The location was great, very centrally located and easy to get around by bus. Breakfast and staff were great and very understanding when our granddaughter made a mess at breakfast.

- Terence Ng (9/5): Comfortable Family Stay with Great Location and Good Value - Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and having adjacent rooms made it very convenient. Beds were great, and the overall design felt modern and practical. Bathroom was well-maintained with a good walk-in shower. Breakfast had a decent variety and was satisfying. Location is excellent — close to Central Station, Central Park Mall, and many eateries. Good value compared to Circular Quay hotels. Room view was limited.

I hope that there is more varieties like pancake for kids. When we checked in, Our room's bathroom has a bit of smell, no enough pillows , no bathrobes and slippers from the description which was supposed to be 8 pillows (only 4 flat pillows provided), , I went down to talk to Reception and the staffs are very helpful and came up to clean the toilet and provided more pillows, bathrobes and slippers that we requested within 30 mins plus provided a bottle of white wine with apology from Manager. Wonderful customer service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful? It was no big deal, but we were a bit shocked to be asked to show our passports when checking in. Do the reception staff not realise that Australians don’t carry passports when travelling in our own country? In saying that, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Auch sonst ist das Hotel sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und sind ruhig. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Reinigung ist sehr sorgsam. Frühstück kann ich nicht beureilen, da nicht konsumiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da fußläufig zum Bahnhof und in Chippendale, also alles vor der Tür. nichts

She was well presented, spoke well, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She deserved to be commended and rewarded! Very robotic and quite rude! She is not a keeper….

With this level of hotel and money we spent, would expect at least Mandarin speaker staff could communicate during Chinese new year time, with price doubled for the room

Would go again. - Good central location to the CBD, we were able to use public transport as there were many bus stations that were within walking distance. Our room was big and comfortable (for the 3 of us) and breakfast was good and had the standard menus (egg station, pastries, cereal, asian corner). No major issues but breakfast can get quite crowded and the hot chocolate ran out very quick, and I ended up only getting hot milk and water.

- Dapeng (10/5): Very good experience - The receptionists are all very friendly, the greeting card is also very nice. The room is clean and neat, with the sofa bed already made before you check in (if needed). You can ask to check in ealier if they have avaliable rooms. The breakfast buffet has a very good atmosphere and the food is very delicious. And also gave us a free bottle of wine as a gift. The location is also very good, close to the city center and a very close walk to the train station (under five minutes). They will provide enough quantity of stuff that you need. Again, the receptionists really nice, they provide the best services and are very thoughtful. The best hotel we have experienced in Sydney.

The shower room is also very spacious and definitely worth the money. There are a few pain points like the first room being served had brown spots on the carpet and a red stain, not sure if it was blood or anything. However, after pointing it out the staff was kind enough to assign a new room. A little concerning that it was passed through room inspection though. Another point was the second room I got not having a proper phone, that could connect to room service.

Raphael gave exceptional service.. Also, we ate dinner at the restaurant. The service and food was very good. Regarding the location, I like that I was able to walk to restaurants and the shopping center in the area. At this time, I cannot think of one thing that I did not like! I appreciated the staff and the location so much.
