Vivian (9/5): - Las personas de servicios generales, aseo, bastante groseras y malhumoradas cuando me acerque de manera cordial a preguntar si tenían toallas de manos que me facilitaran a lo cual respondieron que el hotel no daba toallas de manos, la respuesta y actitud fue como si les pidiera que instalaran un jacuzzi en la habitación 🤭 uno puede entender el nivel cultural y educativo sin embargo creo que el hotel puede capacitar a su personal para una atención un poco más amable y menos agresiva

Guest (5/5): - The rooms are nice in general. I did not like that the hotel did not have nice sheets, blankets, the bathroom had a broken handle, you need to pay cash only, the rooms were not ready upon arrival. The location does not feel save. It is expensive for the location!

Rachel (9/5): Location good, spacious room - Good location near the bus terminal for one bus company to Bogota (not the main bus terminal which is far out of town). Walkable and near to a square with ATMs. Massive room with hot water and jacuzzi The street is noisy with traffic and music - not intrusive for me but might be if a light sleeper.

The staff laughed at me when I complained about bedbugs, offered a change of room only on the 2nd night, which I declined because I don't want to sleep with bedbugs. 4. Has been silent about my request for a reimbursement as I had to change hotel because I refused to sleep with bedbugs. 5. The room only had an indoors window.

Kunal (2/5): - Do not stay here. The front desk kept asking me about how much paid for my room, probably to decide where to place me irrespective what it said on my booking. I was put in a room in ground floor with no shower heads. The whole night there was noise next my room coming from within the hotel. Ans then 5 AM someone at the reception started playing loud music on their phone. I barely got any sleep the whole night.
