• Katrina (9/5): - The location is fantastic, tucked away so it felt private but still very close to a vaporetto stop. If you are looking for somewhere quiet but close to the city, this is the place for you! The host was very organized and provided information promptly and professionally. The apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you, Thomas!
• Cat (10/5): - I loved being out of the main area, it was lovely to walk the gardens in the morning and discover local eateries (Osteria San Osepio, Trattoria Dai Tosi & Vecia Gina in the Castello park) , seeing people walking their dogs and not surrounded by toursit shops and crowds. The appartment it is a quiet private cul-de-sac, so very little street noise.

• Ralf René (9/5): - Die Lage zu den Giardini ist genial zentral. Direkt an der Rückseite vom spanischen Pavillon. Die Lage der Fewo in einer Sackgasse ist hervorragend. Keine Laufgegend. Wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Zwei Badezimmer sind vorhanden. Das Müllentsorgungssystem will gelernt sein. Hat dann dennoch gut funktioniert.

• Meghan (10/5): Perfecto! - The apartment is so spacious and lovely!! The location is perfect! Comfortable bed, quiet neighbors, excellent showers, beautifully furnished, sketch book for artists and chess board provided! A/C only available upstairs when needed badly downstairs too. Have to deal with own trash/recycling. Needed sheets for pull out sofa bed.
• Marija (10/5): - Predivna lokacija u Giardinima. Sjajno za pojest Bijenalima i za prošetati se rivom i parkom. U blizini se nalazi vaporeto a moze se i pjeske prosetati do centra. Smještaj je uređen jako lijepo sa posebnim šarmom. Uzivala sam svaki trenutak i nadam se da ću doći ponovno :)

• Tatiana (8/5): Fresh, clean flat near the gardens, very Venetian. - Beautiful and comfortable flat, has everything you need, very clean, comfortable pillows and mattress. The decor reminds of Venice outside the windows. Good location - close to the biennale gardens and the vaporetto stop. The fact that it is a bit far from the main tourist routes is a good thing, it is quiet The flat admins were in touch and helpful with requests I was asked for a deposit before I moved in, which I wasn't told about before I paid the rent. This was a bit of a surprise, as the rent is non-refundable and I couldn't refuse. The deposit was 300 euros for five nights. Also I was charged 20 euros for the cleaning and this cost also wasn’t mentioned in the description. There's no soundproofing, so everything the neighbors upstairs do—walking, talking, vacuuming, moving chairs—can be heard as if it's happening in your bedroom. I was also surprised to be required to take out all the rubbish afterwards, or else I'd be fined. I support the idea of a clean Venice, but if the cost of renting accommodation is high enough, it might be possible to avoid forcing tourists to learn the complicated rules of littering in Venice.
• Caroline (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for our visit to the Biennale, and a great restaurant around the corner. Quiet and spacious with interesting decoration and good range of kitchen items - even a large ice-tray - often missing from other apartments. Easily accessible for anyone with walking difficulties as one bathroom was on the ground floor. We plan to stay here again!

• Jacoba Geertruida Maria (8/5): - We hebben weer heerlijk genoten in het mooie Venetië. De accommodatie is op een rustig plekje aan de rand van Gardini. Tis even puzzelen met het afval, maar ook dat is gelukt dankzij de vriendelijke vuilnismannen. We komen graag nog eens terug hier.
• Ben (9/5): Lovely home from home. Had a wonderful stay there and would go back for sure! - Great location just out of the main tourist traps. Beautiful little home. Nice and cool in the heat. Brilliant facilities with two bathrooms. Comfortable large living space and beautiful bed! An oven/grill would be useful. And some better cooking knives etc.

• Aleksa (10/5): Great place to stay if you want to be close to the main Biennale venue or the main park in Venice - Place is next to Giardini, it was actually fairly easy to find, its spacious and comfortable. For us it provided easy access to the main Biennale venues, and we were next to the only large park in old Venice. The area is farther away from St Marks but that also means less crowded and hectic, which we enjoyed.

• Lukas (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Close to the Gardini-Stop. Some nice restaurants and shops for daily purposes nearby (Garibaldi). The appartment is spacious, nicely furnished and in a quiet area. The master bed is very comfortable. The bed-sofa is as comfortable as a bed-sofas usually are. There is an efficient central heating. The only downside is, what other guest have already mentionned: there is an anpleasant odour, probably due to moisture or mould.
• Emma (10/5): It was wonderful thank you - We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was perfect, had everything you need for a comfortable week. the location was great. close to St Elena a lovely quiet side to Venice, near to coop for supplies, and a water bus stop, so a perfect spot if you want to hop over to lido ( for a beach day) I would highly recommend the location and apartment to anyone who wants to visit Venice. Wonderful Mosquito’s I have been to Venice before and so expected to be bitten, I used a lot of jungle deet. and unfortunately the chap next door had his TV on loud late into the night every day ( with the windows open)

• Chee Yong (8/5): Biennale ideal - Very close to the Venice Biennale site - ideal for getting to Biennale before the crowd. Local restaurants aplenty and convenience store Co-op is a few minutes walk away. Ferry stop is also nearby Shower size is quite small
