• Katarzyna (10/5): Przyjemny pobyt w pięknym miejscu :) - Gospodarze byli bardzo gościnni. Miejsce urokliwe i bardzo spokojne. Mieszkanie z pięknym kolorowym tarasem i duża powierzchnią spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Polecamy każdemu kto szuka spokoju i otoczenia naturą.

• Helke (9/5): Authentische liebevoll restaurierte Unterkunft mit schöner Dachterrasse und freundlichen Gastgebern! - Unser Studio (D) lag in der oberen Etage eines alten ausgebauten Finca Hofs. Es gab neben zwei Innenhöfen zwei möblierte Dachterrassen mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge und die Umgebung. In der Ferne war das Meer zu sehen. Die Eigentümer Johannes und seine Frau leben vor Ort und waren stets hilfreich und freundlich, insb. wenn es um Auskünfte und Hilfe beim Einparken ging oder auch wenn etwas fehlte. Eine sehr positive Überraschung waren die äußerst bequemen Betten (zwei Einzelbetten als Doppelbett) mit warmen Einzelbettdecken, die wir auf Grund der etwas kühlen Temperaturen auch gebraucht haben. Wir haben wirklich gut und ruhig geschlafen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe einkaufen und essen zu gehen. Der Ort war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten und ist touristisch nicht so überlaufen. Man braucht hier jedoch ein Auto. Dann ist man in etwas ca. 20-30 Min an den Stränden oder noch schneller in den Bergen. Wir sind abends immer gern dorthin heimgekehrt und haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Eigentlich hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Manchmal gab es etwas Nachbarschaftslärm durch die zum benachbarten Pizzarestaurant gehörigen Außenspielplätze und das Haus ist auch an sich etwas hellhörig. Aber gelegentliche Störungen waren nie von Dauer und nachts war es immer still. Die Zufahrt und das Einparken sind allerdings wirklich eine Herausforderung, besonders wenn viele Mieter da sind.

• Rolf (10/5): Zentral gelegen mit schönen Innenhof - Nur 7 Wohnungen, die der Eigentümer mit seiner Frau betreibt. Alle Wohnungen sind zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Er wohnt selbst vor Ort, was die Kommunikation sehr vereinfacht. Als Österreicher spricht er natürlich auch deutsch. Probleme wurden schnell und einfach gelöst. Auch das Parken ist nicht so kompliziert wie in manchen Bewertungen dargestellt. In der Nähe fanden wir immer einen Parkplatz. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Cyclists friendly, great starting point for the rides. Also great place for the kids - baby chair and cot can be provided. Nothing to say here.
• xtineart (10/5): Such a wonderful finca. - Such a quirky lovely little room with friendly host, cats and a private rooftop garden space for lounging. We were able to borrow walking poles for a trip to Tiede and keep our hired bikes safely within the finca. Easy walk to the bus stop to go into the main town and nice and handy for little restaurants and supermarkets. Great location for cycling on hilly but quiet roads. Everything was fabulous. Thank you.

Ci sono molti gattini nel giardino, davvero belli. La mancanza di un aspiratore può lasciare un po’ di odore in casa se si cucina.

• Lorenzo L. (10/5): Carina e tranquilla. - Struttura molto carina in un quartiere tranquillo ma ben fornito di ristoranti, bar e supermercati. La sera si riposa molto bene in questo posto in quanto le temperature sono sempre gradevoli. Struttura storica, infatti era una finca, molto ben curata, soprattutto a livello di piante e simpaticissimi gatti che girano lì intorno. Johannes, il proprietario, super gentile e cortese. La casa seppur piccola aveva tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno durante il nostro alloggio, apprezzo soprattutto la tranquillità e la pulizia del posto. Bellissima anche la terrazza dal quale si possono ammirare sia i monti circostanti, sia il tramonto al mare.

