- Salvatore (4/5): Speravamo di Meglio - L'accoglienza alla reception e del personale. Esperienza complessivamente deludente. Il letto era molto duro e scomodo, mentre il bagno, privo di bidet, presentava uno scarico della doccia difettoso che faceva allagare il pavimento. I pasti erano freddi e poco curati, e la piscina risultava anch’essa troppo fredda per essere utilizzata. Struttura ben al di sotto delle aspettative: non la consigliamo e sicuramente non torneremo.

- gabriele (4/5): Bene ma male - Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene. Nella mia camera c’era un ordore inpressionante di scarchi marci. Ho dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta. Ho fatto presente in reception e la risposta è stata “mi dispiace”. Ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato allibito è stata che la reception la mattina apre alle 8 (anche se fino alle 8.10 non si è visto nessuno). Viaggiando per lavoro come nel mio caso ma in realtà anche per piacere si dovrebbe essere liberi di partire quando si vuole. Qui invece no, non si può saldare la sera prima (mi è stato detto che bisogna saldare la mattina prima di andare via). Peccato perché sarebbe una bellissima struttura con pulizia impeccabile e camere molto belle. Io non ci tornerò di sicuro.

Die Bediensteten haben ein vorbildliches Auftreten was Kleidung und Verhalten anbelangt. Auch der Empfang war absolut in Ordnung. Die Zufahrt zum - steilen - Parkplatz ist nicht ganz unkritisch, zumal durch parkende Autos auf der Strasse die Einfahrt in unserem Falle erschwert wurde. Im Bad wären mehr Ablagefläche wünschenswert
