• schmaltz (4/5): - I was given poor information by the agency you hire..I couldn't call the hotel directly but wait forever to go through that botton pushing regime. Very poor system. Very frustrating system..hated it..don't think I ll bother booking again

The pool is small. The carpets need to be cleaned . We are big on cleanliness as we own a couple cleaning companies.

• Nandakumar (10/5): - We stayed here for 2 nights, friendly staff, clean establishment and spacious room. Only drawback is while booking it was mentioned Full Breakfast is from the menu that we can order at the restaurant, but we got continental breakfast buffet which we didn’t enjoy and was a kind of disappointment. Other than that everything was okay. The Grab and Go restaurant dinner items was good except butter chicken, which was not up to our expectation. Overall good.

• Justin (10/5): - As per any hotel, a lot has to do with the staff. All staff was great with the exception of the check in desk attendant. When I asked him about switching to a room on a higher floor, he said it was too late? In other hotels in the past they’ve had no problem switching me to a room on higher floor if available, and he said there were rooms available but it was too late to change. Everyone else was excellent, especially the restaurant staff. Thanks J. Lupien

Good wifi. Close to Walmart and eateries. Only 2 drawbacks was the warm tones in the room with cool tone lighting, balance felt weird and wish there was a closer convenience store. Will stay again.

• cindee1999 (4/5): Tired, old hotel - Tired, old hotel in need of upgrades. Old, firm mattress, rattling fridge and air conditioner. Didn’t matter what temperature we set the air con at it never cooled down. Shower has no shelves so you have to put your shampoo, soap, razor etc on the floor of the shower. Won’t return!
• Annette (8/5): - Room was clean and updated. Could not hear other guests for the most part. In an ok area of town close to major restaurants. Pool get super busy so didn't enjoy that. But other wise not a bad stay.
• Denise (4/5): - The hotel does not live up to four points Sheraton expectation.When we entered our room it had an overwhelming smell of sting cleaner. The furniture in our room was very scratched, damaged and liked awful. Pillows were awful. The design of the shower is ridiculous. You have to stand in the shower to turn the water on. Blasts cold water before it turn warm and no shelf in the shower to put toiletries on.

• Kenneth (8/5): - Hotel was very nice, shower was fantastic. Very disappointed with all the supposed people with their kids staying due to fires. Wanted to go to the hot tub or pool after playing two tough games of softball but couldn’t get near them with 20 kids yelling a screaming in there.

More so by Mamta ma’am who was very understanding and seamless with all our queries. What impressed me most was the genuine warmth and willingness to help with even the smallest requests. Thank you for everything. Will definitely recommend to visit.

• Melanie (6/5): - We rented the conference room for 4 nights but security came at 1 am each night and said we had to leave, seems ridiculous given we paid for the room. No coffee or cup refill when the room was cleaned.
• Keith (8/5): - The property is next to a busy road so lots of traffic noise . Would have likely been better on the other side of the hotel . There is a Walmart next door so very convenient if you needed a thing. The staff is friendly . There seems to be limited parking but there is an underground parade with a lot of parking. Overall I would stay here again.
