- Rob (2/5): Stay away - Location Bathroom stunk of mold. Bedbugs in the mattress. Weak wifi. No offer to clean room, change towel or sheets in 8 days. Complained about smell, they never even came to check. Broken furniture.

- Moores (1/5): Terrible, untidy, unprofessional. - The location No room service, no WiFi coverage in room, only 2 days I had hot water to shower, the rest of the days it was cold showers. No towel changes throughout stay, no bedding change through whole 13 day stay or bins emptied. No staff around I also had to buy my own toilet roll as only provided with 1.5 toilet rolls at beginning of stay.
- Peter Hyde (10/5): Enjoyed My Stay 😊 - Good Room . Comfortable Bed . I was warm all my stay . The owner was nice and friendly . It was mostly quite all my stay . ... Very good . Good value for money 😊

- Michael (9/5): - Stayed for 10 nights. I run a hotel in scotland, so know all about what works. My trip is its cheaper to stay in blackpool and commute to manchester. My room was very nice, cleanly decorated, bed was comfy. The hotel was very quiet. I really enjoyed my sray and after staying in b and bs in blackpool, possibly 20 or more in over 3 years. I have to say this has probably been my best of them all, and i will definatley return
- Dave (8/5): - Clean and tidy,staff helpful...
- Paul (10/5): - Staff are excellent place is really clean and tidy There is nothing to dislike
- Dave (7/5): -
- Robert (5/5): -
- donna (6/5): - clean room staff was never there
- Alesha (4/5): - Close to where I needed to be The beds where awful and uncomfortable
- Lisa (7/5): Had a great stay, is a basic hotel but perfect for what we wanted in our holiday! Thank you :) - The hotel was fine nothing spectacular but worth the money! It is situated a street away from the main street in blackpool so 5* just for that alone! I didnt want anything fancy i have two kids so we just need somewhere safe to stay and relax when needed :) this was perfect for just that. We were upgraded when arrived so was delighted with that! It was myself and two kids so we were given a room with 3 beds instead of two :) which meant i did’nt need to share with one of my kids all week :) staff were friendly and were happy to help when we needed :) 5* for the staff :) overall would go back to stay there again :) Would be nice to have a cooked breakfast, but they dont do that here, which obviously i knew about before i booked it, so its no fault of thiers at all. Maybe would be good to leave an extra bin bag in the room for people staying, other than that we were happy with everything :)
- Michelle (1/5): Never again ! - Location Lack of facilities, being made to wait to check in as no one mans the property, so hot and no ventilation or fans provided, stink of shit throughout the property due to toilets backing up and not being sorted, being woke up by the manager screaming at the top of her voice arguing with resident in the early hours of the morning with no apologies, having no other place to sit other than hot rooms, no area outside to sit and cool other than the steps into the property, having to sleep on the floor on a blanket I brought myself due to the bed being soft and full of springs and lots of bugs biting you all the time in the room. Would not recommend or return !

- Ruth (3/5): - I hate giving bad reviews. 😞. I got woken up one morning to fire alarms going off. Then an electrical problems that lasted all day left and my plug wires exposed only for them to cover the exposed wires and plug with masking tape. Then gave me a kettle that smelt like someone had taken a dump in it. There was arguing and banging and shouting. I could hear the people nextdoor doing the deed.
The floor boards had collapsed in the room so the bedside table was tilted. damp running down the wall next to the window. Quilt covers in stains. I don't wanna think about what the stains were.
This place need a whole renovation.
And staff are not there to let you in you will have to wait around 15 mins after arrival.
- Stuart (10/5): -
- Tim (8/5): Brilliant - Excellent service Nothing
- Philip (5/5): couple of improvements needed - i did not stay at the riviera. i was moved to the address. so my review is for that. i had an ensuite. was clean. it had no wifi in the roon and the mattress was uncomfortable could feel springs
- Katrina (7/5): - The location was good staff was friendly It was cold some times the heating work and sometimes it did not and the quilt was not good the cover keeped on coming of and there was no one about when we needed them
- Peter Hyde (10/5): Good Value For Money 😊 - Nice Friendly Owners & Staff . Nice Comfortable Clean Warm Bed . It Was Warm In My Room & The Hotel Was Quiet . I Enjoyed My 10 Days Stay . Very Pleased . Good Value For Money .& Close To Town Centre ...... Everything Was Good ...

