- Gloria (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Utensilios de cocina correctos. Dejan pastillas para el lavavajillas y lavadora. Al no tener ventanas que den a la calle, huele a humedad y si abres las ventanas huele a comidas de los vecinos.
La puerta es eléctrica pero no estaría de más poner un pestillo por dentro.

- Predrag (4/5): the staff was helpful...and then it was a disappointment - the cleaning lady was nice
- Eva (1/5): Unhealthy moldy apartment - The location, but that does not compensate for the rest. -During the check-in process they ask too many questions and you even have to take a picture of yourself with your ID.
-You will have to sign a CONTRACT! in which they detail all the fines you will get if you don't behave normally. Like if you steal something (but there is no inventory at the property so how can you prove you did not? Of course it is a matter of trust, but trust woks in both directions).
-The apartment is unhealthy, with moldy walls and a stench of humidity. We did our best to spend as little time in it as possible.
-It is also very dark and the lights did not work properly.
-The managers clearly don't trust you, as you will receive several whatsapps reminding you the rules. They sent me one when we were already in bed to remind us not to make noise!
-Plastic bed, plastic sofa - all to make them easy to clean but so uncomfortable!
- Sascha (1/5): Completely Unprofessional — Dirty, Smelly Apartment, Broken Check-In, and Zero Accountability - Nothing This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had in years of full-time travel. The support was dismissive and unhelpful — I felt mocked when I tried to resolve a serious issue. Communication was chaotic, and instead of providing a clear check-in process, I was bombarded with WhatsApp messages demanding an additional €200 “authorization” before I could even get the address.
Their check-in form was buggy and borderline unusable — it took me an hour and multiple retries, while their only response was a sarcastic “you’ll figure it out ;)”. It was late, my phone was dying, and I still had no address or resolution. I refused to hand over my credit card outside of Booking.com’s system, and surprise — a week later, I still haven’t seen that money back.
The apartment itself was nothing like the photos: extremely dark, smelled of mold and urine, and had hair everywhere. Booking.com was no help whatsoever. They collect your money and leave you to deal with the mess.
- Enrico (5/5): Annoying client service and dark flat - Well located but too dark because it’s a ground floor, quite depressing. The staff ruined my holiday before it started with an unnecessarily convoluted check in process and communications on WhatsApp. They wasted our time (we never saw any of them in person) and their website were to check in it’s pretty useless. Definitely won’t recommend it to friends and family.
- Angela (6/5): Not bad, but bring some ear plugs. - The location of the apartment within the property was not explained very well in the instructions, but thankfully the staff was very responsive on WhatsApp and helped us find it quickly. The apartment itself was roomy and the bed and pull out couch were comfortable. There was some moldiness in the bathroom (maybe some drainage issues?) but it was otherwise clean. The walls were very thin, and sounds from neighbors were loud. The location was great, and the virtual key was nice to be able to share with all of us on the trip.
