Non mi è piaciuto arrivare davanti alla porta d'ingresso e trovare chiuso, con un biglietto che invitava a chiamare la receptionist, la quale sembrava quasi seccata e non sapeva nemmeno che avevamo prenotato anche la cena. Poi ci ha indicato dove potevamo trovare le chiavi di ingresso e ci ha lasciato così...in un hotel che sembrava abbandonato.

• Maria Cecilia (7/5): Relax e gentilezza. Da migliorare la cura degli spazi e il servizio. - Struttura in ottima posizione, molto comoda all’uscita della autostrada. Parcheggio grande. Stanze moderne, grandi, pulite, wifi e aria condizionata ottimamente funzionanti. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Qualche dettaglio non curato o trascurato in particolare negli spazi comuni. Sala colazione sacrificata e buffet piuttosto misero, quantomeno nella presentazione e nel servizio. Il personale, per chi usa le camere e non il ristorante, va cercato in giro per l’hotel. Globalmente l’hotel non è all’altezza di essere definito 3 stelle superior, anche se ne ha la possibilità per le dotazioni a disposizione . Allo stato attuale è un buon due stelle. La zona è poco abitata e non è turistica e si comprendono molte delle possibili difficoltà nella gestione di una grande struttura. Perô può migliorare moltissimo con qualche risorsa in più e con la cura di pochi ma significativi dettagli.

• Tash (10/5): Best of the best - If you are looking for peace and quiet, at the same time- a modern and comfortable place, very easy to get to- it's a perfect location. It's in the mountains not far from the motorway which joins Parma with La Specia and all the picturesque Italian towns on the Adriatic coast. It's just 1 hour drive from the hotel to the seaside. But! Neither crowds, nor noisy parties - you just hear birds singing and the sound from a mountain river. For us, Ukrainians, it was incredibly relaxing before coming back to Kyiv. I would especially like to thank all the staff. They were so warm and friendly to us, even though we were so bad at understanding how to combine local Italian dishes))) which were exceptionally tasty. The restaurant is superb! The room is impeccably clean. If we are in Italy again, we will definitely return here.

Ruhige Lage.Großer Parkplatz. Klasse Restaurant mit sehr gutem, regionalem Essen. Die Steinpilze sind sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht nur für die Durchreise empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Umgebung.

• Andrea (9/5): - Dell' hotel Berse' non cambieremmo nulla! Staff gentilissimo e alla mano, abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Paolo, Annamaria, Chiara e i cuochi e tutto il resto del gruppo ci hanno accolto molto bene e hanno avuto molta pazienza anche con il nostro cane che oltretutto cambiava il pelo😅. La cucina è da applauso! Li ringraziamo di cuore e sicuramente torneremo!

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Huge hotel in a remote location in beautiful nature. Staff was super friendly and we made it work with the little italian I speak. Very attentive on my gluten intolerance! I could park my Vespa in their secure garage on the property. The restaurant in the hotel was great, breakfast was great too. My room was huge with an even bigger terrace. Wifi great. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you! Nothing important comes to mind.

• Pascal (9/5): Great and personal service even during off-season - Even if I was only 1 of 2 guests during off season in the middle of the week, The host cooked with nice variety, and bread and ham for breakfast were plenty and tasty. At checkout she handed me an umbrella to walk to the car - nice attention and good will! The bed was good but not great for my taste.

We used this as a stop in between destinations to wind down from all the busy locations filled with tourists. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! We tried many options in the menu and everything was delicious. The room was immaculate with the latest technology. It's run by a family that does almost everything by themselves and live there as well. There was some trails in the nature and a river nearby and a little playground for our baby to play. It was perfect. Everything was perfect

• Anne (4/5): Anbefales ikke, hvis der holdes fest - Vi valgte stedet fordi der var ro, det var der også den første nat og det var fantastisk. ejeren havde dog sagt at der skulle holdes fest på anden dagen, men det var mere end vi havde forventet, og der blev hørt højt musik og festet til kl. 5 om morgenen. Så husk hvis du/i vel overnatte der - undersøg om der skal holdes fest, for så kan det bestem IKKE ANBEFALES. Eller var det rigtig fint.
