• Lesley (7/5): Value for money in an expensive city - Location was excellent, room very clean Wasn’t aware there was no space at the sides of the bed. Crawling across the bed in your 70s isn’t much fun. We were told we would get an email giving us entry and room codes. They didn’t arrive, had to be chased by a third party, because we weren’t aware they could be accessed from the premises. We only had an iPad, no phone and had to remain in an area that had wifi.

Estore não funciona , ficou aberta o tempo todo ficando sem privacidade. Ar condicionado não funciona, máquina de louça estáva cheia de água parada a cheirar mal. A limpeza razoável.

Das 4 estadias ficamos tomando banho de água fria, item necessário em um país de clima frio. A acomodação respondeu que era um problema geral e foi arrumado 2 dias depois. Até o momento aguardamos retorno dó booking sobre o transtorno que passamos, queremos ser ressarcidos por esse acontecimento que está em desacordo com o que o hotel oferece, mesmo isso sendo pontual. Hotéis.com respondeu nossos amigos imediatamente além de ressarcir e se desculpar pelo ocorrido. O que à booking diz sobre isso? Obs tomamos banho de caneca, pois esquentamos água na chaleira elétrica.

• LindsayGRH (8/5): Excellent location for a short city stay. - Really good location for central London. Had all the facilities you need for a short stay in the city. I would stay there again. Couldn't get to grips with the microwave and couldn't find any instructions. Otherwise all was fine.

• Peter (9/5): Fun, quirky apartment in a central location. - The location is great. The staff in the wine bar were knowledge and helpful. The idea of converting old shipping containers into apartments is really good. The apartment was well equipped. There is a lot of noise from the railway. It didn't bother us but it might bother some people. Also, the dishwasher was faulty. The a/c didn't work and we were offered a complimentary drink. That was fine as the weather wasn't hot. However, if it was hot I imagine the apartment would be unbearable.

Qualcuno è entrato nel nostro appartamento senza autorizzazione in quanto abbiamo trovato delle lattine di coca cola nel frigo dopo il secondo giorno. Abbiamo mandato email al servizio clienti chiedendo informazioni e l'email non funzionava. Abbiamo chiamato il numero che ci hanno inviato nel messaggio di benvenuto ed era sbagliato. Dopo diverse chiamate e email siamo riusciti a capire che era un kit di benvenuto (dopo due giorni) che "qualcuno" ha lasciato nel nostro frigo.

El check in, no había nadie físico, las instrucciones de acceso muy poco detalladas y con poca información, no las enviaron a tiempo ni tampoco tenia claro como iba a ser el proceso. Het warm water deed het niet, de host liet weten dat ze er mee bezig waren. Niets was minder waar, er is geen monteur geweest. Na het oplossen met booking.com besloot de host niet mee te werken en liet ons tot 23:00 uur zonder tegenbericht in het appartement. Uit eindelijk op eigen initiatief een ander hotel geboekt. Zowel de host van de accomodatie als booking.com hebben ons in de steek gelaten. Het beste advies is om deze plek niet te boeken.

• x (9/5): - Very spacious room and comfy bed compared to what I have seen around. The noise from the trains is barely noticeable, no need for earplugs(and they do provide them just in case). You also get a mini but powerful fridge, an iron, dishwasher and kitchen tools. The street is animated with tiny budget restaurants and shops and close to the train station and a bus station(that we know of) and within walkable distance to major attractions. The assistance was also very good, I had trouble with the entry code for the main door and they very quickly helped Although the window is massive, it does not open at all. They do have a ventilation system, but it's not enough, so the room does have a bit of a smell. Also same with the shower clog which I suppose is a result of the pipes being different for this type of building.
• Lauren (8/5): A good stay overall, with a great location and modern space, though slightly affected by noise at night. - A lovely, clean and modern property in a brilliant location—just a short walk from the tube and train station, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. There was some noise from nearby trains late into the night. Earplugs were provided, which was a nice touch. The front door closed properly, but an internal door that helps reduce noise didn’t shut fully.

• Barbara Karen (6/5): This is one of those places I would say you get what you pay for. - It was an excellent location and a sizeable unit for the We had a series of issues arise from a blind, not working due to a dead battery a sink leaking and clogging, a safe that did not work and because it’s an unman hotel, the response was not timely nor was it customer service focused. Paying to sleep in a hotel that you cannot shut the blinds in on the main street just doesn’t work not being able to lock up our passports and money just doesn’t work.Security and privacy need to be the primary focus of service for customers and it took two days to have those things rectified. To be fair the repair man Nick was fantastic, but too little too late.