- clare (8/5): I would book again, if necessary - I had a comfortable stay and was assisted by staff to be comfortable, whilst remaining almost entirely in the room for the full week of my stay. The WiFi was a little slow during the evening when the level of users increased, but was sufficient most of the time.
- Zelah (7/5): -
- Adam (1/5): - Norhing Rude staff
Hot water takes 5 minutes to get to temperature
Damage and mold in bathroom
TV did not work
Carper dirty

- Rebecca (10/5): Pure bliss - Staff were amazing went above and beyond always there for condiments and towels roos were exceptional couldn't of picked a better place to stay I would highly recommend it to anyone Blackpools number 1 👌💯
- Nina (3/5): Would not return if I was paid - Nothing The room wasn’t ready when we got there, had to climb over all the mucky bedding outside rooms and on the stairs to get to our room, I got bit all over my ankles and feet , we left a day early
- Philip (9/5): Quite and comfortable - It clean tidy and good value
- Lajos (5/5): -
- Adolfo (7/5): A convenient hotel that is worth it's price. I'd book again. - Very friendly staff who helped me with my luggage. Quick hot water. Comfortable bed. Mirrors. TV. The bathroom is tiny but it works, good shower. Doors of all rooms are a bit noisy. I'd advise to place rubber wind stopper on the door frames to make the doors less noisy. It's cheap and only needed on the contact points of the door with door frame.
I missed a proper curtain on the window. Little privacy if I open the window shutters with opposite windows. .
I'd advise to place cheap cork on the wall to help with the noise of the adjacent room. Conversations can be clearly heard but it's not a drama-problem.
- George (7/5): - Friendly staff, good rooms with own bathroom
- atherton (10/5): -
- DAVID (6/5): -
- Katie (3/5): - Location Unclean chocolate wrappers in the bunk beds

