• I (1/5): Expectation Vanished, When i enter the Room... - Nothing to say specially about its quality. Expectations was lost when i enter the room. Room is very very SMALL, its like a jam-packed Maceral Tin. Very dusty blankets and windows. Window with Spider Webs and i found a Cockroach and few Ants on the bed. Some lights not working. They told they giving a Balcony but we haven't got any Balcony for this Room. Also no Hair Dryer and Electric Kettle, Satellite or Cable TV not Working. Toilet Commode Flush not working properly. I expected that BALCONY for this Room very Strongly and i mentioned it well when i'm Booking this room, but its not supplied. Before i visit there they called and ask some Advance fee but i refused to pay it, so i think thats why they gave us this kind of a Room without BALCONY.

• Udaya (1/5): Totally disappointing, I wonder how Booking.com rate this place. Need to reevaluate the membership. - Room and the Barth room are very clean. AC and hot water are working. Surrounding is very calm and peaceful. No proper watchman to open the gate, we had to open the front gate, when we enter and go out. Room is very small, no tea making facility in the room as stated in bookinng.com. TV is not working (not paid for Dialog TV). Even after complaining nothing has changed (they act that they just came to know about that...,...) Owner lady (or care tacker) is living with their family members in downstairs, and with a dog too. We had to ask them to keep the dog till we move to room. Bathroom - is having shower cubical , but it is blocking the wash basin.....very funny arrangement.. Not worthy place to stay at that cost (14,000 LKR per two nights) . I guess .. I even have a right to claim refund too. I do not recommend this place to anybody. There are many places in Anuradhapura with more decent stays. (This is not my first stay at Anuradhapura)
