На кухне все необходимое в то числе жидкость для мытья посуды. Губка и тряпка для вытирания стола-что удивительно для Вьетнама. У нас был номер с балконом. Столик стулья на балконе. Кайф вечером сидеть попивая что нибудь. Приятная атмосфера в холле при входе. Есть стояночка для байка. В номерах тихо, так как улица непроездная . А это важно.

Есть все необходимое Очень тяжелый запах, скорее всего от занавесок, их наверное никогда не стирали. Приходилось все время держать двери открытыми. Я бронировала номер с выходом к бассейну. В спальне очень слышно шум а также запахи из ресторана за забором. Также канализация громко булькала в рандомный момент и будила. В номере темно даже днем. В бассейне вода холодная. Я бронировала на 3 ночи, сначала была в шоке, но потом привыкла)) фото на сайте, такое ощущение, сделаны лет 20 назад 😁 все очень поизносилось. Розетки очень плохо работают. В пепельнице был окурок. Но из-за прекрасного месторасположения и приветливого персонала не ставлю низких оценок.

- Roman (10/5): - Отель превзошел все ожидания! Очень достойный номер, который может посоревноваться с приличными 4* отелями в Дананге! Уборка каждый день. Полотенца, халаты, шампуни, гели для душа, ушные палочки, зубная паста и щетки, вода в бутылках - все пополнялось и менялось на новое. Никаких насекомых за время проживания не было. Идеальное расположение! 3-5 минут пешком и вы на оживленной улице с ресторанами, кафе, продуктовыми магазинчиками. Самый популярный пляж My Kne в 5 минутах пешком от отеля. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и приветливый! Минусов не нашли.

Linh assisted me in planning my trip to Hoi An, recommending the most exciting places to visit. The room service was also top-notch, providing daily amenities. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The location is amazing, very walkable, lots of food, massages, bars, etc right outside your room. 5 minute walk to the beach, 12 minute walk to tourist streets. The pool is at the front of the motel, next to the street and next to reception.
- Ria Clariz (8/5): - I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It's around 15mins walk from the hotel to the beach. It's quiet and relaxing and the room was neat and tidy everyday. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The laundry fee is cheap as well. One time I spilled my coffee on my white dress and it was so messed up. I asked some help from the staffs if they can possibly remove the stains. At night I finally got my dress back and it's good as new. Kuddos to the staffs! None so far

- Tatiana (8/5): - Удачное расположение на тихой улице, от моря 5 минут. Жили в Студии. Окна в пол, 2 балкона(на балконе есть сушилка, что очень удобно). Кухня оборудована плитой, микроволновкой, полноценным холодильником, чайником, необходимой посудой. Номер не новый, но чистый, ничем не воняет, живности нет. Единственное, уже требует замены плитка в душе и смесители. Перед окнами футбольное поле, где рано утром и вечером можно наблюдать игры в футбол, Матч ТВ живьем)) Нам не мешало. Кровать и подушки на любителя, мне бы хотелось помягче. Полотенца меняют каждый день, постельное раза 4 за 2 недели. Персонал улыбчив и отзывчив!!! Система кондиционирования хорошо расположена, когда спишь на тебя не дует (а это проблема встречается часто), в номере всегда комфортная температура и работает тихо. Нам было комфортно и приятно там отдыхать. Требует замены плитка в душевой и смесители. Входную дверь нужно затонировать, она деревянная рейка и стекло, ночью светит свет из коридора, пришлось вешать на дверь накидку с кровати)

- Josh (2/5): - I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I requested extra towels because the pillow was too high and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my request was denied without a reasonable explanation. Instead, I was given a towel cover, which obviously could not be used as a substitute. Even after I calmly explained that the pillow height was causing neck pain, the staff remained uncooperative and dismissive, showing no willingness/hospitality to help. They even looked so annoyed. What concerned me the most was that I noticed signs that my personal bag had been touched and opened during my stay. I told them about this but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. They just said “We will let the cleaners know.” This raised serious concerns about the security and trustworthiness of the hotel. In addition, the shower area had visible mold, and there was a hole in the ceiling filled with plastic bags&stones, there were ants on the counters, which made the overall condition of the room feel neglected and unhygienic. They only give you one room key which you use for all the electricity in your room. Once you leave your room with your room key, your fridge in the room also turns off. It should at least keep supplying power for a fridge…. I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are basic standards of cleanliness, security, and hospitality that every guest deserves — unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet them.

