- Kayla (5/5): Acceptable, but not great! - We had planned to go to Universal Studios that day, so location and price was good. I like the design of the room and functionality. The room location itself was nice for us- being close to the side door. Not clean! We found a spider in one of the beds and cockroaches on the floors. Definitely needs more pest control. Also, If laundry is going to be offered, then there should be better machines. We spent 6 hours doing 2 loads of laundry due to quality of machines- soaking wet and slow dryer and the lack of efficiency of the other guests doing laundry.

- jonathanbG1275KC (10/5): There is valid reason i'm back - With the help of Anthony at the front desk my stays are always pleasant. The location is ideal base on my works close proximity. The atmosphere in the room and within the hotel is top-tier. My only gripe that I have is with housekeeping. I have to sleep during the day and housekeeping is a bit too loud. I honestly wish the thought of a guest possibly sleep, would be on the front of their minds while working. Other then that the value is worth my continued patronage.

- Jazmine (9/5): Great Location…will stay again! - Lots of space. Very comfortable. Love that there was kitchen, big fridge, even pots/pans, utensils, and dishes to use for extended stay. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but overall water was hot and there was so many towels.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our visit—they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again when visiting the Orlando area!

Traveling with my family it’s always very important to us that wherever we stay it’s safe, and well maintained. We came in late and Tone was very accommodating and friendly getting us in a room. Throught our stay front desk helped with any issues and overall the hotel was nicely kept. Definitely will be back!!

- mariarL2169JK (8/5): Great stay for spring break - We stayed on the third floor. Check in, via the Hilton app was easy and quick. I was able to choose my own room. I was able to get my digital key. The room was clean and spacious. I was only disappointed in the pillows for the sofa bed. The bedding line, obviously had to be set up by oneself, no biggie, but the pillows were so used or old that they were yellow. And there were no extra pillow covers so I had to use the extra linen I had requested for them. Luckily after the first night and housekeeping coming by they actually put pillow covers. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Waffles every day! We typically went down and beat the late breakfast rush. We used the pool most of our stay and it was clean and relaxing to be out there. We visited from NW IN., so to be able to use the pool during early April and enjoy it was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Location was good. Walmart Supercenter was just a few mins away, a Publix was also a few mins away. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offer cribs for babies (it’s just a foldable pack and play) but was useful for our stay! Although, the first one we got was broken but the staff quickly replaced it. the second one, definitely had its used wear, but like I said it came handy for our stay. Free parking: We were able to find a parking spot during our stay! Overall, happy with our stay!

Breakfast was above expectation including both premade and make your own sandwiches, waffles and full topping oatmeal. Top of our visit was the service and while they were all great I want to call out Baylee specifically who always had the answer or solution we needed. She is a gem and has that special quality. Thank you.

- 774erickam (10/5): I would stay again - My husband had a conference to attend. I enjoyed the daily walks along Destination Pkwy and also along Diane Lake. The hotel is clean and quiet at night. The only complaint I have is the cheap toilet paper and facial tissues. Hotel employees are very nice. I heard Dezere interact with a couple, who didn’t speak English as their first language, treating with respect and kindness even though the communication was difficult. I could tell the couple walked away satisfied with the outcome.
- Guest18274914 (8/5): Great value - This hotel is in a great, safe location with 12 minute drive to Universal and 20minute drive to Disney. Universal Epic is a 25 minute walk. It’s clean and modern and if pre booked, prices can be very good and worth it. No issues at all through our 8 day stay, but breakfast could be improved - it’s just average.

- 22paragp (2/5): More Than $1,000 in Cash Left in Room 101 – Extremely Disappointed in the Handling After Check-Out - I stayed in Room 101 from Tuesday, November 11, 2025 (check-in) to Thursday, November 13, 2025. I checked out at approximately 1:00 PM on November 13. To be clear: the person who checked me in was friendly and very accommodating, and everything about my stay up until check-out was perfectly fine. That same evening around 6:00 PM I called the front desk because I realized I had accidentally left a white Provident Bank cash envelope (open-top style, containing more than $1,000) on the counter directly next to the full-sized refrigerator. This was money my family had saved for our upcoming Universal Studios vacation. I was told the room had already been cleaned and that “no envelope was found or turned in.” I am certain of exactly where I left it—it was the last item I set down while packing. An envelope that size and clearly stuffed with cash is not something that could be accidentally discarded or missed. Between my departure and my call, the only people who entered the room were members of your housekeeping team. What troubled me deeply was how the situation was handled on the phone: no follow-up questions, no offer to speak with a supervisor or the housekeeper, no suggestion of a lost-item report—just a quick “nothing was found” and the call was over. It felt completely dismissive. This was my first time staying at your property. The positive check-in experience had left me planning to return and recommend you to friends and family. Unfortunately, the way this incident was brushed off has changed that entirely. I no longer feel comfortable returning, and I cannot recommend your hotel to others. I would appreciate a serious review of what happened and a direct reply explaining any steps that will be taken. Thank you