La cocina cuenta con mucho menaje y es de agradecer que haya productos básicos como aceite y vinagre, secador o champú. È dotato di tutto ciò che può essere utile, soprattutto se si preferisce alternare i pasti al ristorante con pranzi o cene in casa, grazie alla cucina ben attrezzata. Johannes, il proprietario, è una persona estremamente cordiale e disponibile: accoglie gli ospiti con grande calore e non manca mai di offrire curiosità sulla ricca varietà di piante che crescono all’interno della Finca, dimostrando una vera passione per la natura che lo circonda. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e autenticità: la Finca si trova infatti in una parte dell’isola ancora poco turistica, perfetta per chi desidera staccare dal ritmo frenetico delle zone più affollate. Allo stesso tempo, la sua posizione è strategica perché consente di raggiungere facilmente sia il Teide, con i suoi paesaggi unici, sia le diverse spiagge del sud, offrendo così un’ottima base di partenza. Unico dettaglio da considerare è il parcheggio, non molto ampio: per questo motivo è consigliabile noleggiare un’auto di piccole dimensioni, che permetta di muoversi facilmente senza difficoltà di manovra. Nel complesso, un’esperienza che unisce semplicità, comfort e ospitalità genuina. Assolutamente consigliato a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e autentico!

• Paul (9/5): Peaceful, relaxing, well looked after apartments. - Very comfortable beds. Well looked after by Johannes and team. The rooftop veranda was perfect for a relaxed breakfast and planning your day or for lovely sunset drinks before heading for dinner. Handy for supermarkets, bakery for fresh bread and a few local restaurants. Make sure if eating in the area you visit Mesón era las Mozas (beware - massive portions, sharing recommended) and Tasca Jose Mi Nino both excellent food and great service. Would recommend if you don't mind driving a short distance to get away from the more crowded coast. Quiet location. Local dogs barking while trying to sleep.

Beautiful cats and very kind host who I believe would solve all the problems one could have. Well equipped kitchen with the olive oil and spices, nice. Warm bed cover and option to heat the room (on demand) Appreciate the help with parking lot Not related to what could be improved, but it's relatively loud - walls passing the sounds, yelling dogs outside and the location is on not exactly the outskirts like supposed. But at night it was calm. And what absolutely no one mentioned is recommendation of using toilet paper bags instead of using the toilet for that purpose

Location for me was perfect, in a peaceful village but only 7km from Los Christianos. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay plus a comunal roof terrace with great views.

• Cooper (10/5): Fantastic bolt hole - Quiet location away from the crowds of the coast but still only a 10 mins drive. Hosts were exceptionally welcoming, offering walking sticks, beach towels etc to make our stay better. We even had fresh eggs. We would definitely recommend to anyone who will listen. Parking in busy periods could end up being a bit further away from the property than some people might like.

• Reinhard (10/5): lovely stay - easy communication - recommended - great hospitality ventilator in bathroom is noisy (but not a problem)
• Jeremi (8/5): Very good - Good location and a very open host. We felt comfortable and looked after. Nothing to complain about, maybe the parking could be more spacious but that's a very minor inconvenience.
• Mustapha (10/5): Friendly hosts and comfortable apartment - The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfy. Can't think of anything.
• Stipej (10/5): Explore the south of Tenerife with ease and comfort - Lovely inner yard with rooftop terrace to relax and have a glass of wine in the evening. Spacious room, useful kitchen with all the little things you need. Johannes gave us so many good advices and lent us beach towels + hiking sticks for Teide. Perfect location for exploring southern and western side of the island. Would love to stay again. .
• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - Very Cozy place. Johannes as a host is very kind and helpful. He also provided us his car on affordable price what made our vacations much more excited as we haven't managed car rent beforehand at official rent car agencies on the Tenerife because of their high price :-)
• Veronica (9/5): my daughter and I were treated extremely well from booking when we received an email, directions etc . Johannes and his - peaceful location away from tourist areas, in a town with facilities including two nice restaurants , one in a stones throw. two supermarkets and cafés, walk downhill on the main road and there’s a lovely cafe with home made cakes on the left. there are buses but a car is easier. a morning cuppa on the terrace overlooking the sea is a must. from the motorway come off at Los Cristianos and head on the mt Teide road, the roads were great s as ll over the island. everything was great at the property! Comment about car rental - we rented a car and we’re glad we took photos all over including the front and rear bumper because the car hire company wouldn’t check the car at night and you must send photos of all damages within 24 hours, not that they tell you. the lady checking the car back in knew immediately where to find damage it was stupidly obvious.

• Kevan (8/5): Very pleasant and very friendly hosts 👍👍 - No breakfast but the bed was comfy and the shower was great, towels a bit rough but not a problem all good👍👍 Unfortunately I didn’t realise it was as far out of the way .
