• Yvonne (7/5): - Es ist sehr familienfreundliche. Das Personal ist super nett Die Betten sind extrem weich und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig man hört wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer duscht.

• Ralph (4/5): sehr ernüchternd - Eigentlich nur der junge freundliche Herr beim check-in der sehr zuvorkommend war und sein bestes gab. Könnte sich der Inhaber(Entscheider) ein Beispiel dran nehmen - Ausstattung - tv Programm nur dvbt und das obwohl man mitten im nirgends ist und bei Ankunft 20.10 Uhr schon nicht mehr in die Sauna darf - unfreundlicher Chef der nicht mal grüßt und für Gäste nach 20 Uhr keine Sauna mehr anmacht (obwohl Gebühr verlangt wird dafür) !!! :-(

• Iris (8/5): - Dekoration zum Thema "Halloween ", sehr toll umgesetzt ... Durchweg freundliches Personal im ganzem Haus. Parkplatz inklusive ist wunderbar. Auch ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk für den Heimweg, fürs Kind, ist eine nette Geste. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt gab es ein kleines" Schmankerl" dazu, einen Gutschein fürs Kind, in Form eines Kindercocktails. Leider war das dieses Mal nicht mehr inkludiert. Dennoch werden wir sicher wiederkommen.

• Georg (7/5): Wie gesagt für die eine Übernachtung war es wirklich gut. - Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht und im Großen und Ganzen hat es schon gepasst. Das Personal und die Gastronomie waren hervorragend. Auch die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Allerdings war das Zimmer in einem recht unsauberem Zustand, unter dem Fenster lagen noch irgendwelche, angeschimmelten Reste und der Teppich war sehr fleckig. Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen.

• Lunde (5/5): - Frokosten var ok, ikke mer. Beliggenheten var bra, men utsikt og omgivelser (landsby) var trist og minnet svært om gamle østblokk-tider. Betjeningen i baren/snack-kafeteriaen var imøtekommende og smilende. Restauranten var ikke lenger og der var nå enkel servering i baren for oss som ikke hadde fullpensjon. Menyen her var grei nok , men ikke mer. Utvalget av vin i baren var elendig og de vinene som vi fikk servert bar preg av for lang lagring i åpen flaske. Baren levde nok av å lage fargerike drinker til dem som var på lengre opphold. Rommet bar preg av elde og manglende oppussing. (Hadde nok vært bra i østblokktiden) Røykvarsler på rommet var fjernet og kun holderen sto igjen i taket. En del av nabolaget bar preg av å være gammelt slumområde med en blokk med noen knuste vinduer, noen vinduer med gardiner og skikkelig shabby uteområde. Dette gjorde det noe usikkert med hotellets parkeringsplass, men alt vel dagen etter også.

• Christopher (4/5): Not enough sleep could be achieved and charging for breakfast automatically is wrong to do. - The hotel was very clean and fitness center had decent enough equipment to use. You must ask for key to the fitness center, but I understand because they are a family friendly hotel and want to keep children out. The steam radiator heater enabled the room to stay at a comfortable temperature even thought it was about 27 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Nice view of hillside from the window. The staff was friendly and one lady in the morning spoke fluent English while the lady in the evening spoke little but was enough for us to communicate well. The walls were very thin, the guest in the next room was very loud and kept me up late. Beds were just mattresses on the floor and very hard, so with that and the loud guest, I barely got any sleep. They charged me for breakfast even though I did not eat breakfast. I was in an a hurry while checking out so didn’t bother to argue with the charges. There was a few channels on TV, but most showed no video signal. Wven though I don’t understand German, if I did, the tv channel selection would have been disappointing. While they showed free WiFi, it was only in common areas and required username and password to use, I didn’t use it.

• Jacqueline (4/5): While it offers everything necessary for a hotel stay with kids, it’s missing a lot to be nice - It had everything you need when travelling with babies and toddlers. It’s rather old and stuffy, wifi didn’t work properly, food was edible but nothing special, the prices are ridiculous given the quality of the hotel and the location.

• Jonathan (7/5): Good - Family friendly, good small pool, helpful and friendly staff. Connecting rooms very comfy, cool and quiet. Evening meal buffet was reasonable value but some of our party didn't find a main course that they wanted.
