Katriina (2/5): The location is different than on their listing - We had a confirmed booking on Chaikovskaya 36, close to our friend’s home. When we arrived to St. Petersburg and called them, they told us the room is actually on a different location 3 km away. No thanks. We went to another hotel and hope to get our money back.
Isaak (8/5): Было хорошо, но могло быть лучше - Обслуживание было вполне приличным. Но вот три недостатка, которые имели место: 1) Несмотря на то, что я зарезервировал и оплатил свой номер (Стандартная студия для двух взрослых с 1 кроватью Queen Size и 1 диван-кровать) за 3 месяца до прибытия, в день моего прибытия, 1-го декабря, мой номер был занят и меня поместили в комнату под №2 меньшего размера. На следующий день мне пришлось переезжать в мою комнату под №6, которая, наконец, освободилась. Как так могло получиться, что один и тот же номер на один и тот же день оказался зарезервирован дважды? И это в век компьютеров!? 2) Несмотря на то, что я зарезервировал 1 кровать Queen Size и 1 диван-кровать и это же написано в подтверждении, которое я получил сразу после оплаты, диван-кровать я в своём номере №6 не обнаружил. Это означает, что либо мне дали не тот номер, за который я уплатил, либо это ошибка в рекламе. 3) Очень часто выходил из строя WI-FI и приходилось звонить милой девушке Ане и ждать, когда она приедет и починит. В остальном сервис был вполне приличный.
