• Ana (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at Crazy House Hostel! The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, which made a big difference in my experience. The facilities were very clean, including the kitchen and washrooms. My room had everything I needed—there was a locker that only opened with your key card, plus a hairdryer and iron, which was super convenient. One of the highlights for me were the two large, spacious terraces. I spent a lot of time relaxing there—definitely a big plus! The location is also quite good: just 2 minutes from a small store and a 5-minute walk to Arena. It's a bit farther from the beach, but there are good bus connections, so it’s not a problem. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay, which is so important. I would definitely recommend staying here! :) One minor thing to note is that the internet connection could be better—it would disconnect quite often. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning.

Unfortunately for my case I had a bad experience with a very rude old lady who expresses her miscontent for having me with her in the room and I ended up moving room (from 2 to 5 ppl) to avoid her drama... I think accommodation need to avoid mix people unless they come together as a group (family or friends).

Розташування майже в центрі недалеко від набережної . Великі індивідуальні камери схову - це супер опція . В мене була змішана кімната на 4 ліжка . Моїми сусідами були 2 хлопця з Румунії , які вели себе як ті цигани (чого як) В першу ніч вони прийшли о 2:00 включили світло , голосно розмовляли , так само голосно перділи (ні,це не сарказм). На другу ніч вони прийшли о 4:30 і до всього того додались телефонні перемовини з їх дівками та футбольні новини без навушників . Їх змусив заткнутись мій руський мат в перші ніч і теж саме тільки німецькою на другу ніч . Я звісно більше ніколи в хостели ні ногою 😀. Розумію що такі випадки важко контролювати , але все ж 🙃

• Anna (8/5): A great hostel, for both short and longstay! - I liked it there, 10 minutes from bus station and 10 from train station. Good kitchen to be social in with hostel friends and same with the outside area. Clean and Nice, felt save to store the bag in the locker with the card function. Helpful and kind straff! Downstaris shower+wc in same bathroom that locks. And upstairs one for men and one for woman also a private shower room. Outlets by the bed! My lamp did not work A little bit outside the center, close to the road and traffic. Better cleaning under the beds so you can put stuff under! You need to take the bus to the beach or walk 1 hour
• jordan (5/5): “No” - Location was decent. Should re named from crazy hostel to “no hostel”. Arrived an hour early, 34 degrees outside, tired, sick. Asked to sit inside in the AC and maybe use a little WiFi. Both of them answered simultaneously “no!”. In 50 countries and hundreds of accommodations I’ve never had one tell me I can’t sit and wait for check in if I arrived early. No shower gel on even hand wash in the toilets. Asked to do laundry, told I can do it next morning. Go next morning, told I’m checking out soon so it’s not possible. Another no. I guess I’ll leave with my big bag of dirty clothes and hit the road. Heard them complaining about this summers tourists. Well if you’re unhappy maybe it’s time to sell up and move on instead of making others unhappy too?

Any questions I had, she was happy to help :) Huge lockers for all your stuff You can expect towels at an extra price. Unfortunately, the curtains were only for the lower beds.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Tutti i comfort che potete immaginare in un ostello, sono qui - La struttura è fornita di tutto il necessario: tante docce, phon (non l'ho provato perché avevo il mio, ma c'era. E c'erano anche delle prese in bagno), bagni puliti, cucina, contenitori per mettere le proprie cose nel frigor e nei ripiani, armadietti apribili con badge elettronico, luce sul proprio letto, per i letti inferiori MERAVIGLIOSA tenda per isolarsi e schermare la luce, presa di fianco al letto, condizionatore in camera (regolabile con un telecomando a disposizione), indicazioni (sia su alcuni manifesti all'entrata, sia chiedendo in reception) sui bus e concerti all'arena, aree comuni (due cortili, cucina, divano con televisione). Il posto è anche molto accogliente e caratteristico. A livello di comfort, bellezza e pulizia direi che ha tutto l'occorrente per una bella permanenza. Penso sia il primo ostello in cui riesco a dormire bene (quelle tende attorno ai letti <3). Le spiagge che ho visitato le ho raggiunte col bus in 20/30min al costo di 2 euro (2 euro andata, 2 euro ritorno). Non dò 10 stelle perché non viene incoraggiata l'interazione tra le persone dell'ostello, che dal mio punto di vista è uno degli elementi più belli dello stare in ostello. La struttura favorisce la conoscenza grazie alle aree comuni, ma non lo fa con delle attività: sarebbe carino organizzare dei semplici giochi la sera o delle uscite per favorire la conoscenza degli ospiti. Ad ogni modo nel mio caso sia per mia iniziativa sia per iniziativa di altri, siamo riusciti a fare gruppo e a conoscerci nell'ostello, proprio grazie alle aree comuni.
• Zsolt (9/5): - Don't be fooled by the rocks that I've got, or the outside look, this hostel has got. 🤓 Altough this hostel is installed in a basement of a blockhouse, and the enviroment it's not the beautifulest, the inside of the hostel is very nice and feels-like-homeish. Everything is cleaned daily, the inside is tidy and well equipped and has 2 big terraces. The owners are very nice and colorfoul persons, especially the owner lady, can recommend it to spend some good nights here. 👌😌

