- Cari (5/5): We won't stay here again - The hotel seemed fairly quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Rooms are small and could use some upgrading or deep cleaned. There was a water leak on the floor above us at some point and the ceiling was bubbled. The window seal also had pretty good water damage as well. We took the kids to the pool and there was so much chlorine, even our eyes were burnings sitting in the pool area.

I asked the lady at the desk for an extra blanket for my children she stated there was none. The price did not match the 112.00 I booked for on booking, I was a bit confused but she didn’t explain the reason it wasn’t matching I later read on booking it was the refundable 50.00 damage fee. She was short and told me to ask a manager in the morning. We called down to the desk to ask if they sold drinks (soda, water etc.) she also stated no. Clearly this morning there was a cooler being stocked with drinks. The location and facility was great just the service at the front desk wasn’t what I expected or have ever dealt with in the past. - Jim (9/5): Had an awesome time! - The hotel felt fairly new and well maintained. Parking was very easy and convenient, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and calm. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with good variety and quality. My kids especially loved the pool—it was well maintained and not crowded, allowing them to enjoy it fully. Overall, everything was great, and we had a very pleasant stay. Nothing major.

Not to mention they had a microwave and refrigerator.. we didn’t hear any traffic and the mirror in the bathroom was great use for my makeup.. they also had Dove products everything in the bathroom which was very useful. The room was clean! Had I listened to all the other reviews with people picking this place apart I would’ve missed out on a great deal and place to stay! Me and my family were comfortable the entire time. If I had to say something it would be the A/C took a lil longer to kick in than I would have liked but it worked nonetheless and everything was great!

- Melendez (8/5): - The rooms were clean and it felt a bit more upscale with the wood flooring entryway. Not the full carpet. Breakfast was hit or miss. Not bad for being included but wish they had sausage and bacon on all days. And a waffle machine would have been better than the pancake machine. The pancakes tasted gooey. Also a bit disappointed the pool was closed.

- Candace (6/5): Okay, but wont book again - The staff members were nice, beds were comfortable, and the coffee machine in lobby is genius though and breakfast was good also. We really was looking forward to using the pool but it was closed, they did offer for us to go to a sister hotel 4 miles away for their pool but we didn't feel comfortable with that and didnt have enough time in our schedule to do that. The pricing felt a little high for the age and quality of the hotel. Our room we had mildew growth happening in the shower, the room had a dewy smell itself, there was urine stains on the mattress (I always inspect for bed bugs which is how I noticed the urine and the beds really needs bed bug, moisture barrier covers on them). The tvs are dated, I could put in my netflix and the guide channels didnt work. The hallways were stuffy and musty. Just over all, the staff members were nice, my back wasn't hurting after I slept, breakfast and coffee was good but everything else did not meet standards honestly.
- Camille (2/5): Jacked hotel prices up overnight - They had vacancy Tv did not work until they sent a housekeeper to fix. None of the keys made for our room worked and I kept having to run up and down the elevator to get it straightened out. All while moving all of our things to Room 404 We booked an accessible room but were denied it upon arrival. We booked two nights and had to change rooms after one day . Although we paid 100 per night for a room with 2 queens and a sofa, we were switched to a room costing 237 for one night 2 double beds and no sofa. Still not an accessible room. My daughter has had a miserable stay. She has cerebral palsy and cannot even comfortably use the bathroom or bathe in this room. This whole stay has been awful and we won’t be back.

- Gabor (6/5): - Tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt szoba. Könnyű parkolás. Tetszett a kilátás a főútra. Több napot töltöttünk itt, és egyik nap sem volt teljes reggeli kínálat már kora reggel sem. Júliusban szálltunk meg, és elég sok volt a vendég, ennek ellenére az egyik nap szinte már csak pirítóst lehetett enni. Mindemellett nulla kommunikáció érkezett az ott dolgozóktól, látszólag próbáltak tudomást sem venni a vendégek elégedettlenségéről. A medence is rossz állapotban volt, nagyon hideg vízzel. A szállás a város félreeső részén helyezkedik el. Sajnos ezért az árért is szálltunk már meg sokkal-sokkal jobb hotelekben.

- Jessica (3/5): Horrible customer service - Bedroom was nice and accommodated four adults and two children. Extremely poor customer service. I booked this hotel through Booking.com and arrived with a confirmed reservation. Upon check-in, the manager told me there was a “problem” with my booking because Booking.com’s virtual credit card kept declining. Instead of handling the issue themselves, the manager told me I had to call Booking.com to figure it out — which is absolutely unacceptable. For clarity: when you book through Booking.com, you pay them, and they provide the hotel with a virtual card. If that system fails, the hotel and Booking.com need to resolve it, not the customer. After lengthy calls, it turned out Booking.com was miscalculating the tax bracket. They sent $175 when the hotel was trying to charge $175.54, so the payment declined over 54 cents. The manager spoke directly with Booking.com and even told them he would cover the difference. Once the call ended, however, he insisted I personally pay the 54 cents. At that point, it was not about the money — it was about principle and customer service. My husband offered cash, but the manager refused and demanded a card. After all the hassle, that kind of behavior was insulting. The room itself was fine, and the continental breakfast was average, but customer service sets the tone. This experience showed terrible business practices. If you rely on third-party booking services, you must take responsibility when issues arise — you cannot pass the burden onto your customers. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Wendy (6/5): - There are finger prints on the elevator doors; dust on light fixtures in the room. They need to do a better cleaning job.
- Michael (2/5): - No hot water for two of the three nights we were there. Pool was shut down by the city (i picked this hotel because of the pool and ive had wonderful experiences with ihg before). No management on site. Manager did end up calling me from home, she was out sick. Engineer was out sick also. Ended up telling me hot water was fixed. I came back at 9 pm after being gone since 8am that morning to find that nothing was fixed. Still no hot water. Took manager to my room the next morning to personally show her that there was no hot water. It ended up being fixed that night when i returned, but i checked out at 3am the next morning. All i was offered was 25% off of my first night. No other compensation for having to take cold showers for two mornings. I will not be staying at an ihg hotel anymore. Rooms next to mines was propped open for my entire stay because pool have overflowed and leaked into that room and it needed to dry out. My room smelled like stale chlorine every time we entered. Terrible experience.

- Rachel (10/5): - Our stay was excellent and affordable! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the best one we’ve ever had at a hotel. There were many choices of high quality food. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again if we’re back in the Dallas area.
