El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio que está sobre la misma calle un poco más adelante: Falta un poquito de organización porque aunque ya habíamos pagado el estacionamiento en el hotel, no nos creían y cada vez que sacamos el coche tenían que verificar si era cierto. Tal vez si hubiera un registro que se compartieran entre los hoteles o con que te sellaran el boleto indicando que ya está pagado, sería menos tardado sacar el coche.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Puebla and walkable to everything in the historic center. The staff was consistently kind and welcoming, and the on-site restaurant was a great bonus with solid food and a good atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable and well-run place to stay.

• Annabelle (5/5): - the location was good. the building had a lot of character and charm The listing showed that parking was available, but it was not on site, it was at the convention center, approximately 7 mins walk from the hotel and we were charged a daily fee of $7 USD for it. The plaster from the ceiling fell on our pillows, bed and floor in the room. The road noise woke us up even with ear plugs and the smell of fumes from the road also woke us up.
• john (5/5): I think they oversell it. It’s okay for a 1 night stay but after walking around the historic area I think for a little b - Not much to like, but it’s clean. Rooms are very small and face the street which is very noisy until around 1:00 am. It did not help that the latch on the large window / door facing the street did not lock which allowed the street noise and cold night air in.

A second bedside table would make sense. We had to ask for a coffee maker. Have one in every room. No microwave. It would have helped us to have one. If we couldn’t eat all of our meals a little microwave would help. A small towel to step out of when you leave the shower.

• Jose (10/5): - Desde que llegas, el recibimiento es cálido, las instalaciones están muy cerca del zócalo por lo cual es fácil de recorrer y conocer el centro histórico, la habitación estaba limpia y bastante cómoda, aunque es verdad que no todas tienen aire acondicionado, también tomen en cuanta si viajan con familia que el cristal de los baños tiene aperturas a los costados por lo que se llega a ver hacia dentro, el internet estuvo un poco lento los primeros días pero después todo bien, en general nos encantó y definitivamente volveremo.

When I arrived late one night, the guard was asleep and didn't let me in, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. I was thankfully able to stay with a friend. The hotel managers kindly offered to reimburse my night, but have not contacted me in over a month since then and have not given the reimbursement.

• nancy (5/5): Decepcionada - Lo único bueno la.cercania con el.zocalo Para empezar no tienen elevador, la habitación que pintaban en la pagina nada que ver con la realidad. Las habitaciones incómodas, todo amontonado te andabas tropezando con todo, tenían desniveles y al ser reducida tu movilidad te podías caer. El baño tenía un olor muy fuerte a drenaje, la puerta no cerraba bien. El desayuno en el hotel por los comentarios parecía bueno.pero en realidad NO. Para el precio de los paquetes lo que te dan no se ajusta a la calidad, primero nos ofrecieron un café muy rico y después en el refill era más agua qué café. En general no lo recomiendo y no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

• Ester (6/5): Habitaciones dispares por el mismo precio - El servicio fue muy amable y atento A pesar de que el hotel es muy bonito, el servicio fue muy amable con nosotros y se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, no podemos darle una mejor valoración. Nosotros reservamos en booking una "Habitación Superior" y al llegar nos dieron una habitación superior interior, al parecer habian interiores y exteriores, pero no puedes escoger cuál. (Si vas a booking en "habitación superior" hay fotos con salida a balcón). En nuestro caso, nuestra habitación no tenia ninguna ventana que se pudiese abrir, es decir, sin ventilación, y tan solo una ventana fija que daba al patio interior. Pedimos cambiar a habitación superior exterior pero no había disponibilidad. Además, el hecho de dar al patio interior hacia que desde las 8.00h de la mañana ya se escuchase el ajetreo del bar. Les recomendaria que en booking se especifique si va a ser interior o exterior, y además el precio no debería ser el mismo. Nuestra puerta daba a una especie de lavadero terrible. También, el wifi de la habitación no nos iba bien. Lo comentamos en recepción pero siguió sin funcionar. Además, un hecho que nos extraño fue que un dia salimos a las 8.00h de la mañana i al volver a las 14h aun no habían hecho la habitación, pero si nos habian retirado las toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas. Por último comentar que el mobiliario de la habitación era correcto, tan solo que solo había una mesita de noche, cuando lo normal seria disponer de una en cada lado, ya que hay sitio de sobras. Y el armario estaba en el baño, lo que es rarísimo. Por último, no hay espacios cómodos fuera de la habitación, todo el patio lo ocupa el restaurante (la mayoría con mesas vacías) así que solo podías descansar en la habitación.

