• Marie (1/5): - I was disappointed with my recent experience. I booked online after being informed that Visa Debit payments were accepted, but later I was told otherwise, which caused confusion and inconvenience. As a returning customer, I expected clearer and more consistent communication regarding payment policies. Unfortunately, the changing information felt misleading and ultimately resulted in me not proceeding with my checking in. I hope the staff can improve communication and provide accurate information to customers moving forward.
• Jenny (9/5): Nice Hotel - Staff are nice and courteous, room is clean, bed is comfortable. May be it is not a smart TV, I can't link my phone with the TV. The teenagers jumping and throwing the ball in the pool which is very annoying. Limited choice for the breakfast.

• Fatima (6/5): Great room but loud music ruined my stay. - The room was beautiful and spotless. I appreciated the lock on the door, traveling alone it made me feel secure. Music playing until 1030pm. When I called the front desk they told me it would be turned down. I asked to have it turned off as it was very loud in my room. They said yes however the music played all night. It was turned up very loudly at 6am. This completely ruined my stay. My husband booked this trip for me so I could catch up on sleep as we have 2 little ones. I was not able to do that because of the music. I dont understand why as a hotel, you play music in the hallways. The main purpose for your guests to rent your rooms is to sleep and not be disturbed. Very disappointing.

• Leo and Anna (9/5): Great stay and value that offers pet friendly and free breakfast options! - The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Free breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal and coffee were great! The pool and hot tub area was good just a little bit too much chlorine but the Manager got that fixed asap. Overall we enjoyed it for my family and pet friendly so it was great. Pillows were too soft and the chlorine issues otherwise it was all great!

• Audrey (6/5): - the staff was very friendly and professional. the chef was wonderful, breakfast was good. parking was very nice. bathroom was nicely renovated. the room was lacking. chair was very dirty and uncomfortable. office chair had a broken wheel so it was tippy. carpet didnt look clean. area behind microwave was filthy. in room coffee was terrible. i think its because the machine didnt heat the water enough. it was luke warm.

They asked repeatedly if the room smell was ok. The breakfast was really good. They had chicken sausages which was great I don’t eat pork and they weren’t greasy. It’s not really what I didn’t like but that I felt it could add. There was no long mirror to see how your clothes were looking. Also if they had a little sign on the tile above the microwave that showed where the counter light switch was.

We enjoy everything from the free breakfast, to the pool/hot tub and the kitchenette in the rooms. There are no hidden fees! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

No noise from other rooms . 10min to west Ed mall . Super close to a Walmart and a bunch of shops to grab goodies Cons: . Pool is small and shared with the Sheraton Hotel next door. No slides or anything specific for kids. Not possible to do lane swimming and share with kids in the pool, no room for that. A few lounge chairs. . Didn't like that the gym looks into the pool, but their side is semi-tinted. Just creepy. . Cleanliness of the pool/area wasn't great . Towels are provided, but weren't available when we went.

It use to be my favourite hotel on the west but it’s becoming super run down and gross. Great breakfast, staff are great and I love the underground parking. Surrounding area is full of homeless and drug addicts.

There isn’t a restaurant in Element, but thre is in the hotel connected to them. It was just ok. But, the included breakfast was great and the lobby area is welcoming, with lots of seating.

Very convenient spot for our trip to West Edmonton Mall. Pool amenities are fairly basic. Breakfast could use a few more options.

We didn’t get the breakfast but it looked like a standard hotel breakfast. The pool was nice. Underground parking was so nice due to the smoke. Check in staff was very nice z There was a group of kids being disruptive around the pool despite it being quite full. Staff not really around to wrangle them- although that should be on the parents.
