Ingen ost, skinka.Grönsaker fick man be om.Ingen meny vad som finns att välja. Ägarna mycket trevliga med det saknas någon som skulle tar hand om stället på professionelt sätt. Stället påminner om ett vandrarhem från 80talen. Rummen är målade i brunfärg lika bastu och andra utrymmen.Morgonrockar var gamla slitna och ihåliga, säkert 20år gamla.Skandal att det ges överhuvudet några stjärnor. Jacuzzi var bra men det är dags att byta till modernare.Den är minst 15 år gammal. Bastu har felslags tre och det är lätt att få bränna sig. Allting inuti borde anpassas till dagens krav om man vill ha gäster som ska återkomma. Rummen borde moderniseras.Det fans ingenting förutom tvål i badrummet. Slitna mörka handdukar. VISTELSEN BORDE KOSTA 30% AV VAD JAG HADE BETALAT. DET ÄR INTE VÄRD MER EFTER DET JAG HAR UPPLEVD.

- Mika (10/5): 丘の上の質素で快適なリゾート - 冷蔵庫にイタリアのビールやサンペレグリーノ、水、ファンタなど飲み物が用意されており、それらが全て無料でした。 スパも無料で、ジェットバスやサウナが朝から晩まで自由に使えました。 サンペレグリーノの町からは、車で丘の上の別の村に少しだけ上がって行ったところに、この宿はあります。町中には水が常に湧き出ている蛇口や、テルメ、旧カジノや、居心地の良いカフェやレストランが数軒並び、車も停めやすく、こじんまりした良い町でした。 宿の朝食も素晴らしく、温かい卵料理の他に、沢山のペストリー類や飲み物などを自由に食べられました。

- Anna (10/5): Meravigliosi momenti rilassanti in ambiente familiare - Il soggiorno è stato fantastico! Sono stata in questa struttura per festeggiare il compleanno del mio compagno. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza, i proprietari sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze e per colazione ci hanno fatto trovare le candeline su una buonissima torta di mele. La SPA era a nostra disposizione anche nelle ore serali e tutti gli ambienti sono spaziosi e puliti. Prima di andarcene, Marco ci ha consigliato al meglio per proseguire la nostra esperienza in zona e seguendo le sue indicazioni abbiamo passato momenti meravigliosi in posti che non conoscevamo. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie davvero per l'accoglienza! Niente, è stato tutto perfetto!

- scaparone (9/5): - Staff gentilissimo e cordiale, sempre disponibile. Stanza in legno e location da sogno, rustica, calda, accogliente, più spaziosa rispetto alle nostre aspettative. Ottimo punto strategico per poter organizzare visite nei dintorni di Bergamo alta, san pellegrino e tanto altro. Vista spaziale sulle montagne. Colazione ottima con assortimento equilibrato di prodotti fatti in casa, dalle torte dolci alle torte salate, ( noi abbiamo optato spesso per spremute di arancia e di ananas molto buone e a richiesta anche uova strapazzate gustosissime e bacon cotto a puntino, apprezziamo la calororsità di un buffet casalingo. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prenotare una cena a buffet di prodotti locali con visione dello chef esterno che cucinava dal vivo, davvero sorprendente e coinvolgente. Spa interessante con Jacuzzi spaziosa ed una sauna disponibili h24. Prezzo di pernottamento davvero conveniente.

The check-in process was informal and smooth, contributing to a pleasant client experience. The breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed a lovely view during my meals. I also appreciated the relaxing jacuzzi and sauna, which added to the overall experience. What truly stood out, though, was the super friendly and welcoming host; they made me feel right at home. Highly recommend! Everything is good.

Molto particolare la sauna con il camino e l’idromassaggio funzionale anche se un po’ datato. Interessante la possibilità di accedere alla spa h24 Su Booking ho trovato la possibilità di poter fare la mezza pensione mentre in struttura mi è stato detto che non c’è; peccato dato che il posto è totalmente isolato, non aver nessun servizio diventa difficile anche cucinare nonostante la cucina nell’appartamento. In assoluto troppo troppo caro il prezzo per il soggiorno

And the was only one option to book, without possibility to cancell. When we saw our mistake, we asked to cancell order, but the answer was No. So easy money for them.

