The room itself was very nice, the hotel wasn't too far of a walk to the Toyota Arena, and I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Springhill Suites is one of my favorite hotels, and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend. :]

- LINDSAY (10/5): Great place to stay! - We booked this hotel for my son's football tournament in the area. Check-in was seamless, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and large enough for my family of 5. The property is located right across Costco and some great food spots, near highway 10, and near the Ontario Airport, which was great since my youngest child is currently obsessed with planes! Best part the free breakfast was actually breakfast and not just donuts and juice (which we would've appreciated, anyway!). All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will defeinitely return the next time we're out in the area!

- Molly (10/5): - Super close to the airport, can walk to the rental car facility if you need to. Overall, Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga is really safe. Across the street is a Starbucks and Poki place, along with a Costco Business and gas station. Easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was really good, room was clean and the air conditioning was top notch for our late June stay. We’ve had friends and family stay here, and we stayed here during a move. It’s a great property. Not much in walking distance as far as entertainment but super convenient if you have a car or are renting a car. There is not a shuttle but Lyft/uber to the airport is minimal. Would recommend!

- Jaime (4/5): - At check in I was hit with an added cost for parking. Then we entered the "suite" only to see a bare spot on the carpet. Yes a big 10 inch hole in the carpet next to the couch by the entry way. On to opening the window blind only to see allot of bird poopon the window and the base of the outside of the window. Then when we entered the bathroom we noticed the toilet seat had whiter stains on it. Finally the shower, the ceiling paint pealing and hanging from a few spots. Also repairs were poorly done by not painting a patch in the drywall, various places with mold along the corners. Never again, I thought Marriott was a better than average hotel chain as my past stays at various other facilities were above expectations.Not here, this place needs better repairs, and cleaning teams. This is a reflection on poor management as these very obvious flaws were passed over and okayed by someone.
- nicholas (8/5): - The rooms are really nice, I loved the work station. The fire pit in front was a bit of an eye sore. It was not operational and looked quite a mess. The pool shower barely worked and I had to scrap off the hard water deposit so the water could come out of the top spout. The pool bathrooms were locked and the pool towels were not stocked. Just a dirty laundry container full of towels. The girl working the front was pretty rude when I checked in at night. She bothered the heck out of me when I got there and I couldn’t wait to not have to see her again. The breakfast was good. Lots of options and plenty of room for everyone. There were some small negatives, but the stay was nice and I was pretty comfortable.

We had to book here in a hurry and they were able to accommodate most of our travel soccer team on very short notice (literally night before). Rooms are spacious, clean, good A/C, and comfy beds. Pool is a bit small but was never so full of people it deterred people. Lots of parking with easy access to the freeway. Breakfast could have used some more healthy, fresh items like fruit, but we got by. Loved that they had washer/dryer for washing our uniforms. Will stay again if we are in the area!

It's near many eating places, there's a shopping outlet nearby, near Costco as well. On our first day till we left, we had issues with water being too hot. front desk stated it will have to wait till morning when maintenance some in. They offered for us to move to another room but it's too cumbersome for us. We filled up our tub with water then hauled some ice into it. Even the toilet was steaming when you flush. The next day we were told they're waiting for a part. Later in the day we were told the issue was fixed. At night when we showered, it was the same issue. A supervisor stated she will give us points for that one night it first occurred. Another night the front desk said they comp us for that 2nd night. I didn't see anything in my account very.

- Carlos (6/5): 2 nights! - I spent two nights at this hotel, and I have to say the experience was frustrating. There were children running in the halls and banging on doors, and it was difficult to reach the front desk because no one ever picked up. The neighbors were quite loud late at night, and I believe they should enforce a noise policy. I also had to go downstairs to get extra blankets and toilet paper instead of finding them in the room. I'm uncertain if I would return. The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight of my stay.