Estaba tan cerca del zocalo que hasta por la noche había gente por las calles y salimos un poco sin ningún problema hasta las 22:00. Tiene baño en la habitación. Tienen una habitación pequeña en recepción que dejan cerrada para dejar las maletas en caso de llegar antes del check-in o si tienes check-out y quieres acabar de visitar la ciudad. Solo estuvimos una noche, pero justo tuvieron un problema con el agua y funcionava con irregularidad en la habitación justo antes de irnos a dormir y por la mañana alrededor de las 7:00, pero se lo comentamos a recepcion y re dirigieron la presión al momento para que nos funcionará todo bien mientras arreglaban el problema definitivamente. Es algo puntual, por lo que no le damos mucha importancia.

• Thomas (8/5): - I liked the proximity to the zócalo. Everything was within walking distance. The room that I stayed in was kinda strange and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff was terrific! So was the wait staff at the cafe.

• Alexia (10/5): - El hotel está muy lindo y bien situado, no tiene estacionamiento el cuarto muy limpio pero tenía goteras y el agua de la regadera se salía y mojaba todo el baño, habría que darle mantenimiento a las habitaciones o por lo menos a la que yo reserve, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.
• Lionel (8/5): - Everything was great and very clean with excellent customer service. There were a few minor issues with the room such as poor air conditioning and some toilet problems, but overall the service and treatment were outstanding.

• Juan (10/5): - Bastante agradevla, muy bonito y espacioso. Lo único negativo fue la recepción, ya que no siempre estaban preparados para recibir o desdeprir a sus huéspedes y al parecer el sistema no funciona siempre. Pero la amabilidad de la gente compensó estos inconvenientes.
• Susan (10/5): - A pleasant stay in a central location. My room was spacious. Although it was street facing the traffic noise stopped in the evening. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

• Catherine (10/5): - Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends.
• Verified traveler (6/5): No nos gustó - Sentimos que la habitación necesitaba mejoras, el baño muy pequeño para el tamaño del cuarto, salía un olor terrible de la coladera a caño y las toallas eran de una tela extraña, no había tapete ni seguro en el baño. Mucho ruido por la noche y no tenía cortina la ventana del vitral.
• Warren (8/5): A very pleasant stay in Puebla - The building reminded us a lot of the old palacios in Rome! Remarkable stone and brickwork throughout, yet with touches of modern updates such as bedside power points. We always worry in these old buildings that we will be stuck in a room with no window, or in a stuffy dank corner, but that was not the case. We were even given a choice of rooms, landing on one with a balcony overlooking the street. It helps that the hotel is on a corner lot, so most rooms appear to have window/balcony views. Very charming interior courtyard restaurant with retractable roof overhead. Zocalo and central Puebla attractions nearby - we never had to take a taxi except at check in and check out. The water supply was a bit tricky. One time we feared the worst when the water stopped flowing in the bathroom, but a chat with reception was all it took to have it running again. Maintenance may be an issue: the towel above the sink was hanging off a limp screw protruding from the wall where a hook had been. We were advised that the front doors of the hotel are closed at 8 pm. After that time we could gain access by knocking.
• Karola (10/5): EXCELENTE OPCIÓN.. - Es un hotel precioso. Una casona bastante bonita, bien ubicada y con un excelente servicio también. Siento que cuidan los detalles y eso está súper.

• Barbora (7/5): Ok hotel to stay for one night- fair value for money. For longer stay, I would choose something more comfy - Hotel in historic building- looked nice, friendly staff Uncomfortable bed, dark room, noisy since the early morning
• George (8/5): Good hotel, great staff - Fabulous, obliging, friendly staff. Rooms on the front street are VERY noisy with traffic. The hotel needs to refocus its priorities - seven cushions on the bed looks very nice, but I'd rather have three cushions and a bedside light. It's not a lot of fun getting out of bed to turn off the lights, nor is it pleasant stumbling about in the dark in the middle of the night on a toilet visit!