Ma la struttura ha deluso le nostre aspettative in rapporto a quanto pagato. Dopo il nostro soggiorno (un weekend) non riesco a capire "resort 4 stelle". Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per i servizi offerti. E' più vicino ad un classico B&B - Pulizia della camera scarsa, umidità nella stanza e muffa sui muri - Bagno con incrostazioni sui rubinetti e doccia e capelli (non nostri: io non ce li ho e la mia compagna li ha lunghi e rossi) in giro - Colazione a buffet scarsa e caffè/cappuccino da distributore automatico - Lavori in corso nei pressi della piscina e piscina al coperto davvero molto piccola (giusto per 2, max 4 persone se ci si conosce). - Abbiamo aperto segnalazione tramite booking ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta dalla struttura.

- Richard (9/5): Prachtige wellness B&B in de bergen vlakbij San Pellegrino - Prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en de bergen, mooi zwembad, fijne en grote jacuzzi en een appartement voorzien van alle gemakken voor een gezin van 5 personen. Fijn en uitgebreid ontbijt in de ochtend in de naastgelegen ontbijtzaal. Verder kon onze elektrische auto gratis worden opgeladen tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten (elektra wordt dmv van zo’n 50 grote zonnepanelen opgewekt). Verder ligt het resort op slechts 10-12 min rijden van het prachtige dorp San Pellegrino Terme. Ons appartement lag met de hoofdslaapkamer pal naast de buitentafel van andere gasten, waarvan 1 jong (influencer) stel zeer luidruchtig was in de vroege ochtend van vertrek. Niet de schuld van onze hosts, maar wel fijn als mensen respect voor elkaar hebben.

Everything is simple yet cozy – a perfect retreat if you want to escape the city’s hustle and immerse yourself in nature. The whole family that owns the homestead is incredibly kind and attentive. They share plenty of helpful information about where to travel, what to see, and where to stay next. We will definitely come back.

- Rachel (10/5): Beautiful setting with lovely kind hosts. - Lovely hosts, so kind to us. Beautiful setting and views. Big, clean, comfy space. Accommodating of our baby. Arranged lifts to local restaurant and back for us. Not the fault of the owners or hotel, but on the past night a group next door were very drunk, shouting and arguing all night. In the morning they sat outside and flooded the area with marajuana smoke. We couldn't sit in our adjacent outside area as it was so thick in the air and unsafe for our baby to breathe. It's a shame in such a peaceful location.

- Laura (10/5): Fantastic, highly recommended - I loved the location with the panoramic mountain view. The pool was beautiful and clean and Marina and Stefano were helpful and thoughtful. It's a family run business with a tasty breakfast every morning and home cooked cakes and breads. Lovely jacuzzi and sauna too. I felt my seven year old daughter was safe there and so I could truly relax as she played. Will definitely be returning.

We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. If we hadn’t had our next accommodation booked we would have love to stay longer. Breakfast is lovely, pool towel, gowns and flip flops provided. Pool is perfect and always open, table tennis available. Other guests were fabulous too. 100 out of 10.

Ideal for quiet rest and relaxation. For any additional needs, you have to go by car to nearby places. The San Pellegrino thermal baths are about 6 km away and it takes ten minutes to drive. The Spa at San Pellegrino is exceptional.

- Roger (10/5): A lovely place to stay, very quiet with good facilities for its size(sauna spa bath and pool). - Very good breakfast with cooked options and wide range of fruit and pastries etc. The family were exceedingly friendly. Coffee and teas available and without charge, also water both sparkling and still. terrific location in amongst the mountains but you really do need a car, there is a bus that runs past but we did not use it as we had the hire car so I do not know about frequency. It takes a few minutes to drive to San Pellegrino Terme(the last train left in 1966 so bus taxi or car needed) where there is a large selection of restaurants all very reasonably priced. Getting back to the hotel, they are in the process of building a new pool which Covid stopped work on but it does not detract from the views or the other facilities, the grounds were interesting with a fishpond and nice man made stream with frogs and toads and lots of Carp, the sauna pool and spa bath were all excellent, I used the sauna and spa bath a lot but never had to share with other guests despite a steady flow of guests and all available 24 hrs a day. The bathroom was well equipped with a large walk in shower with multiple jets and good quality toiletries. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The owners sell local wines (15€ average) in reception and there was a small stocked minibar in the room. Nothing really to complain about, it is a shame that it is only Bed and breakfast though as the the nearest place to eat is a 10 minute walk along the steep and twisty road which I would not recommend in the dark, really you need to drive. The next eating place is even further on and you really would need to drive and probably be better off just driving into San Pellegrino where there are numerous places to eat, not so good if Like me you like to sample the local grape juice!
