5): Real historic old town/ village setting.with amazing view from our window and the sound of cow bells. - Real historic old town/ village setting with amazing view from our window and good beer on tap.
- Keith (10/5): An absolute gem - A very warm welcome on our 2nd visit to Pintano.
Superb value for money, good breakfast and hearty evening meals. Outside terrace for drinks with magnificent views.
The location is pure paradise, the only sound was a distant cuckoo.
- Doncolin (10/5): My stay was short and so I didn't do it justice. - The dinner was excellent and the breakfast fine or me. It's beautifully located but not very easy to find once it's gone dark, especially in the village itself. But the owner is aware of this and trying to get signs put up.
- Tim (6/5): Lovely location - This was a no frills stopover for one night off the beaten track! and as such could not fault it . The owner was helpful and friendly the food perhaps a little basic but for the prices charged absolutely no complaints. Views from the patio out over the hills stunning. Breakfast freshly made toast and cakes juice tea or coffee so again no complaints .
This stop over was chosen for the roads to get there as on a motorcycle tour. no dissappointment there! the village is charming but it was a bit of a challenge to locate the hospideria. Finding the Hospideria once we had arrived at the village lots of narrow steep streets not so condusive to being on large motorcycles.
- Alex (10/5): Friendly place with fantastic views, would recommend.. - View of the sunset was spectacular. Location on top of hill was fantastic. Room comfortable also with nice view. Proprietor very nice and helpful. Evening meal tasty and little bar great for a beer. Road to and from place is currently very rough. Not so good if you are driving a very low convertible.
- Kaspars (10/5): Exceptional - Nice village, responsive staff, tasty dinner. Breakfast was included in price (bread, butter, jam, coffee, juice).
