The service was excellent, the villa was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable holiday. The caretaker was very polite, responsive, and always just a call away for any assistance. We also opted for the cook services, and the food prepared was very tasty, fresh, and absolutely delicious — it made our stay even better. The location is another big plus, situated conveniently close to both Baga and Anjuna Beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy Goa. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely love to come again!
• Santosh ( Sandy) (7/5): Good property if they pay attention to basics - The Confort inside the villa A 3 We were sent a note by Villa owners that it was ‘a Villa with a pool giving an impression to those who didn’t read the entire details on Booking.com that we had an exclusive pool. We complained to Jacks holidays that this was unfair and they should clearly state that pool is common in their Whatsaap communication where they out pressure on us for full advance payment . The shower in the pool was not working at all The ac in the upper bedroom worked in fits and bursts late night with the motherboard being replaced only the next evening or 20 th Aug which caused great inconvenience. The water in the pool kept reducing to nearly half on 21 st Aug by when we had given up .

It a 4 BHK Villa in Apartment - They Don't have option limited only for 1/2 Items as Caretaker and chef comes and prepare at the kitchen Location is near to city rest all property is not meeting the expectations of 3-4 Star expectations Its a 4 BHK Villa in Apartments

• Viraja (8/5): A great stay!! Will definitely come back & strongly recommend!! - The property was located about 10 mins drive from Baga beach. It was a gated community. It had general stores , chemists, basic shops around. We had access to swimming pool. The rooms were spacious enough, clean & well maintained. Some of the furniture was old & broken, but was fixed as soon as we informed about it. Special shout-out to the caretaker MD Najmul & the manager Ashish for always being around one call away. The looked after everything well & ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. The caretaker MD even got us groceries & basic cooking stuff (at our expense) & made kadak chai for us.

Anil and caretaker Ashish allowed us to sit in the living room while it was being cleaned for us to check in. They made sure that my daughter (infants) had as little trouble as possible. Within my 6 nights stay I did not encountered even a single issue. Anil is young and dynamic person who understands the quality of today's rental places and guests conveniences. I highly recommend this place. If you have young kids then your search for the properties ends here. Caretaker Ashish provided important contacts to make your stay comfortable. Dedicated caretaker Raju he is a gem of a person. One phone call away and always willing to help with smile. There are times when I told him to go and take rest but he waited until we were done eating. He even helped me locate european grocery store. Big help and genuine thanks to him. Staff were friendly. Location is good and the Villa is equipped with all you need. It has nice swimming pool with kids area and club house with carrom and table tennis. There were few power outages (uncontrollable case for the host). However, there is a backup inverter that will make fans work so you won't experience much problem with the heat. Overall it was worth more than the money we spend for the booking. Please don't hesitate to book this property. Sachin🙂

• Vivek (10/5): Amazing stay - This wonderful property is near all the main north beaches. The rooms were clean, spacious, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Would like to mention Manager Ashish who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting North Goa. They have massive kitchen as well where you can cook yourself or take help from their chef as well. Overall a great stay. Nothing much

Rooms are good, owner is also a nice himan being, very cooperative, approachable and helpful. Villa is neat and we'll kept. The swimming pool rules. Indian ladies and elderly ladies can't or rather don't want to wear swimming costumes as they are not comfortable in those dresses but that shouldn't stop them from entering swimming pools and enjoying the water. We were also humiliated and abused by a co owner and were asked to leave the swimming pool just because my mother hadn't worn swimming costume.

• Phani (7/5): Good place, but beware of mosquitoes - Good, spacious property Housekeeping needs training... kitchen equipment and utensils could be cleaner... needs better protection against mosquitoes and other insects... I wasn't happy that they needed a deposit, by bank transfer, and then the remaining payment, also by bank transfer. Seemed like a primitive practice.