There's a lot of free space to have rest inside and outside. It would have been nice if there was a curtain on the top bed too.
• Zt (9/5): Nagyon kedves mindenki, tisztaság, rendezettség. A kávé benne van a szoba árában - Nagyon segítőkész és mindig mosolygós személyzet. A tusolók, mellékhelységek tiszták voltak. Az ágy kényelmes volt, voltak extra takarók, ha a légkondi miatt valaki fázott. Az elhelyezkedés remek volt, nagyon közel a buszpályaudvar, buszmegálló, óváros, boltok. A megérkezés napján és távozáskor is tárolták a bőröndöt, ingyenesen. Először voltam ilyen jellegű szálláson, de jó élmény volt. Sokszínű, fiatalos, nagyon jó érzéssel távoztam. Igazából nem volt ilyen :)
• Milena (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w przypadku korzystania z obiektu jako przystanku do dalszej podróży, tak jak to było w naszym przypadku. Hostel jest blisko zarówno dworca autobusowego na który przyjeżdżają shuttle bus z lotniska, a także portu z którego wypływają m. in. promy na chorwackie wyspy. Mimo że zameldowanie było przewidziane do wcześniej godziny, nie było problemu żeby poprosić o późniejsze zameldowanie. Problemu nie było nawet wtedy gdy okazało się że nasz samolot się spóźni. Rano szybko się wymeldowaliśmy i bez problemu zdążyliśmy na poranny prom.

• Denise (9/5): Clean, comfortable, amazing terrace and very well located! - Hostel was clean and comfortable, bed with curtains, which makes the bid difference for privacy. I want to highlight how clean everything was the 5 days I stayed there, amazing. Staff was helpful and the two big terraces amazing. There is no particular activities or encouragement to socialize from the hostel in this case, however, I was lucky and found amazing people and the common areas help a lot to hang out and socialize. Things I did not like it: Not possible to cook after 10pm, a bit early for summer vacation, could be a bit later. We have met a person that was not a guest and we try to invite this person for a few drinks at the terrace before going out and they did not allow that, only to the terrace, not the rooms. I think maybe to extreme. Overall, I recommend this place and location is also very convenient.

• Abbassi (1/5): - Near the center, a couple of minutes away from the arena and 7 minutes away from the train station. I have to say that it’s not the cleanest. Only one towel was provided for the whole stay and it wasn’t even big enough for showers. No shower gel. WC could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The bathroom with the showers (which opens on the main corridor 4 meters from reception) doesn’t close: either you wear your clothes inside the wet shower or risk being buck naked if someone is coming in. The hostel was infested with mosquitoes: our first night we basically spent it killing at least 15 mosquitoes. The staff was at least kind, they did provide us with bug repellant, but still.

• Jan (10/5): Strongly recommended - Everything was just perfect. We arrived too early and couldn't check-in at 13, but a nice guy at the reception let us leave our luggage there and helped us finding a store in the city. All staff was very kind, helpful and English proficient. Location is excellent. In the kitchen there's a fridge with boxes so that no one would mistakenly eat your food, there's a kettle and tea bags for free, dishes and cutlery. There's also a washing machine (extra charge). Also there's a great terrace with tables, chairs and a bench-swing. The neighborhood is quiet. Certainly, we've got what we paid for - thank you!

