Whenever water drained from the washbasin or toilet, it made a horrible, loud noise. This should not happen in a hotel of this standard. It feels as though there is a need to revisit fundamental hospitality principles that are typically taught during MBA or professional training programs. I connected with Alay from Room Service, and he handled everything exceptionally well. The food was perfectly packed, delivered on time, and the quality was excellent. What impressed me the most was his effort to arrange items that were not even on the menu. His dedication and service truly stood out. A big thank you to Alay for the outstanding support, and also to Chef Mukesh for the delicious food. I would also like to appreciate Aloft for maintaining such professional and customer-focused staff.

Staff not responsive to requests- despite booking ( and paying for) an extra bed had to ask staff x 4 times from check in to 11 pm. Reminding once - OK, 4 times?! Not acceptable. No one watches TV these days, but it was stuck on the ‘we’re such a great hotel’ channel with a degraded image. Given the bed experience we didn’t bother to request for help. Finally lost patience and had to have words with reception before bed appeared. Hate being a ‘Karen’ but being jet lagged and tired didn’t help. They parrot out insincere and vacuous apologies ‘I understand this is frustrating’ and ignore the request, which feels worse and patronizing. Asked to speak to manager who didn’t contact. Holiday Inn down the road where we usually stay is a much better experience. If you book via booking.com they will not allow you to use any Marriott membership benefits or accrue points.

• Joanne (10/5): Quiet, modern hotel with great food, attentive staff, and a perfect spot to relax before or after travel. - Quiet hotel with modern comfort and conveniently close to the airport and a metro ride into the city! The breakfast was amazing (anything you like!), very attentive staff. Dinner also super. Beds very comfy and our room attendant left a towel shaped like a dog for my son :0). Great place to sunbathe and swim after traveling around Rajasthan! Free late check out at 4pm was welcome as we had an evening flight back home. Thanks for a great stay before and after our trip around Rajasthan!

• Isimall (9/5): 安心安定のアロフト - ３度目の利用でしたが、安定のアロフトです。 今回もデリー・インディラ・ガンディー空港乗り継ぎでの宿泊に利用しましたが、地下鉄でのアクセスが便利で治安の良いエアロシティに立地し、しっかりした一流ホテルで安心して滞在できました。 いつものことですが、エアコンの音が少々大きいですね。
