Que no guardaran la reserva a pesar de que se pagó a tiempo, que no han devuelto el dinero y lo peor es que si lo hacen no lo entregarán completo.
- john (10/5): Excelente experiencia - Excelente ubicación, la atención por parte de los trabajadores y dueño del hotel fue la mejor, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, atención las 24 horas de día, ofrecen bebidas calientes en todo momento, el desayuno espectacular, la logística del sitio está muy bien organizada. Recomiendo este hotel a todas las personas que vengan a Bucaramanga.

While everything was clean, the sheets looked a little threadbare and brownish. They should be retired. Also no windows to outside. Breakfast a little disorganized.

Very good breakfast taken on the terrace. You can also enjoy the little swimming pool. Safe area, close to restaurants. 10-minute drive from the bus terminal. Very great deal!

- Gerald (10/5): Great stay at great price! - Super comfy bed and pillows, clean, tv, and air conditioning but the best was they had hot showers with good water pressure and rain shower. The manager took interest to make sure everything was up to my expectations. Nothing. It was all good.
