The only minor issue was finding staff to order from at the pool bar for food and drinks but it was not a big deal as the front desk staff could be found nearby.

- Tomer (10/5): - The rooms are stunning! Very spacious and well decorated we loved our room. Pool is also nice and the staff were friendly. Location is great right next to the night market and four minutes walk from the old town! We were in the corner room so we had to extra windows with curtains that did t do the job so we woke up early because of the light.

Các chị dọn phòng rất dễ thương. Đúng người xứ Quảng. Ăn sáng tạm ổn. Món salad nên có thêm một số loại sốt khác ngoài sốt dầu giấm. Điều hòa kêu to, chắc do cũ. Ở nơi yên tĩnh đêm nghe tiếng càng to hơn.

- Vienna (10/5): - The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the end of the old town market, makes it super convenient to explore the old town in the afternoon/evening. Everything in old town is walking distance from this hotel. The hotel also has a convenient and affordable laundry service as well, which is handy since Hoi A was midway in our travels. We also let them know in advance that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they decorated our room upon checkin.
- jaine (10/5): - Lovely hotel, great location just a minute's walk from the night market and many eateries. Fabulous rooms with the best shower on the trip to date and lovely warm pool. Note that the 'River view' rooms are overlooking the quiet part of the river (not the busy but where the lanterns are). Only one small issue is a steep slope to get from the lobby to lift...it wouldn't be good for any disabilities or elderly who aren't sure footed.

- Jacqueline (1/5): Hotel has severe black mold issue that unfortunately caused severe allergies. - The facility was quite nice if it wasn’t for the black mold issue in the bedroom and the severe allergies it caused us (see photos). The back wall where our bed was located was covered in black mold and caused us to have severe allergies the night we stayed there (see photos). We unfortunately switched hotels the following night because we couldn’t tolerate the mold. The hotel refused to give us a full refund for the night we stayed at the hotel and has been unresponsive to booking.com. Stay away.
- Christina (2/5): Very poor - Not much to like from this hotel The room of the hotel was humid, extremely humid. They did not have two way ac. The ac was fixed at cold air. So, it was impossible to make hot this humid place.the bedsheets were wet and all our cloths became wet.when we left Hoi An, fortunately after 3 days we both. were sick with fiver and coughing. The location was close the center but the street in front of the hotel so small and consequently only small cats came to pick us up. The staff were so insisting people. For example, when we arrived they caught us for half an hour for promoting some fashion shops and finally they told us that our room was not ready!! The breakfast had some left over of the previous night meal.I would not suggest going to this hotel especially if you are not very young.It is NOT the same hotel with the hotel with the same name which has SPA...

The breakfast was nice, had a beautifull pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also organised our transport to Hué with a great driver. The bed was confortable (hard bed with a kind of duvet on top so it made it semi-soft). Good air conditionning and wifi. Early check in available at a fee. Laundry available at 40k vnd/kg same day delivery.

- Graham (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a bit dated and there was a lot of dust in the room, but bedding and bathroom both clean. Pool is great - tucked away in a courtyard/garden setting. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety, incident an egg bar. The location is also extremely convenient for walking into old town and the night market and Grab cars were almost always immediately available. The best part of this hotel is the staff, especially the guy who manages the breakfast. He was so friendly and remembered both our names after the first day.

They offer a free return shuttle to An Bang beach. I could hear the repeated "ding" noise of the lift arriving when in bed which was annoying. The sun loungers by the pool don't get any sun in the afternoon, perfect if you want shade though. (If you have a bigger budget, the pool area at the Vinh Hung Riverside Resort next door looked lovely - same hotel group)

- Cindy (8/5): Nice hotel close to Old Town - Really liked my room and being greeted with a drink upon arrival in hot Hoi An. The view from my room was also a bonus, with views to the waters beyond. Do keep in mind, however, that if using Grab app, the drivers will usually take you to the hotel next door, so that was a bit confusing at first.

- Subhas (7/5): comfortable stay but I don’t know you can operate a hotel of this size without any acceptable Wi-Fi. - The rooms are very generous in size, well laid out and tastefully designed. Location is also perfect as you are super central but just that little bit away from the tourist madness. Not the friendliest staff, terrible breakfast that reminded me of school camp food, non existent Wi-Fi which meant I couldn’t take Zoom meetings, watch online TV or even browse social media. No sheer privacy blinds/curtains just blackout, which meant it was all or nothing.

