Saka (10/5): Ein perfekter Aufenthalt :) - Wir haben einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im Asterhof genossen! 🌞 Das ganze „Hotel“ mit seinem Garten und Spa-Bereich ist durchdacht und liebevoll gestaltet - es ist sauber, modern und lädt zum erholen ein! Die Aussicht von Terasse, Spa-Bereich und unserem Zimmer war grandios! Der Garten ist super gemütlich und der Bergsee ein echtes Highlight! Das Frühstück war täglich liebevoll gestaltet und immer ein perfekter Start in den Tag gewesen! Ich kann definitiv sagen, dass man die Liebe, die in den Asterhof gesteckt wird, merkt und einen sehr wohl fühlen lässt :)

Isabella (10/5): - Ich muss wirklich aufpassen, dass meine Worte diesem wunderbaren Hotel überhaupt gerecht werden 😄 Am liebsten hätten wir den ganzen Tag einfach im Frühstücksraum verbracht – so gut war es dort! Das Buffet war jeden Morgen mit ganz viel Liebe angerichtet, die Produkte durchweg hochwertig und es gab täglich neue, leckere Überraschungen. Besonders empfehlen können wir Patricks Müsli, Franzls Waffeln und die „Tiroler Ecke“ – ein Traum! Auch glutenfreie und vegane Optionen konnten wir ganz unkompliziert extra bestellen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben 😊 Eine besonders schöne Idee war die gelegentliche „Morgenpost“ – eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, die den Tag direkt noch schöner starten lässt. Schon beim Betreten der Flure wurde man von dem herrlichen Duft nach Zirbenholz empfangen – sofort fühlte man sich entspannt und angekommen. Für Familien ist das Hotel ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight: Das liebevoll gestaltete Kinderspielzimmer wurde von unserer Tochter ausgiebig und begeistert genutzt. (+ toller Spielplatz) Auch praktisch: die tolle Parkgarage, die wir kostenlos nutzen durften. Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die Herzlichkeit der Familie, die es führt. Man spürt in jedem Moment, wie viel Leidenschaft und Gastfreundschaft hier gelebt wird – unser Urlaub wurde dadurch auf eine ganz besondere Weise bereichert. Der Spa-Bereich war für uns ein Ort zum Abschalten und Glücklichsein. Und dann dieses atemberaubende Bergpanorama mit dem wunderschönen Infinity Pool – einfach unbeschreiblich ❤️ Wenn es uns vergönnt ist, kommen wir sehr, sehr gerne wieder. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention goes into every aspect of this place. Being family run, the service feels genuinely warm and personal — nothing is too much trouble, and every detail is thoughtfully considered. The rooms are stunning: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views that make it hard to leave the room at all. The attention to detail throughout the hotel and chalets really sets it apart and gives it a truly boutique feel. The food is outstanding — honestly some of the best we’ve had on a trip like this. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Dining here felt like a real experience rather than just a meal. The spa is a perfect 10/10. Relaxing, well maintained, and exactly what you want after a day exploring or skiing — it added so much to our stay. They accommodate children exceptionally well nothing was ever to much trouble Overall, this is a place that clearly takes pride in what it offers: fantastic food, amazing views, exceptional rooms, and personalised service that makes you feel genuinely looked after. Timothy (10/5): The best stay, absolutely perfect - The hotel was one of the best in terms of customer service I have ever experienced. Better than many of the international 5 star hotels. The hotel is owned by a family so they make sure everyone is treated like a VIP in a personal and friendly manner. We were looked after the second we arrived. The facilities were exceptional and modern with the outdoor hot pool, sauna and kids play room our highlights. The indoor garage was perfect for getting to and from our car in a sheltered way. The breakfast had a wide selection and better than most European hotels I've stayed at. Highly recommended! The views from the hotel as breathtaking should you be lucky enough to have a suitable room. Really nothing

Omer (10/5): Didn’t want to leave and will definitely return. - Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect, the friendly and intimate atmosphere, the facilities and the amazing staff. The place has a great scent of wood, and the room has a great herbal smell (which is minor but a small thing that makes a difference), the place was clean and the breakfast was perfect. The spa area has sounas, a heated pool and a relaxation area. There is even a place with a fire pit to make a bbq or just have a cozy evening. We didn’t want to leave and had a great time, everything is thought of and you can feel the effort and love put into this place. Everything was perfect! I feel like the heated pool can be a tiny bit warmer but it was great as it is.

levin (10/5): - הכל! משפחה מקסימה, צוות אדיב, מקום יפיפה עם נוף מרהיב. קרוב מאוד לסופרמרקט ומסעדות, צמוד יש רכבל להר שם יש מתקני משחקים לילדים ונופים. במקום יש ספא עם סאונות ובריכה מחוממת, מקום שקט ומרגיע שבחלק מהזמן ניתן להיות עם ילדים וחלק שמור למבוגרים בלבד. ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת והקפה מצויין. מקום מדהים, בהחלט נחזור.

Jednak Przy tej ( tak wysokiej ) jakości wellnes/SPA, wyposażenie ( przepiękne meble ), drewno, ręczniki bez opłaty i bez ograniczeń, ograniczyłbym dostęp dzieci. Dzieci które sam posiadam to jednak inna dynamika zabawy i wypoczynku ( i tak ma być :) ). Dzieci powinny korzystać z drugiego basenu zewnętrznego.

The staff made us feel like part of a family. The spa was wonderful and the pool was absolutely magical. I wasn’t very comfortable with the room. I think the bed could be more comfortable and the furniture could be improved. Room service also needs some enhancement for a more relaxing experience.

Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment we drove into the car park beneath the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. We arrived early, but our room was already ready which allowed us to enjoy this stunning place for longer. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the property, and shared her emotions towards this place. Our studio room was very big, smelled beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a balcony with stunning mountain views. We received a thoughtful welcome guide with info about the sauna, pool, and restaurant recommendations. The wellness area is brand new and absolutely jaw dropping, an infinity heated pool with massage jets, multiple saunas, a snack and drinks station, reading lights, bikini dryer!!! , natural outdoor pool, BBQ area, and beautifully designed gardens. They even offer massages and sell their handmade soaps and products! The owners were exceptional, always smiling, kind, and genuinely welcoming, the hospitality is something that stays in your memories forever. The hotel is just a short walk from the town center with plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was incredible and served with such warmth that we felt like part of the family. Truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly, highly recommended!
