• Iordanis Pringipas (8/5): Good - The location and the appartment was very good BEWARE... we have paid for the appartment and we also paid 300euro for deposit. That was ok. But after we left from the house on 09/2 and was in perfect condition, the deposit we receive it on 07/03, after almost 1 month. This is not a problem of my bank or any other bank issue. It was the host problem. We have stay in several places in all over Europe and we paid deposit that we receive back after 1-2 days, not 29 days. This was very unpleasant for all of us. And also the booking support doesn't care about this issue.

• Warren (5/5): A decent but not great place to stay - The apartment itself was decent - nothing other than basic - however the beds and pillows were a huge disappointment. The beds were like sleeping on box springs without a mattress and the pillows were very poor. In addition, although the location was good, there were many homeless people sleeping right outside the door, people yelling and screaming during the night as they came back from the bars and clubs. as above

• Jerialea (7/5): Good location, great food. - The area is great. Nice restaurants, easy to get around and use a variety of transportation. The sign to find the apartment was awful. All 6 of us were looking and finally a gal that was renting one of the apartments let us in the front gate and told us it was the correct address.
• Marco (6/5): Appartamento ok, ma notti in bianco! - Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Posizione comoda ben servita dai mezzi. La zona è estremamente chiassosa durante la notte. Anche all’interno dell’edificio la notte ci sono stati frequenti disagi dovuti a musica e schiamazzi in genere. Difficile riposare.

• trudy (8/5): Heerlijk familie-appartement, centraal en in levendige buurt - Het appartement is zeer ruim met drie slaapkamers, de bedden zijn comfortabel. Keuken is goed uitgerust en er zijn twee badkamers. Locatie dichtbij Ramblas en plaza Reial. Het is een levendige buurt en goed uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes De straat waaraan het appartement ligt is levendig, maar ook erg luidruchtig. Er liggen en staan de hele nacht zwervers en dealers.

• Grīnberga (8/5): - The location — it’s right in the epicenter of everything. Close to the metro and the beach. Enjoyed the spaciousness and the convenient key system. The street where the apartment was located smelled unpleasant. It caused some discomfort, especially in the mornings when stepping outside and again when returning home. The apartment looks fresh in the photos, but in reality it’s quite worn out. Was surprised that the double bed wasn’t as nice as in the pictures — it was made by screwing two single bed frames together with separate mattresses that slid around when two people slept on it.

• Elashraaf (7/5): - الشقه نظيفه جدا جدا ووجدنا مشروبات ومياه في الثلاجه للترحيب بالضيوف وكانت مثاليه والغرف نظيفه وواسعه والصاله تتحول لغرفة نوم إضافيه حيث تتحول الكنبه الي سرير وعوازل صوت وغساله وكل مايمكن ان تحتاج اليه.. بالاضافه لفريق يرد عليك فور إرسال سؤالك في اي وقت من الليل او من النهار دون ان تضطر للانتظار .. السيستم الذي يعمل به الشقه هايل . ومنحونا مكان آمن لتخزين أمتعتنا بعد مغادرتنا الشقه حيث كانت طيارتنا في المساء .. كانت الضيافه رائعه والتعامل رائع والشقه مثاليه وشرفه واسعه تطل علي حديقه وسوبر ماركت في مواجهة الشقه وموقف الاتوبيس الذي يصل لسنتر المدينه أمام باب البنايه مباشرة تبعد الشقه عن سنتر المدينه حوالي 25 دقيقه بالباص .. الشيء الجيد ان موقف الباص أسفل العقار مباشرة

• Edmundson (7/5): Gothic Quarter - off season - The location is central to soooo many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. Very easy to get a taxi if needed. Close to Port Vell, too. We're walkers so 20 and 30 minute walks were no issue for us! Nice to have a washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, and a little balcony to see all the action on the streets...which is a ton. Air conditioner works incredibly well. Coffee immediately across the street. We know mattresses are really based on personal preference. However, firm or soft, nobody wants to feel individual springs while sleeping. For the cost, this was a surprise. The building is old - which is to be expected, so sound carries, especially through the stairwell. If you're not used to living in an apartment in a city, this might not be your type of place.
• Dolores Carrillo (6/5): - A comunicação foi sempre muito lenta e com atraso, pouca disponibilade em responder , varios interlociutores, tudo por mensagem . Informações péssimas, nao funcionou o codigo da porta mas tivemos sorte ao chegar estava a sair a senhora da limpeza e deixou nos a chave fisica e o resto do tempo nenhuma de nós tinha acesso a porta da rua sem ser com esta chave fisica, o que ficamos dependentes umas das outras. As fotos eram mais bonitas, nao correspondiam com a casa onde ficamos, mais antiga mas com divisoes amplas, e por ultimo nao havia um pano para secar a bancada ou a loiça embora exigem que fique tudo como encontramos.

