• ESTHER (7/5): bien pero mejorable - la ubicación esta bien, esta cerca del metro y a pocas paradas del centro, es un barrio tranquilo y hay un parking cerca El menaje de la casa es un poco escaso, tendría que haber algún paño de cocina o papel de cocina o servilletas, y algo mas de menaje, estaría bien tener algo de sal o azucar...

• Salazar Contreras (3/5): - El silencio para poder dormir. Y la cocina estaba bien No había agua caliente Si es verano no es tan grave pero en invierno es horrible. Hablé con la persona encargada pero me trato como si fuera poco inteligente. Pues primero me preguntó si sabía como funciona una caldera con un tono condescendiente además de explicarme como girar el grifo para q el agua salga caliente. Algo que obviamente me dejó en shock. Viví en Bcn por muchísimos años en diferentes zonas y sé como funciona una caldera y esa puedo asegurar que está rota. Después alguien entró al apartamento para "revisar" el agua. Supuestamente estaba arreglando pero solo tuvimos 1, 5 minutos de agua caliente cada vez. SI eres mujer eso es casi imposible de manejar cuando tienes que lavar tu cabello. Además de que nos cobraron una cantidad de dinero absurda cuando llegamos al apartamento. Algo que no sale por ningún sitio solo hasta después de que haces el pago por internet. No recomiendo hospedarse en este lugar. Mala experiencia Me ponía de mal genio cada mañana que tenía que ducharme ahí. Una estafa total.

• Lukas (1/5): Eine Bodenlose Frechhheit - Lage Top, schönes Badezimmer An den meisten Stellen dreckig, Kaum Geschirr im Apartment, kein Klopapier usw. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, ständiger Geruch nach Kush, Schlafsofa ist kaputt, Normales Bett ist ebenfalls kaputt, Herdplatte is sehr schwer zu bedienen (Display kaputt)

• IvannaShnaider (7/5): Приємна локація, прмешкання відповідало очікуванням, оскільки я детально ознайомилася з відгуками. - Місце не далеко від моря, не далеко від вулиці Діагональ. Була духовка, було зручно запікати. Новий чистий холодтльник. Також була пралка, що дуже виручало, оскільки ми зупинялися на тиждень. Не закривалися двері на вулицю. Сковорідка була досить старою та подуртою, тому було стрьомно щось смажити.

• Ghose (3/5): Es war ok, das Ort ist echt schön, man kann alles innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit Bus/ Metro besichtigen, aber die Unte - Die Toilette war sauber außer das Waschbecken. Personal war immer verfügbar, wenn man angerufen hat, sie waren auch nett. Viele Sachen, z.B. das Herd war extrem schlecht und man konnte deshalb nicht kochen, die Klimaanlage war nicht gut, das Bett war kaputt bzw. nicht gut, wurde dann während das Aufenthalt repariert. Außerdem waren wir direkt enttäuscht, als wir rein kamen, da es nicht so war wie auf den Bilder bzw. da waren Bilder von anderen Unterkunft. Also genau aufpassen was man bucht, da es auch Fotos von mehrere Unterkünfte dabei sein können, und es echt enttäuschend ist, wenn man reinkommt und nicht das wiederfindet was man erwartet hat. Die Unterkunft war nicht so sauber, die Toilette und die Dusche waren gut und das Waschbecken war nicht sauber.

• de Diego Llorens (5/5): Un buen sitio para estar fuera del piso - Muy cerca del metro, buen recibimiento La nevera prácticamente no enfría, ni el aire acondicionado (que nos dijeron al llegar que estaba roto y lo iban a arreglar pero nunca fue arreglado). No tiene vasos para compartir bebidas entre los que se hospeden.
• Zulema (1/5): Buscad otra cosa - La localización Quitando que esté bien situado es un piso turístico que deja mucho que desear. El aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA y en plena ola de calor pues me diréis… La limpieza es inexistente, por no hablar del llamado “sofá cama” que no es sofá ni es cama ni nada. No se puede ofrecer camas y sofás a los huéspedes que son en realidad colchones de goma espuma en pésimas condiciones. Creo que es para hacérselo mirar el hecho de que estos alojamientos cuesten al turista una media de 100€ la noche y quienes los administran no sean capaces de invertir una pequeña parte en mejoras que se hacen necesarias para no morirse abrasado o no levantarse herniado de dormir.

• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, the appartmant has everything you might need, microwave, air condition, dishwasher, oven, stove... Everything worked well. We are fat people:-), so we were a little worried about the beds. The beds are generally ok but the owners might replace them with stronger ones.

• Patricia (1/5): The flat is in dire need of renovation and the information they provide is false. - There were no sheets, the ones on the beds were mattress protectors, (2) the towels were old, with stains and stains from use, they could not be used, (3) the dishwasher and washing machine were broken (4) the sofa bed in the living room was broken and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on (5) the walls need to be painted (6) the communication system with the owners is extremely poor, they only accept telephone calls which in our case were international calls with the costs that this entails. They are slow to respond and do not fulfil any of our requests, for example, to provide a cot. In short, the flat is in dire need of renovation and the information they provide in what concern facilites is false.

• Adrian (2/5): Didn't likeed it - Location Party all the night above us, a broken heater that was smoking during the night (please don't use it), pieons woke up at 5 in the morning in an interior balcony, a bottle of perfume on the cauch (imposible to use it and all the living room), checkin at 16:00, difficult host, etc.

• Germaine (6/5): Convenient location & good value for money... - The property was located very central in Barcelona. The rate for 4 nights was very good value for the money. There was no kettle in the kitchen. TV channels were all in Spanish - could not translate to English... 🤔

• Ciuffreda (1/5): Worst experience of my life in an apartment, absolutely not recommended. - Apartment clean enough but could have been done better, stained sheets, broken shutter, few towels, not enough blankets for the night based on the number of guest, dirty microwave, toaster unusable, door of the apartment not very secure, unbreathable smells in the staircase and unhelpful staff. After forgetting my phone in the apartment I called the owner of the apartment to retrieve it and had to wait an hour to be told she would only come if I paid for the taxi (35€), not being able to wait since I had a flight I had to pay despite her saying she was available for any inconvenience. Also, one morning after I sent a message to advise of a sudden change of schedule and not at my behest, no response was received. So, unserious, lying and totally unreliable staff as they were only available at the time of payment and check in (obviously). In my opinion, high cost for the apartment they offer.

We found so many issues with this property I can’t even count them. - duvet was dirty - washing machine pipe was disconnected, when we tried to use it, all the water went all around the balcony floor and went down and went down to two other balconies - shower was cold after 3 minutes, the lady we kept contacting about the cold shower confirmed as well that the shower was getting cold too quick and she didn’t do anything about it. Last days we had to shower at our friends place. - washing machine dirt and smelly - hair dryer catches on fire the first minute we plugged it in. It was fuming when we tried to use it. - balcony extremely messy and dirty I took pictures of everything I hope nobody gets this place cause you could get better for same price An absolute waste of money. • Todorovski (5/5): Passable - The only advantage is the location. Very close to one cheap market and metro station (L4) which goes directly to Barceloneta (Port) and Catalonia square. Firat of all its sub-earht, and we were very limited with natural light. The facilites were not optimized for all of us (4) and that makes us very uncomfortable. The stuff. Its hard to say that the stuff is bad, but if we are on the side of honesty, a very little help were provided from them.

• Daniela (5/5): good base to visit Barcelona - good location could have been cleaner. the fact that the flat is described as being basic is not excuse for poor standards of cleanliness. Also, we advised we would arrive by 10pm, yet we were made to wait 1 hour before being met by the person handing the keys who said was busy doing something else and never offered an apology.

• Haluk (1/5): It was awful, I had a very difficult four days. - nothing possible to write here.. furniture is old, shower broken, sink is broken. It stays in the back. It's like a prison. You have to turn on the lights even during the day, otherwise it's dark inside, you can't see each other. check-in time 16:00 check-out time 11:00 TV is not working. satellite not working. there is no kettle. The rental company has 150 apartments in Spain. They don't care about anything. No help or interest. You cannot reach the facility. You can't wake up from the noise. I spent four days like a complete torture.

Enough surface for 4 persons Almost 1h of waiting to get the keys even at standard hours. Lots of broken / non functional equipement, not enough dishes for 4 persons. Wall decoration fall down...