Расположение тоже отличное , если обходить мусорные баки другой дорогой идя на море . НО Я ЧУТЬ НЕ ЛИШИЛАСЬ ОБРАТНЫХ БИЛЕТОВ ДО ДОМОЙ ! Работа менеджеров отвратительна ! Все было прекрасно, пока я не попросила помочь с приобретением билетов до Ханоя . Я каждый раз прошу сотрудника отеля в этой просьбе и каждый раз не было никаких проблем . Здесь же мне предложили купить билет через приложение Vexere, где нужна была карта для оплаты . У меня только наличные .Попросила менеджера оплатить билет своей картой и отдать ему наличными - отказался, но позвонил на горячую линию и забронировал билет с возможностью оплаты при посадке ( всегда так и платила ) . Нас должны были забрать из отеля в назначенный день, но так и не приехали , т к билет в итоге аннулировали без оплаты (как выясняется , менеджер , который договаривался должен был подтвердить поездку, позвонив им еще раз, но не сделал этого ) .Хотя я ему напоминала . Еще более отвратительно , что в день отъезда из отеля другой менеджер НАЧАЛ СМЕЯТЬСЯ ГРОМКО И ДОЛГО НАД НАШЕЙ СИТУАЦИЕЙ И С ИЗДЕВКОЙ ГОВОРИТЬ СО МНОЙ . И типа чего вы волнуетесь , уедите в другой день. Ну так .. ничего что у нас пропадают билеты на самолет ?! Действительно, я с детьми , чемоданами , без отеля и вылет завтра из Ханоя . Вообще не волнительная ситуация , а смешная !Обратите внимание на этого менеджера ! Такая работа с людьми недопустима ! В первые встречаю таких безответственных работников, которые совершенно не умеют вести себя с людьми . Думала , вернутся в этот отель в следующем году , но просто зайду мимо и посмотрю, работает ли этот бестактный менеджер , смеющийся над проблемами людей . Мерзко и неприятно !

- Toh Tseng (8/5): - 1)There is a washing machine in the toilet area - excellent. 2)The room type we booked was spacious, the small hall, the bedroom and the toilet are separate areas. 3) quite a few eateries just about 300-400 meters near the hotel 1) The ceiling of the bathroom, one corner just above the washing machine leaks water, small amount of it. Needs to be repaired.

- Gabriele (9/5): Great seawiev from a spaceous, quiet, comfortable room in a very pleasant small hotel. - I was given a sea view room on request which was fantastic, not just because of the sea view. The room was also spacious, with large windows on two sides and with a pleasant and comfortable interior. The place is very quiet, given the vicinity to the hustle and bustle of the nearby main street leading to the beach. The beach can be reached within a couple of minutes walk and is full of people swimming and jogging by 6 am! The nearby shops and restaurants still allow access to all the required amenities, without the noise experienced closer to that infrastructure, and there is also a Vietnamese restaurant right next door. The pool is a bonus and the whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable during my 10-day stay Breakfast, while reasonably priced, only allows for one option of a particular Vietnamese dish on that day, and there is no designated breakfast area (it will be brought to the room). This is fine for someone interested in exactly that choice but a long shot from a mixed Asian/ Western buffet breakfast.

- KELLY (8/5): - I enjoyed a three week stay at Animor Green, which is in a great location and only steps to the beautiful My Khe beach. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and easily accessible to the attractions in the area. The only downside of my stay was that the toilet and shower clogged up a few times and I was asked to pay an extra fee for the sheets and doona to be washed as my fake tan had rubbed off on the sheets. The area was quiet most nights, with the exception of the restaurant next door until about 10pm at night, clanking dishes however the noise only came into my apartment as I was on the bottom floor. All in all, a great stay at Animor Green.