• Angela (7/5): Muy bien, pero con pequeños “peros” - La ubicación es de lo mejor del apartamento, muy bien conectado con todo tipo de transportes y cerca a pie de sitios de interés. El espacio está diseñado con mucho gusto, lo cual hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Tiene dos puertas de insonorización, por lo que el ruido de los trenes no era molesto. Es verdad que se escuchan un poco, pero a nosotros no nos pareció grave. Falta mantenimiento y limpieza. No me refiero a limpieza de lo que suelen limpiar cuando un huésped se va y entra otro, ya que ese tipo de cosas si estaban limpias (toallas, sábanas, baño…), me refiero a limpieza profunda de polvo y humedad en las persianas, telarañas en el techo… le falta una limpieza en profundidad a las instalaciones y no solo la limpieza que dan a diario para el cambio de huéspedes. También nos resultó molesto el excesivo ruido que hacia el extractor de aire de la entrada, por las noches tuvimos que apagar la electricidad para no escucharlo. La habitación no cuenta con ninguna ventana que se pueda abrir, por lo que la única opción es abrir la puerta principal. La ducha es genial, pero se sale el agua. El calefactor de toallas no funcionaba.

Also located close to many top attractions and bubbly neighborhood. Everything worked well, we had no contact with any staff as it was self check in We could not open the windows for fresh air, except we had to keep the doors open for some few minutes.

• Andrea (7/5): - la cosa migliore che questa struttura offre è indubbiamente la posizione; london eye e big ben a 10 minuti di cammino. le camere sono orientate in modo intelligente con il materasso il più lontano possibile dalla stazione dei treni (che è comunque molto vicina quindi se siete molto sensibili ai rumori questa struttura non fa per voi), la doppia porta aiuta ad attutire molto i rumori. Nonostante la segnalazione avvenuta appena entrati, non sono venuti ad aggiustare la tenda che era bloccata mezza aperta. La luce a led della cucina non funzionava.

Notre chambre ne disposait pas de volets fonctionnant ni de rideaux pour nous protéger de la lumière du jour, prendre un masque de nuit au cas où !

• Mills (6/5): An Okay Stay. - PROS: Comfiest bed I have ever laid in. Kitchen was cute and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Great remote control blind too. Our room seemed sound proof as we couldn't even hear the builders outside that were cutting metal pipes. Overall, our stay was okay. For what we paid, we are happy with our choice. CONS: Shower leaked and the bathroom became a swimming pool every time we showered. No bath mats either, so we had to use our towels. The steam even set the smoke alarm off and the fire brigade turned up... Unsure how the ventilation works in the rooms as you can't open windows. A member of staff told us to open our front door... which we didn't like. The TV also didn't have channels, so we couldn't use it. It didn't have apps either so it was unusable. The toilet was also very tall. May not be an issue for some, but my partner is 5ft 7 and couldn't sit on it properly, so if you're short, be prepared. You may need a ladder. (I'd upload the funny picture I have of him sat on it but it would get taken down LOL!) There are just a few things that could be improved. Maybe add a notice in the rooms regarding steam from the showers so the alarm isn't set off. Providing bath mats might be nice, but I do think the showers need some sort of screen installed instead of a shower curtain. Having the cleaning staff check that the TV works would be helpful, but I am unsure how to fix the tall toilets, sorry.

Keypad entry means not worrying about losing keys etc. Kitchenette was great. Wrong room code sent, so a bit of a faff, but quickly sorted.

• Irene (9/5): Good value for money - No comment about staff because I didn’t interact with any and didn’t need to. The room has everything you could need equipment wise for a short stay. Although there can be a lot of external noise from the street below, there is a 2nd door in the room that blocks most of it and it didn’t bother me. Lower Marsh is a good area with plenty of bars and cafes, and is close to bus, tube and railway stations. Ideal for solo travellers or couples. I would definitely consider using here again. The rooms are next to the railway line and they vibrate a little as the trains pass. However the trains don’t run all night and, as I was out during the day, it did not impact adversely on my stay.

Outdoor industrial stairway to the room, but that only adds to the charm of the place. The bar/restaurant downstairs is gorgeous, nice place to launch your London adventure.
