• Verdugo Parra (3/5): - La casa es grande y la ubicación está bien en un pueblito manchego cercano a Ciudad Real. Las camas son confortables, también las almohadas. Sobre todo el estado de conservación de la casa en general es deficiente. La limpieza deja que desear, hay telas de araña en lámparas y techos. Las paredes de las zonas comunes necesitan una mano de pintura. El sofá y las butacas reclinables de Ikea son impresentables, tienen las fundas sucias y la colcha q tiene encima está vieja y sucia de pelos de perro. Las sillas y la mesa del salón piden una retirada digna. Los utensilios de cocina existen, pero no están demasiado limpios. La cafetera y la tostadora sin limpiar.... El area exterior también está mal conservada, la entrada a la casa a través de una especie de almacén da miedo, llena de trastos, desordenada y sucia. La piscina está vacía, pero con mucho barro y maquinaria dentro. Los baños: en una de las habitaciones no funcionaba la cisterna. Los azulejos de la ducha en mal estado y las juntas sin blanquear desde hace años. Los desagües huelen... Lo que puede ser tolerable para una casa particular, según los estándares que se tengan, no lo es para tener huéspedes que pagan. Creo que tenían muy buenas ideas, pero sin mantenimiento y mucha más limpieza no se puede aceptar....

• Susana (6/5): - La cama era muy cómoda. La ubicación está perfecta. Muy tranquilo y silencioso. Difícil comunicación con el dueño. No había gel de ducha. El mobiliario es demasiado aséptico y poco acogedor. La habitación requiere ciertos arreglos en enchufes y sumidero de ducha.