• Ryan (10/5): Great hostel - Nice rooms that have air conditioning. The toilets were very clean and there are lots of nice common areas to hang out in. The staff were great and friendly and helped us find things to do! When the keycard is used to open the locker in the room, it makes a fairly loud beeping noise, which can be disturbing at night.
• Vera (9/5): Good hostel very close to the Arena - We arrived earlier to Pula, but they allowed us to keep the bags before check-in. The hostel was bigger than we thought, with three floors and lots of outside communal areas. The room was spacious and the bottom beds (bunk beds) had curtains. There were not lots of toilets and showers for the amount of rooms they had, but I always found one available when I needed it, so it was enough. The kitchen had a basket system so you could put store your food safely with your name and checkout date on, and there were several things you could use to cook and eat. There were two floor that had outside areas, there was plenty of space to choose from. The hostel is close to the arena, and a short walking distance from the bus station. The AC worked very well, which was a very necessary feature in a very warm Pula. We asked for recommendations of local food and beaches, the gentleman was lovely and his suggestions were great.

Auberge très bien placée pour poouvoir prendre le ferry. La cuisine (très petite). Le prix me semble un peu élevé pour une auberge de jeunesse qui n'a pas de charme particulier. Les abords de l'auberge sont assez peu agréables (une grande route, beaucoup de voitures).
• Maria Vittoria Dela Cruz Advincula (10/5): - The Place was cozy, very clean and in a great position, so near to the Flixbus station and the Colosseum. I loved how they always clean the bathroom everyday even twice sometimes

• Giulia (4/5): Unclean hostel, I wouldn’t go back - The man who works at the reception is very kind. There is a lot of parking close to the hostel. The hostel is very good located, city center is only 10 mins away. Unfortunately the hostel lacks cleaning. The toilets, showers and common areas are super dirty and also when some guests check out the only thing they do is changing bed sheets, they don’t even mop the floor or wipe the table. We have asked to have the bathrooms and toilets cleaned more, but nothing changed. The bunk beds aren’t screwed in the wall (not even attached to the wall) and thus they shake a lot when you go up/down the bed or move while sleeping. There are only 2 showers for women and 1 shower mixed on the floor and it has happened that there was no more warm water, but no one tells you, you find out while being under the shower that there is no more warm water.
• Huma Kirchhoff (8/5): - Ejerne var meget hjælpsomme. Nemt at check in. Og vi kunne efterlade vores bagage i timerne før og efter check in. Vores værelse var udemærket. Og kvindernes badeværelse var i fin stand. Så jeg synes dette er et udemærket hostel til prisen.
• Petra (9/5): Great hostel for solo fun travel, would recommend. ✌️ - The staff was great (lots of recommendations regarding places in Pula to visit) and so were my roomies, the kitchen was very cute, loved the outdoor area (awesome for just chilling), affordable prices. Would come back. I didn’t have anywhere to charge my phone or plug in the lamp which was clipped to my bed.
• Lena (10/5): Найкраще чисте і бюджетне місце у період шалених серпневих відпусток, рекомендую! - В помешканні сподобалось все ! Вражає чистота на такій великій площі. Клінінг на найвищому рівні - неймовірно привітний та доброзичливий клінінгперсонал( що дуже цінно при великій кількості проживаючих). Продумано і зручно розподілення на жіночі і загальні номери. Завжди є місце для усамітнення завдяки різноманітним зонам відпочинку.Ванних кімнат і санвузлів вистачає на всіх і вони у продовж дня весь час прибираються.Кухня зручна і в холодильниках завжди є місце .Заїзд і виселення комфортне - можна залишити речі на рецепції.Окрема подяка Гордоні на рецепції :за відмінний «люкс» у загальній жіночій кімнаті, за привітність, розуміння і урахування всіх побажань і потреб . Відсутність власної парковки.Але при бажанні і інформованості поряд можна знайти і користуватись.