- Seung hwa (8/5): 위치갑인호텔.. - 위치는 200점주고싶다.아침산책하기도좋고 야시장이 코앞이라 화장실급해도 숙고이용할수있을정도로 가깝고좋다. 약간아쉬운점은 호텔건물 등을 많이 안켜서인지 전체적으로 어둡고 칙칙..하지만 룸은 깨끗하고 아늑하다. 이정도 금액에 조식도 먹을만하다. 수영장은 별루. 아무도 이용안함. 실망한점. 아쉬운점?이라면 리셉션직원들이 그리 친절하진않은듯. 그래서 왔다갔다 마주쳐도 인사안했다. 코로나바이러스때문인지? 시국이 시국인지라 전반적으로 많이 조심하겠지만, 그래도 웃으며 맞이하면 얼마나 좋을까? 하는생각이든다. 다음에 또 이용할지는 조금 고민되네.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choice. The rooms were spacious and clean and the showers were hot with strong pressure. Fridge, kettle, teacups in room. Nice pool and friendly staff. The reception staff organised all the transport for us getting to our next destination -Qui Nhon at a good price and saved us a lot of time organising it. I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is adjacent to another by the same name (add the word resort at the end) with staff wearing the same uniforms...this led to confusing checkin. Nice location making everything walkable. The beds and room were comfortable and the layout of the room was awesome. The pillows were exceptionally thick leaving us with kinked necks. The interior walls could use some paint for some stains. Comfortable overall and pleasant staff.

The breakfast is really good with a buffet and also made-to-order eggs. The staff was really helpful with arranging us a tour to My Son Sanctuary and with a taxi when we were leaving for the airport. I liked the location as well because it allowed you to take a nice walk back through the night market from the Old Town. Pretty close to everything! Only thing was we couldn't check in until 2pm (understandable) but this was a bit annoying after our 6-7am flight.
- Vivian (10/5): Beautiful hotel in Hoi An - My daughter and I stayed in this beautiful hotel for four nights. It was so close to all the restaurants, shopping, and lantern activities that we could walk everywhere and felt safe. There is a night market right around the corner. The hotel was a peaceful oasis away from the street noise, with a lovely small pool and excellent breakfast with made to order eggs if desired. The staff was very accommodating and recommended different tours that could be booked through them. The beach was a short distance away - a taxi cost about $5 to get there. We had a wonderful time in Hoi An. Also would recommend booking your airport transfer, at least when arriving, through the hotel so that you are picked up and get to your hotel safely and efficiently.

As long as you have no problem having obstructed view and non- obstucted sounds of what is happening in the bathroom area you will be ok. Sink is in the room. It looks cool, but not the most convenient.

This place is very close to the Hoi An boating area and we took a boat to explore during the evening. The staff was attentive while we were there and the manager was also wonderful. I loved that there was a bar and the pool was lit all pretty. The rooms aren’t that big but there’s a uniqueness to the layout of the rooms, which I’ve never seen before. The sink area is separate from the bathroom and the mirror can open or close depending on how you like it. The balcony was also a very nice touch. We went to a famous BAhn MI Sandwich store that Anthony Bourdaine once dined at. Also, we rented a bike from across the steeet and explored the area some more. I highly recommend this hotel- very good value for the money.

- Verified traveler (6/5): nice hotel let down by the front desk service - The hotel itself is well located - 10 minutes walk to the old town historic area. Room and facilities were nice, spacious and clean. We were greeted by a fairly unhelpful check in team who didn’t do a great job of explaining what the situation was - and really struggled to match up our reservation with the one we had made via the website (even though they had our names on their printed check in list and had picked us up from station). When we asked reception for assistance during the stay they didn’t really grasp what was being asked. We asked to pay for our transfers the night before we left - which we did - but the reception team didn’t get this properly recorded so the team the following day didn’t know we had paid. And finally...before we left and when we went to retrieve the bags it looked like they had disappeared. It turned out they had been moved to a different place but, given our lack of confidence in the reception staff, this wasn’t explained and with the staff pointing to a group of tourists taking bags on a bus was quite concerning for the few minutes before they were retrieved. So overall, nothing wrong with the hotel, but our view was they could do with strengthening their systems and approaches at the front desk.

- Gaylene (10/5): Just gorgeous!! - We stayed here for 2 nights in September and absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a new hotel and the rooms are just beautiful. We had a pool view with balcony. The staff are fabulous and friendly. They will help you with whatever you need. My daughter loved the pool. Breakfast is next door at the Riverside hotel and is a massive delicious buffet. It is in a great location. The night markets are at the end of the road and plenty of great food options close by. Highly recommend this hotel.
- Lori (8/5): - Great location- just one block from the night market and a few blocks from Old Town. We used the pool which was nice to escape the heat. However, there was never a bartender at the pool bar- might as well close it down cause it’s useless!
- Andrew (8/5): Great location - A very good new hotel in the centre of Hoi An. It was nice to have access to a pool to cool off after walking around the town. I'd recommend this hotel especially if you need to catch the 'slow' boat out to Cham Is.