• elodie (9/5): - L’emplacement, l’appartements est superbe, commence a vieillir mais très bien, agreable, climatisation top. Un lit bébé et un siège de table a disposition sur demande. Parking pas loin, las ramblas à 2 min. Juste un peu de bruit avec d’autres locataires qui ont sonner a l’interphone la nuit

• Ahmed (5/5): I will never think to book again in this place - Cleanness Couldn’t sleep well for 2 nights because of the noise which was coming from the building and outside it. Very loud music and noise from the top floor apartment. I reported it at 5 am during the second night and when the man came to check the noise stopped.
• Terry (3/5): It was fun visiting places in Barcelona but I would not recommend this apartment rental. - The location was wonderful but it was a residential complex and every night there were trash bags and boxes near the entrance for the nightly trash pickup. The Big Fun Museum was a fun place with my granddaughter. Our room was on the third floor but there were four flights of stairs to get there. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags up and down the hot, narrow staircase. Being 72, this was a challenge since two bags were 25 kg each. Also, after a long day of sightseeing, we had to trudge up the stairway to our apartment. We contacted the managers and they said it would be fixed on Monday but we left on Wednesday and it was still broken.

• Ashleigh (8/5): Very good - Great location, spacious, lots of restaurants to choose from and all amenities! It would help us to have a vacuum so we can tidy, drainage problem in the bathroom sinks, and more toilet paper.
• Philippe (10/5): Thanks again; Hope to visit again soon! - Location is amazing; All pedestrian area near the famous Rambla! We came with with the family (3 adults et 2 kids) for a long weekend as tourists and we loved it! Maybe it could be a little to much downtown if it was for work (parking and noise) but it was amazing for our tourism activity's: Guëll park, Sagrada familia, restaurants and more! Barcelona is expensive (that's the only downside but it's not related to the appartment itself)

• #milton (7/5): It was a very pleasant experience - Very close to many bars and entertainment. It was very close to other main locations in Lisbon. The walk upstairs was very steep. One of the accompanying guest had a hard time going up and downstairs since she has a bad knee. Other than that the place was very nice and cozy.

• Natalie (1/5): Bad - Location. Not much else. The place is a dump. There were holes in the ceiling. Stained furniture. Kitchen cupboard doors hanging off. The most disgusting dirty toilet brush. Stained worn acrylic blankets. And that didn't work well. Bad plastic furniture that was broken. Coffee pods but no pod machine.

• Milovan (4/5): Habitat aparments Barcelona, stay away. - Location Apartment is nothing like on the photos, old and taty, noisy surroundings, facility not as expected, check in very unprofessional, tried to take 300€ deposit for nothing, bad value for money, would not recommend to anyone, all in all very disapointed.
• Prateek (1/5): Bad - Good location, clean apartment We had a horrific stay. They gave us digital access via an app...BUT on the last night our access was ended in the evening itself. When we returned to the apartment with our kids, we couldn't enter the apartment. Their 24 hour call center wasn't reachable for hours. We were stranded in the cold outside with sleeping young kids. It was a pathetic stay.

• Giovanni (6/5): Pleasant - Very wide apartment, with nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a very central position. Perfect air conditioning system The location is central, but a little bit vernacular. Too much confusion sometimes. Compared with other locations, the apartment resulted to be very expensive. The house is big, well furnished, but a little bit vintage (the floor in particular). The washing machine was broken, changed on the very last day. They missed the appointment, without giving us any prior information, so we spent the whole morning waiting for them. We clearly stated we didn't want strangers in our apartment, and they said we were rude. On top of that we only had one smartphone codified to open the door, so a friend of us claimed the staff support to enter, but they have never arrived. In a nutshell: apartment is ok, but very expensive.
