- Denise (8/5): - It was lovely and clean Couple of men hanging around outside waiting for and communicating with a young girl who was ob loudly staying there.

- Joseph (9/5): Hassle free and very enjoyable - Everything Zero
- Vanshdeep (7/5): -
- Dilip (5/5): Not a particular good experience and would not use again maybe ok for contractors - There was nothing really to like Very dated property and furniture very small towel in a run down area of Grevesend
- Louise (7/5): - It was slightly better inside , than it looked from the outside. Inside it was dark ,and gloomy, the room was ok but the bathroom was very small, the questions house smelt muzzy, not clean and fresh
- Reece (8/5): Very very acceptable. - Perfectly acceptable stay, had everything i needed for one night, bed was comfy, nice soft bed sheets, good bathroom, great water pressure in the shower, fridge and microwave which is rare to find in a hotel, would deffo stay again. Breakfast would've been nice, and a knife, fork and teaspoon in the room. Give us a fridge and microwave to store and prepare food but nothing to eat it with other than a spoon lol.

- Liam (7/5): Good value, great location and helpful staff - Helpful staff. Great location and value for money.
- Barry (1/5): The Shamrock Guest House fell far below even my very low expectations - Very little The initial welcome at the Shamrock Guset House was off-hand and, after making payment by credit card, for which no receipt was provided, I was invited to leave the main reception through the front door and asked to wait in the cold in the street while the manager mysteriously disappeared back into reception before reappearing at the front door of the adjoining property and inviting me to access my room. Both the reception and the adjoining property, including my room, smelt strongly of stale tobacco smoke despite this property being advertised as non-smoking. The bed was acceptable but the pillows were very uncomfortable and felt more like a sack filled with foam chips than a proper pillow. The en-suite facilities were unacceptable with tired looking sanitaryware and old-fashioned mixer-taps with separate tap controls for both basin and shower. There was no plug in the sink, the shower dripped and the shower door was not properly connected at the bottom and just left to hang form the top rail. The corridor light was on a sensor and flashed on and off all night shining into the room under the door. I had booked into a single room at the Shamrock Guset House simply for a bed for the night while visiting past work colleagues for a catch-up. After a bad night’s sleep, I was relieved that I had been asked to simply drop off my key in a key box on leaving rather than checking out at reception. Not an establishment I will use again.

- David (5/5): - No breakfast at the property the property was fairly old and needed updating the bed was reasonably okay but it needed a bit of work on the whole room and the area wanted a good tidy up and the altel needed renewing The hotel was fairly old it needed updating they're needed a place for breakfast there was no where for breakfast apart from the town also it the room needed a good art keep needed a new bathroom needed a new bed and the whole place needed a repaint

- Kitione (8/5): - Room too small
- ajay (8/5): -
- Leanne (2/5): - Hotel room clean and comfortable nice facilities in room microwave fridge to cook make food so you dont have to eat out. Very shocking comments made by staff member ran out of toilet roll 1 night and rang phone number asked for more went downstairs to pick up more and got threatened by staff member that if you ring them again they are going to throw us out absolutely disgusting behaviour so if you stay at this guest house makesure you ask for what you need in the day and not at night as you get threatened to get chucked out.

- Scott (2/5): - Did not like the property needs a big overhaul and the parking area is not secure
- Lee (8/5): We were there for a party in a club up the road so it was very handy for us. despite the negatives I - Full legth mirror in the room, it was very handy for what we wanted, and close enough to a car park. The price was fair There was only one bedside table in our room, and only one bedside light. I found in he morning, there was no teaspoon. The bed was a bit low, but that is just my preference. The door didn't have a Yale lock, so we had to make ure we locked it our selves

- Maria (10/5): Comfortable , warm evening , night - I booked a one night stay as i went to London to visit my brothers heart on the National Covid Memorial Wall , Gravesend was my home town up until early 1980's , so felt i wanted to stay there .
The room was lovely , clean , warm , had plentiful of refreshments though i don't drink coffee , etc , but i was able to put my cold drinks into the fridge provided , i can't recall seeing a remote control for the television , but i use my Tablet for tv apps , you tube , so that didn't bother me , the bed was very comfortable .
- andyk (10/5): - Very Very clean and tidy. Perfect for single person in this room. Very hot shower. A
- Martin (3/5): Cheap but very basic. - Cheap. Very close to the marina (which is where I was going.)_ Not as clean as it should be. The shower door was very loose. I appreciate that the room was a single - but it was very small. Cigarette burn marks on the window sill. Whilst cheap, it was VERY basic. Ok for a single night (which was all I was there for); but I would not have liked to stay there for a week.
