Lake (7/5): Made to feel a little unwelcome - The apartment was lovely but unfortunately water was dripping from the ceiling into the living room after it rained. Also, the apartments in the building are not supposed to be rented out to tourists, and there was a sign saying that by the entrance, so we felt we needed to keep a low profile and avoid other residents, which was not great. The nice lady from the agency advised us not to open the door to anyone, including the police!. Luckily the residents we did encounter were pleasant enough.
Milena (9/5): Superb - Tle location is great. Clean and comfortable apartment. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We had minor problems with entering the apartment but the problem was solved very quickly.