- Sims (1/5): -
- Natasha (5/5): Fine as somewhere to sleep - Proximity to Blackpool Tower No parking at hotel as stated.
Run down, draughty, uncomfortable beds, blinds did not shut out streetlights.
It will be nice once done up.
- atherton (8/5): -
- tony (5/5): passable - It provided basic Blackpool needs wifi was appalling
- Stacie (1/5): -
- Jane (1/5): -
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Harry (6/5): Overall decent. Bed in room 9 gave me back pains. - Staff were very helpful.
Location is PERFECT. Perfectly located next to Coacj station, train station, town centre and Blackpool tower.
Cheap as chips. Bed was hardddd and gave me back muscle aches. Really soiled the experience.
Shower is great but requires some fandangling to get it hot. Once it's going, it's fabulous.
Shame the recreation rooms are neglected and filled with storage bits. Looked unsightly.
- Geoff (6/5): -
- Tina (7/5): -
- Cathy (7/5): - Very nice host
Clean in a good location
For what we paid Just a little small the room
But the room was clean
- Kristie (1/5): Terrible wouldn’t stay again - Nothing Everything , the beds squeaked when you moved , the room wasn’t clean , the window didn’t close, the plug sockets were hanging off , couldn’t fit in the shower bathroom was tiny , electric was turned off over night , loads of loud people coming in and out all hours of the morning , was told we could pre book parking and then the lady there hadn’t got a clue where or how we go about getting it.
- Steven (10/5): Thank-you :) - Lovely people that went above and beyond to help with are stay and make the hole family feel welcome
Nice clean room with a veiw, comfortable and affordable
Thank-you
- Kelli (6/5): Comfortable, very clean and very friendly. Fantastic location. - When booking it said there was a bar/snack bar. This was not available as it was being used as a store room. The room was extremely small for 3 people and the walls were very thin so noise from other rooms was a bit of a problem. The whole hotel was extremely clean and it a fantastic location. The room was too small for 3 people.
No bar although it was in the hotel discretion.
- Jeanette (5/5): -
- Field (1/5): DO NOT BOOK . Safety concerns - Location cancelled fool you too book . DO NOT BOOK this hotel Migrants in hotel . Didn't feel safe at all. Shouting in a language we couldn't understand and we didn't know if it was directed at us. Rubbish out side of rooms and you told your racist if you decide too leave with no refund. We have pictures of the room which you can't sleep in or get too the bathroom as the bed in the way. It's a must not book property too stay safe. We left at 10-45 on the night after check in at 6. It's not too used for a stay
- Vernon (6/5): - Change of room on arrival That no persons were there to greet and always had to phone when something was needed
- Kelly (10/5): Lovely staff nice clean room and great location - Very friendly staff, nice clean room even got an upgrade thank you! Amazing location couldn’t get much closer to all the attractions
- Catherine (8/5): - Location and value No wardrobe in room
- Kelly (4/5): Very poor - The fact it was in centre an close to front of beach I didnt like the fact the beds weren't clean an matteress were ripped an stains all over it (wee&blood) the fact the hotel was just bunk beds an had no tv .bedding didnt get changed the all week we were there.room never got cleaned or essentials didn't get replaced ie towels. walls was like cradboard it was noisy doors constantly banging you hear everything floor board constantly creak above or a side of you from other rooms definitely won't be going again
- Colin (10/5): Amazing hosts spotless room amazing stay - Couldn't go Rivera so sent us too the Address hotel up graded our room for the inconvenience couldn't be any happier with the room and the service we got was absolutely amazing would definitely be going back to the hotel staff went above and beyond Nothing
- Kenneth (9/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Morris (5/5): -
- Karen (1/5): - It was close to town Stained sheets uncomfortable bed which had duvets over it to make it better didn't work had badback all week, internet didn't work,, bins weren't emptied,
- julie (5/5): Bamford house is lovely - Did stay at riviera hotel. Was sent to sister hotel. BAMFORD HOUSE. That hotel was very nice. Clean and tidy with very comfy bed. Location and being moved without prior notice
- Victoria (5/5): -
- Mcewan (10/5): - Lost count the amount of times iv been to blackpool and the number of different hotels iv stayed in. Staff were polite. The room was small but it was only for 1 night so didn't matter the main thing for us was the bed was fresh and clean. Would staff again.
- Scott (10/5): - The hotel was of a great quality, clean and has great facilities. The hosts were loverly and made the place special. This hotel is excellent value for money. I hope there is occupancy next summer as I'd very happily stay again.
- Kimberley (3/5): -
- Johnson-brown (6/5): Flo jo stay - Had everything I needed and location was good . The noisy people in rooms next to mine absolute joke was kept awake.
- Emma (2/5): One night stay - Location closed to the promenade It took us ages to get into the hotel, very dated decoration and very strong smells, rooms very small and very uncomfortable, no lounge area or bar to sit in so had to sit in bedroom
- kirstie (7/5): - Good clean rooms. Good location for all.
- shaun and Dawn (6/5): -
- Mohammad (1/5): Very poor - There is nothing to like about this place. This place was absolutely disgusting, The room was soo smelly, the capert was really dirty , Everything about it was a big put off.
- Darrell (1/5): -
- Simon (2/5): Location great but other than that very run down and outdated could do with a full revamp - The location No staff ever around, no clean towels daily, shower filthy with mould on tiles and all around base poor water pressure, limited hot water.
- Rhiannon (4/5): Would not return - The location was the only redeeming factor of this hotel and the fact that there is a car park very close by. And of course the price, it was very reasonable but you get what you pay for. The room is tiny, not a small room, I mean tiny, to the point where with 3 of us we were literally walking into each other.
I told the hotel the check in time 3 days prior and no one was there upon arrival we had to phone the number and wait. Which waiting 25minutes to be let into the hotel isn't great especially after travelling for 6 hours but the owner was very apologetic though.
We had a ground floor room and it was extremely hot in the cramped space. There was also a fousty smell throughout. The walls were so thin like cardboard you could hear everything in the other rooms. Not the hotels fault, but the other guests were very loud throughout the night so it was hard to sleep.
The bunk bed didn't have a headboard or anything so pillows falling down the back and down the side it was very uncomfortable.
WiFi wasn't great and the tv was unwatchable due to its position on the wall!
If you just want somewhere for one night with a lockable door and a bed this is for you, any longer than that and I'd advise elsewhere.
- Jack (9/5): -
- Susan (4/5): - Near the town No one was there if u needed anything and bins was not empty and said had hairdryer in room and was not what it looks like in the picture. And there was paint coming of walls and bed was falling apart would not stay there again was not good for money
- Daria (3/5): - Close to attractions Arrived to check in… had to wait 45minutes to be let into hotel, entered room and could smell sewage, shower was leaking, was a smell of damp in the room, room was very hot to the point I had to go and by fans for the room, very noisy from other guest shouting and screaming, no1 on site at anytime I was there, mattresses where filthy, hairs on sheets etc.
