The Front Office Desk Manager (Queen) is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, and has solutions for any issue you might face. The restaurant breakfast and other menu items tastes so good with reasonable price and big portions. Internet coverage is sometimes weak

Carl (8/5): Nice hotel with large clean pool and decent breakfast close to airport. - Hotel close to the airport (15min), decent breakfast, nice big pool. Hotel manager was kind enough to drive us to airport because the airport shuttle was late. Pool was only available after 11am (had to be cleaned fist). There is a large construction site just next to the pool at this moment, which causes quite some noise during the day, which makes relaxing by the pool hard. Airport shuttle was almost half hour late, though this was mistake from 1 receptionist, manager himself came to rescue.

Jean (8/5): My stay was wonderful - The breakfast was good, but it was a bit late because there was no buffet, just ordered according to our choice When the number of clients is small, the hotel doesn't prepare buffet for breakfast. I recommend that instead of requesting to the clients to order in the morning, the hotel should ask before the night which meals are needed by the clients so that it takes les time in the morning.

Close to airport so cheaper transportation or even free shuttle from/to hotel. Simple African food - what I like. Especially convenient for small conferences /workshops. Construction work in progress close to the Hotel. But seems to be almost finished.

Christopher (9/5): Superb - Very nice place. I will definitely return. Soap tray needed in the shower as well as body wash needed There are soap bars. Breakfast was okay but not really breakfast. I prefer a breakfast with eggs and dairy products, pancakes, etc. The breakfast there was more like lunch and dinner. There were hard boiled eggs, therefore, that helped. Scrambled or omelettes would have been preferred. Also the coffee is instant. I prefer coffee made in a coffee or espresso machine. Good news is that there is Java House within waking distance. The staff was great! When I informed them that the room was lacking in wall outlets, they gave me an extension bar and they allowed for a late checkout at no charge. I would return to this hotel.

John (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing from the airport shuttle collecting us to the drop off at the car rental office at the end of our stay. All the staff were excellent and made sure we had a great stay. Great buffet breakfast and an excellent restaurant menu. It was my first time in Rwanda and I was very impressed.

Ovesten (7/5): Good value for my money:) - The breakfast was ok, the location was good. Quiet area close to the bars and restaurants. I got a good deal at booking.com so I got very good value for the money here. The breakfast could have had been more varied. I ate toast, omelet and sausage every day. It was good, but would loved to had something more to choose.

Kees (5/5): Passable - Location and service I got a price of 51 and that was because I was genius level 3. I got an nice room. But suddenly the price changed to 80 when I paid. And they didn't want to pay it back. This was a strange thing of or booking or Lebanon but I still hope to get the money back
Katrina (5/5): mixed! - it was clean and safe the fact that there was no hot water and I was made to feel like I was stupid because I could manage to turn in a shower - regardless there was no hot water

Kim (6/5): It a good stay, not far from restaurants and more action. I wouldn’t consider it an outstanding hotel but it checked all - The staff was nice and welcoming. The hotel is clean and has hot water (shower). The breakfast service (à la carte) is also nice and i preferred it to the buffet. The decor is a bit outdated and the shower drain did not work very well.
