• Monica (6/5): Fine for stay near the airport - Overall it was fine for a 1 night stay in between flights. Very near to the airport. Was hard to find because the name on the outside does not match but the photos on google map does. They should send some more specific instructions when you make a booking. Its a massive residence complex with other hotel/APTS in it. You can get taxi all the way up but because we didn't know we got dropped off on street level. There was a lot of stairs and no ramp to get luggage down to taxi and no one wanted to help. Someone kind did help on the way up. When we first arrived there seemed to be some confusion with our booking... we were worried. Then suddenly all was well and we were taken to our room. Squeaky bed Tap handle fell off

• MA (4/5): Von Fremdfirma angemietete Räumlichkeiten - Das Gebäude macht von draußen einen sehr ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. An der Pforte erklärt einem der Sicherheitsbedienstete, dass in dem Gebäude verschiedene Hotels verschiedener Klassen ansässig sind. Den Mitarbeiter von SAW muss er erst telefonisch anrufen, da die Rezeption nur bei Bedarf besetzt ist. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet pro Tag 15 TL. Oben im Zimmer angekommen, haben wir bemerkt, dass nur das Doppelbett mit Bettwäsche für 2 Personen bereitgestellt wurde, obwohl wir für 4 Personen reserviert hatten. Für die Schlafcouch wurde keine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Da die Rezeption des SAW nicht besetzt war, rief der Sicherheitsbedienstete den zuständigen Mitarbeiter an. Er sagte uns, wir möchten bitte im Zimmer warten, der Mitarbeiter würde sich bei uns melden. Nach einer Stunde vergeblicher Wartezeit beschlossen wir dann, nicht mehr unnötig Zeit zu verlieren und uns provisorisch mit eigenen Mitteln irgendwie Abhilfe zu schaffen, da wir sowieso nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatten. Bei mehreren Tagen wäre dies echt ärgerlich gewesen. Zudem ist das Schloss von der Badezimmertür beim Verlassen des Badezimmers zugefallen, so dass wir erst einmal nicht mehr reinkamen. Wir haben dann sicherheitshalber beschlossen die Tür nicht mehr zuzumachen. Von der Lage zum Flughafen Sabiha Gökcen ist die Grgend optimal. Allerdings würde ich beim nächsten Mal für etwas mehr Geld ein anderes Hotel mit besserer Bewertung in der Gegend Buchen.
• Baris (4/5): Para para para - Hotels.com dan 1 gece kredi kartıyla satın aldım. Ertesi sabah eşimle beraber erken yurt dışı uçuşumuz vardı. SAW havalimanına yakınlığından tercih ettim. Girişte parasını ödedinizmi dediler. Hotels.com mail lerimi gösterdim. Pasaportlarımızı verdik. Birini aradılar tamam dediler. Odaya girdik. Saat 22 de kapı çaldı. Otelden biri siz parayı ödedinizmi dedi. Onada anlattım resepsiyonda göstermiştim gerekli rezervasyon kodu ve ödeme onayını. Tamam dedi gitti. Erken yattık sabah uçuş var 23 e doğru yine kapı çaldı. Bu sefer başkası siz ödedinizmi. Bende sinirlendim görmüyormusunuz siz sistemden kayıtlarınız yokmu neden bir saatde bir kapımıza gelip odada rahatsız ediyorsunuz dedim. Bir önce gelene adınızı söylememışiniz dedi. Dedim kim olduğumuz belli değilmi pasaportun fotokopisini çekmedinmi. Oda anahtarını siz vermedinizmi. Nasıl oluyorda kim olduğumuzu bilmiyorsunuz. Neyse sinirimiz bozuldu uykumuz kaçtı. Neticede tamam dediler ödenmiş dediler ama gece yarısı kapıya gelip para para diye rezaletdi. Hotels.com uygulamasını sildim telefondan. Sizinde yolunuz SAW Apartments adlı yere düşerse aman dikkatli olun. Gece kapınıza dayanırlar.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - a good hotel. the only negative thing was that it does not have an external identification mark. but the gps takes you perfectly. the building is large and beautiful. on it writes the pearl palace. the room is large, clean, towels very clean, quiet, friendly staff, good price. I recommend.

• Miss. Ria R (10/5): Excellent hotel for a short stay near the airport. - 8 minute drive down the straight road from the airport, good, clean and affordable. Great shower and comfortable mattress. Nice and quiet too. I'd recommend this if you're stuck at Istanbul near the airport for a few nights.
