- Anat (9/5): Great hotel , especially the staff and great value - A lot is written here about Silvia. Let me say it’s all true. Silvia helped us with every request we had and answered us nicely and politely every time we had a question. Great service! The cappuccino every morning was delicious! The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the center of Pinzolo, a lot of restaurants/bar around, 2 mins walk to the supermarket, and 5 mins drive from the Pinzolo gondola The room is not spacious enough, we tried to book a bigger room but the hotel was fully booked

- Richard (10/5): Gem of a Hotel With Heart - We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.

- Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Good location Room was very small in the sense that the advertised floor space could not be used due to attic (low ceiling) I could stand straight in complete bedroom.
- Aikaterini (8/5): Very good - A lovely, functional hotel, with beautiful views, good service, generous breakfast with hot and cold choices, clean and well provided rooms. Parking was great. Common areas are comfortable, staff were exceptionally attentive and caring and give you discounts for restaurants, ski rent, pool use in a spa nearby. Close to many good restaurants in Pinzolo (5-10 mins walk) and 5 mins drive from the Pinzolo telepherique. It is excellent value for money and very pleasant but it is relatively no frills. So do not expect much in terms of extras. There was no fridge in the room, and one type of soap/shampoo. We did not mind though, it was pretty, clean, helpful, spacious and very well organised. We brought our own shampoo and conditioner and the balcony makes a great fridge in the winter

- Justyna (9/5): Superb - The hosts were super helpful, very nice and available all the time. The beds were large and very comfortable. Location of the hotel is great - very close to the city centre and adjacent to the ski bus stop. Delicious but mostly sweet and monotoneous breakfasts. The rooms were not warm enough but the thick quilts filled with synthetic feathers gave comfort at night.
