- Verified traveler (6/5): - La ubicación es cerca de la vía Athenea, al final de la misma (8 cuadras de su inicio) y luego escaleras. Se puede estacionar en la calle del hotel, pero requiere suerte en encontrar lugar y mucha destreza para no rayar el auto. En general al cuarto le falta limpieza, la ducha bien. Aire acondicionado bien. Desayuno flojo. Con relación al precio no está mal.
- Dominika (2/5): Bad experience - We spent 9 days on Sicilly - fortunately only one night in this place. Seriously, I'm not used to write bad reviews rather prefer don't write anything but this one was really bad so I decide to warn others. 1 - location. Location is ok, not best but it's the strongest point. Unfortunately during our stay street has been repaired. Attached picture was made after 11 pm local time, work in progress and I have admit that they wasn't close to finish. 2 - room. Pretty clear but very stuffy. Air condition set for the lowest temperature barely help. Can't imagine how stuffy can be there during summer. Bad night, bad sleep, woke up tired. 3 - bathroom. There is no door between shower cabin and the rest of bathroom. So after bath whole bathroom was full of water. Undoubtedly after few night you can swim in your room. 4 - staff. Staff were replying quickly but you have to meet them in the agency office. On the other side of Ortiga. For this price? Definitely not worth it. Please notce that you have add 15 euros for cleaning and 2 euro per person for tax reasons or something. In this money you can easly find much better apartments.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Appartement très sympathique, avec salle de bain / toilettes derrière une baie vitrée, à l'intérieur même de la chambre. Cuisine partagée pratique Bon moment !
- Raynald (8/5): - La procédure de check-in n’est vraiment pas pratique. Alors que l’appartement est situé proche du parking, il faut rejoindre la conciergerie au centre d’Ortiggia pour ensuite retourner à l’appartement avec un membre de la conciergerie. Par ailleurs, un voucher vous est remis par la conciergerie pour un petit déjeuner à prendre dans les locaux de la conciergerie, à l’interieur. Attention, ce petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le prix et vous devrez payer sur place (y compris un supplément si vous préférez un cappuccino à la place du café). Notre conseil, laissez tomber et aller prendre votre petit déjeuner sur une terrasse, bien plus agréable.
- Jiri (8/5): - Nice and clean room, close to the city center. Francesca was there in time. We paid accommodation before our arrival, but Francesca wanted another cleaning fee (14 euros). We were confused, but we paid. I haven't found any notice about extra cleaning charges. I don't think it's okay.
