No salt, pepper, only two coffee pods, 1 tiny, hotel-sized bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for 4 people for three nights. First time we stayed in a place where these things weren’t provided.

- Deena (10/5): Ideal for a family spending a few days in Madrid - This was absolutely perfect. Great location. Central but quiet. The staff were very helpful and extremely nice!! We came over a super hot weekend and the apartment was a wonderful place to spend the time during the hot hours. The location made it super comfortable to go out, come back, rest and go out again. Ideal for a family of 4/5 Nothing. Everything was great
- Malika (3/5): Great location but be aware of the fine prints. Noisy room. - The location was ideal. Claudia who did our check in was really nice The noise in the room behind the entrance door. You hear the water run through the whole building. Which makes sleeping quite uncomfortable. Also, beware there is a fine you pay if you check in after 23:00 . It is 50 euros and they ask you to pay in cash. Thankfully we arrived just before that time. But I was surprised to hear it from the check-in lady.

- Caroline (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, in the arty/lively barrio de las Letras, highly recommand a visit to the Mercado Anton Martin at night (mostly locals, low key but very lively) . Museums and Retiro Park one stroll away, Sol and La Latina on the other side. The flat would benefit to have a few basic products (no salt, pepper, oil etc), but that's our only comment. Excellent quality/price.
- Wayne (7/5): ok - the location the air conditioner was leaking water when we turn it on . we told them in the first 30 minutes we were there the host came promptly and said she would get maintenance to come and fix . they didt not the whole time we were there 3nights very hot nights .very noisy apartment can hear the rubbish collectors every night the apartment is very small but nice, no place to put your luggage
