• Vega (1/5): Never staying here again. - We only liked the location. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. Several kitchen pots were dirty, and the bathroom was in very, poor condition. The shower curtain had visible mold, and there was no toilet paper provided. In addition, the check-in process was inconvenient and not clearly communicated. Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we were required to go to a different address to pick up the key, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, the condition of the apartment and the check-in experience did not meet expectations.

• Anonymous (8/5): An enjoyable stay in a great location. - Great location, close to the Colosseum, easy to locate on a main road - but no traffic noise - very quiet and peaceful location. Property is on the 2nd floor with lift access. Great little convenience store over the road 2/3 mins away. Air-con worked well in both bedrooms and living room and movable fans available that we used in the kitchen due to extreme heat. All furniture was comfy. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Good sized fridge and freezer. Handy to have cooking oil and seasonings in cupboard including coffee & sugar and coffee pot for the stove. Washing machine in bathroom was very useful, with clothes airer too! Bathroom was of a reasonable size. All towels provided. Plenty of hanging space in the bedrooms for clothes. A little awkward getting in and out of the shower - due to the position of the shower head and taps and opening of the shower screen - but appreciate it is in an older building - but did not not spoil our stay - would still recommend.
• Tania (7/5): Great location in Rome - Great Location and greeted by fabulous staff. Close to some fabulous places to eat The beds are hard as rock and we didn’t sleep most nights. Beds had no quilts. There were bits and pieces of old thin blankets and one quilt with no cover stained in a cupboard. Shower was very narrow and hard to use
