• Evgeniya (10/5): beautiful - We enjoyed everything very much. Location, view of the lake and mountains! Birdsong and an abundance of greenery and flowers! The room was on the 2nd floor with a beautiful balcony where you can go out to sit in an armchair! The house itself is very authentic, with vintage furniture, but with a fresh renovation in san. A place where everything was very convenient ! You can get to Bellagio by bus - several stops, but you don't have a car. It took us 15 minutes to get there by car! The villa has on-site parking. There is also a private beach where you can retire. There is a cafe within 5 minutes to have lunch or dinner. The breakfast in the villa is very homemade and delicious in the morning! We will definitely come back -

I would have appreciated better quality amenities and more attention to details in the services/decore/amenities provided. We left early, so we skipped breakfast included. • Martin (8/5): - Místo je úchvatné - vila v krásné zahradě s vyhlídkou na jezero a vrcholky Bergamských Alp. Ve vesnici vzdálené 300 metrů je velmi dobrá restaurace a několik barů a pizzerií. Dobré spojení do Bellagia a Lecca, buď autobusem nebo lodí. Pokoj je vybaven starším nábytkem, je v něm málo úložného prostoru. Snídaně jsou dobré a personál velmi ochotný. Vila má vlastní přístup na pláž. Vzhledem k nedostatečnému úložnému prostoru není pokoj příliš pohodlný. Cena vychází spíš z atraktivnosti místa, než z kvality ubytování.

Super mooi gelegen aan het Comomeer en met een heerlijk vers ontbijt begon de dag geweldig. Host Danillo is ontzettend aardig en zorgt ervoor dat alles naar je zin is. Wat een super service. Danillo had ook goede tips voor restaurants en activiteiten in de omgeving. In één woord: GENIETEN! Er was helemaal nergens iets op aan te merken.

Sajnos kavicsos nagyon vízi cipő javasolt 😆 Esetleg lehetne a szobákhoz egy egy partra vihető szék vagy nyugágy ! De semmi negatív nem volt !

• Márta (10/5): It is a real treasure on the perfect location. - The location is ideal to visit Lake Lecco and Como. I loved every peace of the place, the villa, the breakfast in the garden, the room with the beautiful view to the lake. Danilo is superkind, and gave all the necessary information to find the villa, and also tips for daytrips. I loved the private beach in front of the villa. Bellagio is 40 minutes on boat, the most beautiful boat trip of Europe. All was perfect.

We look forward to returning to Villa Ucci and Lake Como next year! Villa Ucci is in an excellent location, with unobstructed views of the lake (except for a few trees). The proprietor is very helpful with great communication and is knowledgeable about the local area. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we would have been able to stay longer. The rooms are limited, book early. Onsight parking is great if you're driving in.

It was truly a beautiful place to stay. We were looking for a house with history by the lake, and this one exceeded our expectations. The house is remarkably well-preserved, and its rich historical character left a deep impression on us. We especially appreciated the document sharing the history of the villa and recommendations for things to do in the area—it was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The garden was simply beautiful and very picturesque, a perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Reaching the villa without a car was surprisingly easy. You can easily get here by ferry, which made our arrival very smooth and convenient. We will definitely be back—it’s a place we look forward to returning to! Everything was perfect in our stay

The check-in process and reception were good. Danilo had proactively sent us a detailed explaining precisely how to get to the Villa and how to access the parking. The host's politeness and attentiveness were very commendable. A significant highlight was the clear and informative PDF document provided with recommendations and ideas for tours and attractions in the area. This was incredibly useful for planning our days. The location and accessibility of Villa Ucci were excellent for enjoying the surroundings. Regarding room comfort, our room was on the second floor, and it's important to note that access is by stairs only. This is a point to consider for guests with mobility issues.

The villa is a 5 minute walk to Onno, a pretty little village that is relatively peaceful with a handful of restaurants, yet only 20 minutes from the tourist hotspot of Bellagio. Danilo, the host, is very attentive and the breakfast spread just right. Ideal place to explore Lake Como from. Nothing

About the property...what can I say, the garden and the views are absolutely gorgeous, the breakfast very good as well....location was perfect for us, being a not crowded area but with access to bus and ferry in case you don't want to use the car. Gardens are amazing, it has it's own beach so you can enjoy and is close to restaurants and other towns. Only 14 minute drive to Bellagio. The room was perfect, comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom both with balconies overlooking the lake. It was marvelous! The breakfast provided in the mornings is also delicious with fresh ingredients. Thanks Danilo for such a great stay.

Villa Ucci was a great location to explore lake Como from with restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The accommodation was extremely clean , we had a large light filled room with a balcony on the first floor, central heating, bed was very comfortable with great views of the lake and mountains. Bathroom modern clean. Nice thoughtful touches like bottled still or sparkling water , tea/ coffee making facilities with little treats for us . His home was beautiful with amazing views of the lake and mountain, and the bedroom was very comfortable with blackout shutters and usb-c charging. One of our best stays in Italy, we wished we had stayed more nights!

He made sure we knew how to get to the Villa and was very accommodating when our times tables had to shift. His Villa is amazing! Incredible views of the lake, the property is welcoming and maliciously maintained with a relaxing vibe. Onno is a skip away and we had the most amazing dinner in town watching the moon rise over the lake. It was like out of a movie. Onno is small, sleepy and romantic. There is legit hiking all behind the town on the mountain with well marked trails that will provide stunning views if you can get to the top. Getting to the other towns is simple via fairy and the ride will not disappoint. We drove and the property has parking and is totally safe. Our room looked over the lake and it was magical. Can't say enough about it.

We also loved how pretty and peaceful the room was and must I say how good it smelled too. Danilo and his wife were absolutely lovely, it was easy to contact them whenever necessary. A small reminder that the Villa is next to the road so it may be noisy at times if you open up the windows, but it wasn’t a bother for us we enjoyed the view and the terrace nonetheless

• Lauren (9/5): A gem in paradise - This villa is a gem. Danilo is a kind, helpful, and has a wonderful sense of humour. He gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation and was always keen to meet our requests, making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He was easily contactable both before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the gardens/villa beautiful. The rooms had modern bathroom, great water pressure, and lots of original features and character. The beach is a stone's throw away and very peaceful. I cant wait to go back! Danilo was aware that the occasional noise of cars from the road at night was disruptive at times and had done his best to minimise this, including changing the windows! The only suggestion I have is perhaps installing air conditioning so that the windows can be kept closed at night.

Big lush green gardens and wonderful setting next to the lake and the hills. Danilo is a wonderful host who makes you feel welcome immediately. • Manu (10/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa steht auf einem sehr großen eingezäunten Grundstück. Darauf befinden sich auch die Parkplätze für das Auto, Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die COVID Regeln wurden gut umgesetzt. Beim Frühstück war genügend Platz um weit weg von einander zu sitzen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Zum Anwesen gehört auch ein Stück Privatstrand direkt am See. Die am Haus liegende Straße ist am Wochenende stark befahren, der Straßenlärm ist nachts nicht zu hören. Es sind nur wenige Fuß Minuten in den Ort Onno, wo mehrere Restaurants und eine Schiffsanlgestelle ist. Wir würden wieder kommen.
