• Salni (10/5): Excellent apartment in awesome location - The location was simply awesome, walking distance to all the best sights; Plaza Mayor, Prado museum, Puerto del Sol. Everything worked well, it was great to be able to use the washing machine/dryer. Every street had something interesting to explore. Food is great everywhere.

Table and dishes for four but only 2 wine glasses. A very small detail that is easily fixed! Check in was a bit complicated. Did not receive app in time. Once you know how electronis key works all is fine but initially not obvious….

• Ivan (8/5): Very good - Property itself is as good as on photos. All comfortable, not weary, working and clean. Location is in the very center of bar zones, but street is not so noisy as it may be expected. Sofa can be converted to full-size doudle bed Hosting company is crazy: first, thet are taking money before with no returining if something goes wrong, next - they sent me ling to registration prosedure- by watsapp - it reminds me applying to USA visa, you must tell ecverything, send scan if a passport, make selfie with passport - crazy people And final - on the last stage of registration they are asking for credit card details. After asking what it all means they told me that it is to block deposit of 250 euros for a case that I will gnaw their presious leather sofa, or do some of a kind. After communicating on loud tones with them and writing to Booking customer service they agreed not to take any deposit, but asked for a card details for any cases. I gave them empty debit card. And it was right decision, because they tried to take that money on a day if arrival. Liars. Transaction failed and they said nothing about it. Also we were a bit late for checkout - manager calls many times writed and was really rude. Guys, really? If you are so not trusting in your gests, please find another work. Parking inspector job is for you.

• Gianna (10/5): Excellent location & apartment. - Fantastic location in Alfama. Close to tram 28 stop. We stayed on the ground floor apartment. It was modern, clean & well equipped ( washing machine, coffee machine, toiletries etc). Safe, secure and very quiet. Rui Pedro was amazing. His communication re entry before arriving & during our stay was excellent. There were amazing gestures provided such as a lemon cake, biscuits & water bottles for our onward journey during our stay. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this apartment & would stay here again. Loved it. Obrigada Rui Pedro.

• Philip (6/5): Needs maintenance - not worth it despite good location. - Shower area was disgusting - looked like the roof might collapse with all the damp. Lots of wonky switches etc and generally cheap fittings and furniture. If I owned this apartment I’d be embarrassed to rent it in that state. We did complain and take photos straight away. It was also a nightmare getting into the apartment and we did not appreciate the admin hoops we had to go through just the night before we arrived having to give our passport numbers, train ticket details etc plus they took $450 Australian dollars out of our credit card to hold most hotels etc only hold credit card details but don’t take the money out unless you cause damage. Other people renting apartments in the same building complained about the same things. The apartment was in a good location but was otherwise not worth it.

Location is great, in the heart of Barrio las Letras, surrounded by plenty of beautiful pubs and restaurants. Customer service was also great, smooth communication and very attentive No complaints
• Aistė (10/5): Nice apartment in perfect location - The apartment was in a very good location, you can walk to so many places from there, as well metro station Anton Martin just few steps away. It was always quite at night. The apartment itself is very nice, exceptionally clean, modern and has everything you need for the few days stay. We were 4 girls and I was worried at first that sofa bed in living space might not be comfortable for sleeping, but actually girls said it was comfortable and perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay overall. I would really recommend this apartment. Nothing

• David (10/5): Quiet, clean, pleasant, tasteful. - Location is outstanding. Bus stops right in front of door. Metro stop (Anton Martin) is not far from door. Taxis cruise nonstop along Calle Atocha night and day. Nothing! All was close to perfect.

The location is perfect for walking to all the major sights and the range of restaurants bars and cafes was fantastic. The apartment was really well equipped, providing those items that you don’t want to have to buy like dishwashing products and beautiful bathroom soaps and shampoo. And there are supermarkets and transport less than a minute away. We loved it! There was really nothing to dislike!
