• Esther (8/5): Prima verblijf. Receptie erg behulpzaam. Ontbijt vreselijk. - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel bij de receptie. Ontbijt. Het brood was niet vers en inferieur. Alles van bedenkelijke kwaliteit. Meubels in de ontbijtkamer waren beschadigd.
• Adrienne (7/5): Zowel het park Prato Della Valle en de botanische tuin als het centrum met de prachtige fresco’s zijn vanuit het hotel t - Prettige ligging aan de rand van het centrum tegenover de grote kerk van de belangrijkste heilige van Padua, S. Anthonius. Voor het hotel is een terras, waar we vanwege het regenachtige geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Onze kamer op de tweede verdieping kon wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, maar het uitzicht maakte veel goed.

• Cristina (6/5): Posizione strategica, struttura da rimodernare. - Posizione ottima, nelle immediate vicinanze della basilica di Sant’Antonio, a dieci minuti da piazza delle Erbe e in prossimità di taxi e bus/tram. La struttura sente il peso degli anni, in particolare i bagni hanno sanitari, rubinetteria e piastrelle molto datati. Idem per i mobili della camera e l’impianto elettrico. Il frigobar è troppo sfornito (all’arrivo erano presenti una lattina di birra e una bottiglietta d’acqua minerale che non è stata sostituita al momento della pulizia della stanza).

• Dafina (10/5): - Wir haben uns im Hotel Donatello sofort wohlgefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und perfekt für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Padua. Besonders schön fanden wir die zentrale Lage und die freundliche Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel.
• Maria (9/5): If I come back to Padua I would stay in the same hotel, the staff is super nice and helpful! - The room was good size and had a great bathroom, the view was spectacular, right in front of the church and the plaza. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of everything. The breakfast is not great, the things kept finishing and they would not bring out more, that happened both days we were there.

• Joel (10/5): Padova and Hotel Donatello are exceptional! - The friendliness and helpfulness of ALL staff was exceptional! No request was too small for them. Breakfast was standard but the service was excellent! The location is ideal for us - close to the Basilica of St. Anthony, short walk to a tram stop and not very far from the historic center.

Θα ήθελα περισσότερη ποικιλία στο πρωινό , πχ ψωμί και λίγο καλύτερο περιβάλλον στο σαλόνι του πρωινού. Για παράδειγμα με λίγες μικρές παρεμβάσεις, όπως λουλούδια σε παρτερακια στη τζαμαρία για να μην φαίνεται το παρκιν.

Zudem war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der frühstückskaffee von der Maschine war lausig, Dann gab es aber auch ohne Aufpreis einen an der Bar und der war super. Das Frühstück war für Italien tiptop, nur gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit gab es nichts mehr Rechtes.

• james (7/5): A friendly and well located city centre hotel - Great staff across all three days we were there, as well as very helpful House-keeping staff. Fabulous central location which suited our rather specific needs. The restaurant was only for breakfast, although this isn't made clear on the Booking site. The hotel does have an adjoining bistro next to it, serving meals (which were not great). We stayed in mid-April... no air conditioning, despite the hot weather, which is a state of affairs that we have come across in Italy before, so be warned that it only gets turned on in the main summer months. We had booked a Panorama room... note that this only had one window, despite the name suggesting it had more and the Booking site showing one with two windows. The bidet in our room was very smelly which, given the hot weather, was disappointing... it would have been awful if we had been there in the very hot months.

Decisamente vecchio, privo di doccia e la vasca non aveva nemmeno una tenda per evitare di bagnare il pavimento. Colazione con pancetta e frittata freddi. Solo pane da toast e non panini freschi per mamgiare i formaggi e i salumi.

Das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die schwierige Parksituation wurde perfekt gelöst. Es war alles ohne Beanstandungen. Tolles Frühstück. Alles war bestens.

We stayed a week. The walk to the bus was maybe 5 mins, from which we reached the train station. Staff even packed us a TaGo bag before an early morning start. Would definitely stay again!!

• Mirela (9/5): Very good stay - Hotel foarte bine pozitionat, personal amabil si disponibil 24/7, mic dejun variat si bun ( except for the eggs which had a bas taste), excellent coffee, large room, cleaned every day, comfortable beds and pillows. The shiwer door was not working on the first dau but we managed to fix it by ourselves
